Het was uitstekend, ik kreeg prima service, ondanks de hygiene in huis.

het prachtige uitzicht over het meer en de bedden en de keuken.

de hygiene in het huis. er waren spinnenwebben, en spinnen. dus ongedierte in huis.

Locatie was top. Met een fijne parkeerplaats naast het appartement. En het appartement is voorzien van alle gemakken.

Gordijn in woonkamer miste, waardoor iedereen s avonds het appartement in kan kijken. Het bed was vrij hard.

definitely exceeded our expectations in every way.

Everything was perfect. We appreciated the underfloor heating, the amount of natural light, the atmosphere, the space and the beautiful view we had on the river Meuse and its surroundings covered in thick snow when we were there. also liked the information provided on the town and the area.

Perfect location, Perfect place.

Stephane was very responsive. He welcomed us with a bottle of champagne which was very nice. He had a bottle of milk in the fridge for us which we did not drink but it would be very helpful for guests with young children. The free reserved parking was perfect for such a place that is so close to the city center. Its location is on the main road but once inside the house, we weren’t be bothered by the noise of the cars outside because the house is soundproofed very well. The view is magnificent. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and it has 2 floors. The downstairs bedroom is very spacious with comfy bed. Upstairs has another bedroom that could sleep 3. There are 2 folded cribs and children play area upstairs. The kitchen is spacious with everything you need to cook your home cook meals. The fridge is not big and there is no freezer so you need to plan your shopping accordingly if you stay longer. The living area is also spacious. The bathroom is separated from the toilet so if you go in a big group you should not have issues waiting for your turn 😉. Please note: this apartment is on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator. If you have physical challenging climbing stairs then this is not a place for you. Other than that this is the perfect location. I would stay here again next time I visit Dinant. Thank you, Stephane.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Had everything you could need. Spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to middle of the town. Car parking . Loved that it had a washing machine Stéphane was kind enough to leave a welcome bottle of bubbles 😊

The only thing I can think of is that the shower head needs to be replaced or repaired it unable to be adjusted.

A very comfortable property with great view and responsive host

Safe parking for motorbike in the garage. Fantastic view of the River Meuse. Comfortable bed. 10 minutes steady walk to town on the river bank. Table and chairs to sit on the river bank. Quiet location. Good communication with the host. Would come back

No blinds or curtains in the living area.

the apartment was amazing, the surrounds were breathtaking stunning and awesome. the apartment was very clean and nice owner was very friendly and helpful.

Airco. it was extremely hot outside 28/30 degrees, and did not really have a way to make the apartment cold. a tip is to find a way so the visitors can have airco.

Fab apartment in a great location

Ideal location and a very clean and spacious apartment. An easy 5 minute walk along the river path into the main town. Great communications and a few food basics were great, especially as we travelled on our motorbike. We could've parked the bike in the basement but there was a doorstep and the off-road parking was great anyway. Plus a lovely bottle of bubbly was waiting for us. Would recommend this apartment and would stay again if we go back to Dinant.

No plug in the bathroom sink - so there really wasn't much to not like!

Great spacious and clean house

Very spacious and clean rooms, very nice living room with view over the river. Lots of appliances available. Very friendly and cooperative contact with owner

Exceptional

A clean comfortable place. We were 3 adults and we fit fine. It is a little ways down the river from the center so it was quite at night but if you don't have a car it is a mile walk to the center. Totally worth the price.

It is the top floor of the building so the exterior walls are sloped inward. Not a problem but be aware
