Lovely location and breakfast.

Location. Room. Comfortable. Good breakfast.

Bedside light had no bulb in it so we had to use the main room light. The road to the farmhouse isn’t in the best condition. Signage could have been better. When we arrived we weren’t sure where to go.

Idéal pour visiter le lago di braies en fin de journée

Le logement situé dans une ferme avec un point de vue fantastique. Le confort et la qualité de l aménagement de la chambre tout en bois. Le restaurant conseillé était très bien.

Estadia típica no meio das montanhas!! Pequeno almoço muito agradável e anfitriões calorosos! Comodidades muito boas! Recomendo muito para quem quer uma experiência mais típica!

Bellissimo Soggiorno!

La struttura è un tipico agriturismo di montagna, molto caratteristico, con tanti dettagli che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Le camere sono state ristrutturate e si presentano quindi più moderne, ma conservando sempre le caratteristiche di una baita di montagna. Molto belle. Noi pur essendo in due abbiamo prenotato una tripla perché non c'erano altre disponibilità quindi era sicuramente più spaziosa di una doppia classica, ma anche per tre persone sarebbe stata più che sufficiente. Il bagno era più piccolino, ma comunque nuovo. Anche la pulizia era perfetta. Ci è piaciuta molto anche la colazione, che in parte varia di giorno in giorno. Tutto buonissimo! I due proprietari sono super gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fatti sentire a casa sin dal primo momento, dandoci anche molti consigli sulle escursioni da fare e sui locali dove andare a mangiare.

Vorrei segnalare solo che non c'è un ascensore per poter salire alle camere: bisogna usare le scale che purtroppo non sono molte comode, soprattutto se si hanno bagagli pesanti. Noi non abbiamo avuto grossi problemi, anche perché il proprietario ci ha aiutati ed è stato molto carino. Però segnalo per chi magari viaggia con figli e tanti bagagli, così arriva preparato. Altro piccolissimo appunto: aggiungerei un tappetino in bagno (anche di semplice spugna) da poter usare uscendo dalla doccia, così da non rischiare di scivolare e bagnare troppo in giro. Per il resto, super consigliato!!

Buona accoglienza e posizione panoramica bellissima sulla valle. Camera rinnovata e molto grande.

Nel letto mancava il lenzuolo di sotto, c’era soltanto il copri materasso.

Vraiment parfait !

Tout. Une superbe chambre avec vue sur les montagnes, le calme absolu, l'extrême gentillesse de Valentina et Helmut, le petit-déjeuner maison (ricotta en galette, oeufs-bacon, le lait de vache... Merci Helmut). Une très belle rencontre, nous reviendrons !

On a écourté le séjour

Literie confortable, bonne douche et petit déjeuner correct. Ne pas hésiter à demander à ce que le chauffage soit plus fort si vous avez froid. Parking sur place. La personne sur place peut sembler timide au premier contact mais elle s'est quelque peu déridée par la suite.

La TV ne comporte pas un seul programme en français (en cas de mauvais temps...). Rien à faire dans l'hébergement si vous ne sortez pas en raison du temps. Juste un restaurant ouvert dans le village lors de notre passage. Le prix est trop élevé par rapport à l'endroit. Pas d'aide pour le transport des bagages alors qu'il y a des hommes sur place. Aucun conseil n'est donné sur les commodités (ou non) alentours. Pas vraiment de réception, on a dû frapper à plusieurs portes pour dénicher la dame, elle nous a filé les clés, montré la chambre puis elle a disparu.

Would highly recommend. Exceptionally clean, welcoming, and an unbeatable location. An easy to navigate, 10 minute bus ride to the start of Alta Via 1/ Lago di braies. Owners were wonderful, breakfast was great, and the views were exceptional.

Great location, hospitality, and food!

Helmut, Valentina & Slavs - they were helpful, kind, and generous. We really enjoyed the beautiful location and views. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious - best eggs! Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely stunning location

Very helpful hosts, most beautiful location with a great restaurant nearby. Hosts kindly drove us to start of walk at Lago de Braies. Very generous home cooked breakfast.

Amazing family hotel with its own history and hospitable hosts! Fabulous views around, perfect cleanliness, wonderful breakfast. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds! Unfortunately we had a very short time, only one night, to visit Lake Braies, which is 5-7 min away by car. We will be happy to return again. Thank you for your hospitality and attitude towards your guests! God's blessing!

It was okay but not worth the money

It was in a nice location and was beautiful from the outside. The bed was large and comfortable and the en-suite bathroom was nice and modern.

No one was there to greet us, it was not easy to find someone. There was no restaurant so we had to drive to find somewhere to eat, breakfast was not great. They offered us scrambled eggs and we got a chopped fried egg that tasted a few days past its best by date

Peaceful mountain getaway

It was quiet and picturesque. We also loved the heated floors in the bathroom!

The first thing you walk past when arriving is the barn with cows, the smell isn’t very pleasant. It’s also a bit secluded from town up on a hill.

Wonderful place and has excellent service. The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was simply delicious, all homemade and fresh. We were very well welcomed! we will definitely come back in summer time 😀

The rooms look clean and decent.

However, the journey to find the hotel was terrifying. We drove for 5 hours to check in at 9 PM (last check in stated on booking.com is 10 PM). When we arrived, the whole property has no lights on (not even in the entrance, no signage, neither there are signs of life from the windows). We entered the property in the dark, and there are no hosts to welcome us. So we feel that the place is a little bit off and unlike any other accommodation that we’ve stayed so far. After this experience me and my family feel unsafe to stay in this place and we fled to find other place to stay. The location is also on top of a hill, I would’t say it’s a prime location as advertised.

We stayed for two nights and we can definitely highly recommend this place! Amazingly clean and beautiful, the surroundings are astonishing, breakfast was very tasty, wide choice of super delicious food, we fell in love with ricotta with caramel! The hosts were greatly nice and kind. Our rate would be even more than 10 if possible! :)
