superbly well situated for everything in Stamford, whilst being in a quiet neighbourhood. A spacious three bedroom house with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The mattresses were OK now but won’t be soon - going for the cheap end of the spectrum may be a mistake. it was not clear where the free parking for one car was situated so we paid for both. I think that the details need updating please.

Superb location. Clean and tidy. Sweet courtyard garden that was very sunny.

Terrestrial TV, sky or netflix would have been good. Dreadful TV channels. Mirrors in the bedrooms would have been appreciated.

the location was fantastic - walking distance from the station and town centre. The house was very clean and modern and it was great that it had a parking space.

the property was excellent but there wasn’t a lot of kitchen equipment - a few more mugs, plates etc would have enabled us to use the dishwasher. A long mirror in the hall would have been good.

Great location, walking distance to everything as really close to town center, easy access with convenient parking, very well equipped, has lovely cozy courtyard area with pretty lighting and flowers/shrubs. The property is situated approx. 100ft from the Stamford Meadows which has open grass areas, a pretty river running through it and wonderful views of Stamford

Location was great. Instructions to access and park were very easy to follow. Hosts provided everything we requested, including cot, stair gates and a high chair. Also a nice touch that they provided coffee, tea, sugar, milk etc.

The property was very clean and tidy, and the owner had left lovely games and puzzles to enjoy during our stay. The location was ideal for all that Stamford has to offer very close to the centre. We had everything we needed and had a lovely long weekend.

The location was good, although quite a bit of traffic noise at busy times. Access to Stamford facilities was easy and convenient. Because the weather was so fantastic during our stay we enjoyed the use of the courtyard at certain times. Pretty hanging baskets.

A little more cutlery in the kitchen would have been helpful, but in other respects the house was very well provided with essential equipment. We liked the soft gentle grey decor all around the house and the flow of the house was good and comforable. The mattress in the front bedroom tended to throw the occupants towards the middle so may need to be renewed in due course. Otherwise the house was very workable and comfortable.

Perfect for 3 of us. Exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. Many extras provided in kitchen. Patio lovely with pretty pot plants too.

Long length mirrors in beds rooms needed. Please.not sure why three double beds in 3 bedrooms when only 4 kitchen chairs and sofa and chair in lounge..

The accommodation was perfect with three double beds in three separate rooms. Linen and towels were supplied along with tea coffee and sugar. Very clean couldn’t fault. Right next to the local station and other facilities with in walking distance to. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Only one parking space, parking was difficult if you have more than one car.

The location was great for access to Stamford and close to the river and short walk to town. 3 reasonable size double bedrooms, parking close by. Easy to find. Nice and clean and all the basics covered.

The road was a bit busier than expected during the day and we queued for about 20 minutes to get through Stamford, it was a Friday evening though. Only a yale lock on the front door and the no instructions for the t.v., couldn't find how to make the ordinary t.v. work, only internet services.
