Enjoy the ultimate ski-cation from this rental at both the Killington Ski Area, just four miles south, and the Pico Mountain Ski Resort, three-and-a-half miles west. During the summer months, this home is close to state parks with networks of hiking trails, ponds, and waterfalls. Less than four miles south, conquer your fears at the Killington Adventure Center featuring jump towers, sky ropes, ziplines, and Alpine Tubing. And then end your days with local brews and tasty treats at the Killington Beer Company, just steps from your front door.

Children under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area and fitness center. Children under the age of 14 years old may not use the hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Children under the age of 10 years old may not use the fitness center. No spa services will be provided for anyone under the age of 12 years old. Spa services for those aged 12-15 years old must have adult guardian accompaniment in treatment room with a signed release form. Spa services for those aged 16-17 years old must have a release form signed by an adult guardian before the start of the treatment.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Place seemed older/dated, no a/c, my daugther's commented they heard scratching in the walls at night so may have been some type of rodent. Pots and pans were old and rough to cook with.

The house was as advertised...great location and very comfortable. However, the mice are still there (see Jun 2024 review). The light switches take a little getting used to (I know, on/off, how hard can that be?). Never could get the upstairs shower to put out warm water (either hot or cold, no in between). Not trying to be overly picky, but there are certain expectations.

My extended family has been spending Thanksgiving in VT for many years. This condo at the Woods in Killington is perfect for us and we even get to bring the dog. Condo is well equipped and has a great layout. Will certainly come back soon.

Enjoyed the property and the condo. Convenient to the ski area and many eating/tavern facilities. Had a few issues with some kitchenware that does need replacing (well worn, no large skillet, etc.) Needed wood for the fireplace when we arrived and that was taken care of very quickly. Staff response to emails/texts were answered promptly. Would certainly stay here again!

The condo The Woods D4 was even better that it’s description on website. The rooms are big and the windows bring so much light. The owner has very good taste; it shows in the furniture and decorations. There is everything you need for comfortable stay; kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook meals. Bedrooms are good size with clean sheets, bathrooms have towels for your use. It was six of us and a dog and we had plenty of room for us all. Having a sauna in this condo makes it even more attractive and it works great. We were there for hiking and it was easy and short distance to get there. We are very happy with this stay and we are planning on coming again. We already told our friends about this place. This is our second rent from vacasa and we have good experience with them. The customer service was very professional and they got back to us with answers quickly. We also were able to check in early which we appreciate very much Thank you.

This was a great condo to stay at. Very clean and cozy. We had one issue with the lock, the keyless entry code is was too long to enter in the short time that the lock allows. Also, many times we interned the code correctly and within the time frame and it didn’t unlock. Not ideal when you are sitting outside in the cold. Secondly, one of the shower curtains was too long and smelled like pee. We washed it before using it, but would love for it to be fixed so we can stay again!

This was our second time staying at the property. It’s a great location - easy access to cycle, run, walk. In addition, it is close to many great food spots. Our favorite is Liquid Art for basically every meal (including coffee/cocktails). We will absolutely stay again!

Wonderful space and kids loved the pool. Had trouble getting in but manager helped by phone. There was no coffee available which wouldve been nice. Space had everything you could want otherwise but was definitely dated. Would go back!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this property just off the access road in Killington. We were up for a family event so it was convenient to Route 4. The rooms were very spacious, and we enjoyed the quiet of being off ski season. There was just one other resident in our cluster. It would have been nice if the Fitness Center had been open. We did try the sauna in the unit which worked nicely. The only comment we have would be to include basic cable - we are not fans of streaming television and prefer to scroll through the channels. When we are back in the area for another family event, we will attempt to rebook. This is our second rental through a Vacasa managed property, and we have not been disasspointed.

We picked this property because of the location and the fact that it was dog friendly. Absolutely beautiful property with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. The only issue we had was it was not ready when we arrived at 4:00. After a 7 hour drive in the snow with our pup, we just wanted to get into our rental and relax. I opened the door to find the towels and sheets scattered about and the cleaner still in the unit. I called and they did send 2 other people to help him out, but we still had to wait until after 5:00 to get in. Other than that , I would recommend the property to anyone and definitely stay there again! I would just like it to be ready and waiting for us.

We’ve stayed in Killington many times and this was by far the best accommodations we’ve had. The condo was clean and bright with plenty of room for the 6 of us. We enjoyed the Spa and the pool ( although it was kind of cold) but there was plenty of heat in the sauna and steam rooms. The condo’s private sauna was a relaxing extra when coming home from the mountain. Kitchen had everything we needed, bathrooms were spacious and clean and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The condo is amazing. Dated aesthetically but very well maintained, extremely clean, good amount of space, awesome spa jacuzzi that could fit three adults and a (small) sauna. Private little porch and backyard. Amazing restaurant right across the street and just a few minute drive to everything else, fantastic location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great mountain house! Had everything our family of 5 needed. Even our dogs were very comfortable - the house came with pet bowls! Very close to Killington ski mountain. Woods complex is located on the main access road so it was easy to get to the mountain even in snowy conditions.

The kitchen appliances are new and beds comfortable. obviously based on my title this property is old, but for the Killington area it is ok and the indoor pool and hot tub are the main attractions for me. they do plow and shovel nicely as well. Kathy

We had a great stay at this property. We were in town for a bike race in West Windsor and this worked perfectly for our group. It was very clean and well stocked. The location was great as it was close to many places to eat. The beds were very comfortable which was very much appreciated before/after a race 🙂Thanks for a great stay!

The home was clean. All the essentials and convenience of home. Excellent location. We worked remotely, wifi was fast without any issues. One of the downstairs showers drained slow, but because there were so many bathrooms we had no inconvenience. We will book here again.
