we were all very satisfied to stay there and we are definitely coming back

1. easy to reach staff and responsiveness 2. excellent interior design, kudos to who did this, all of us in the family were wowwed. since we were looking for a place to gather around family members and just chill, i cant really emphesize on how important this one is. we have had previous dissapointing experienced before, and to be welcomed with such is very satisfaying 3. all facilities as mentioned and working - airconditioner, hot shower, fridge, netflix, electrik stove, microwave, water heate 4. wide parking spot- we came with two cars

1. if there was anything to be done to make the stay impaccable, then I would say to put more effort in cleanliness. the geusthouse is already clean, if if you are a clean freak like me, you would comment the same thing. like that small area of mould on the bathroom wall, or the specks of dust on the carpet, or the small small stain on the blanket. nothing really, but if improved, would be top of the hat 2. sugar - having been used to free sugar, coffee and tea sachets in hotels, i found that nor providing sugar is somewhat a small turn off. tea sachet and nescafe was provided but no sugar was available. so we had three in one coffee that morning. 3. coway hot water function was not functioning- might have been a technical error from our side or actually a faulty system for their side, either way, didnt really affect us because they had water heater that solved the problem

One of the coziest homestays ever - made us just want to stay in!

The first thing you notice about Sarah's Guesthouse is how clean and spacious it's been designed and laid out - the living space was really cozy and warm. The rooms had ample space, air conditioners were new and cold, and the water pressure was adequately heated. It easily accommodated the 8x of us, and it just made us never want to leave the space! The smart TV (which had Netflix an YouTube) and a solid broadband connected certainly urged this on!

Small nitpicks - there are some stains on the bathroom ceiling (I'm not sure if it's mold from dampness or just paint peeling) and the water dispenser takes a while to fill up. But otherwise, everything else is fantastic! A big plus would be to include a hairdryer ;)

Clean, tidy,mininalist, spacious. Near to town, very responsive owner.

Noisy surroundings maybe due to a lot of houses nearby with a lot of cars parked near the house.

It was a pleasant stay.

The villa is spacious and clean -- 4 bedrooms, TV lounge, big kitchen with facilities, two parking spaces (front and back) functioning aircon and ceiling fans, clean linen. Also very importantly, good communication between the owner & guests; owner is humble and apologises for shortcoming and trusts the guests.

Some parts need repairs -- e.g., the banister for front steps is shaky & unsafe; the door knob for one of the rooms is faulty. Suggestions: (1) Place one small coffee table in the lounge which can be used while having tea or coffee, or for work on the laptop; (2) Steps leading to the kitchen -- for safety especially of elderly guests, a banister is helpful. (3) Kitchen door is locked using only a door knob. For safety, this is not enough. A latch can be used inside in addition to the door knob.

pleasant stay with family in Kuala Terengganu.

The location is near to town. Close to popular eateries. ample room to park cars.

the water pressure is quite low. Again it is a common issue in Kuala Terengganu.

Modern Rumah Kampung

Professional and courteous host. Strategic location, close to many facilities. Proper parking spots. Excellent interior design, loved the colour scheme and selection of furnitures, minimalist yet modern.

Low water pressure - I guess that is a common issue faced in Kuala Terengganu Lot of ants - something that to be tolerated as part of village experience

A pleasant surprise awaits as you enter the house - Don't judge it by the exterior look!

The place was clean, spacious and facilities were great. Location wise - easy to navigate, close by to town centre

The house can get pretty warm in the evening due to the afternoon sun - would suggest to have an air-con unit installed at the living room/hall The 2 toilets may not be sufficient for big family - especially when one of it is connected to a room.
