Schöner Aufenthalt über nacht und eine schöne Altstadt im Stadtkern :)

Bett sind gut und es gibt Fußbodenheizung. Es war Sauber und man konnte an der Hygiene nicht meckern.

Fenster waren nur Kippbar und große Fenster hatten nicht bedienbare Rollladen davor. In der Straße sind die Parkplätze rar aber vorhanden, wenn man glück hat.

Alles war sehr sauber , schönes helles Zimmer ! 24 h Check-in möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schade, dass man dort nicht frühstücken kann.

Reutlingen war schön und für uns war die Lage perfekt.

DIe Lage war Super und es war sehr ruhig und sauber.

Es war schade, dass es kein Frühstück gibt.

Great and peacefull accomodation

Room was clean, the heating was great, and the check in system is fast. The staff answered all of our questions very fast and we had parking in front of the hotel.

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Es ist sauber und der Check in ist sehr unkompliziert.

Mir persönlich fehlt ein Mülleimer im Bad und es gibt dort keine wirkliche Abstellmöglichkeit für die Sachen. Aber man kommt klar ;)

Beznadziejna obsługa

Mieliśmy problem z telewizorem, nie działały żadne przyciski na pilocie ani na telwizorze, a przywieźliśmy własnego laptopa i kabel HDMI ( o czym poinformowaliśmy obsługę w pierwszym kontakcie), żeby coś pooglądać, więc byliśmy lekko zawiedzeni, kiedy telewizor nie współpracował. Zadzwoniliśmy do obsługi, Pani powiedziała, że ona się na tym nie zna i że podpyta kogoś oraz że skontaktuje się z nami przez booking. Po ok. 30min. Dostaliśmy wiadomość, że żeby telewizor zadziałał trzeba mieć kabel HDMI, a oni nie mają (??), więc odpisaliśmy Pani że mamy swój kabel, ale nie w tym leży problem. Jako, że na odpowiedź czekaliśmy dość długo, mój chłopak postanowił zadzwonić ponownie, przedstawił się i zaczął mówić że dzwonimy odnośnie problemu z telewizorem, Pani mu przerwała, podniosła głos i powiedziała, że odpisała już na bookingu, więc mój chłopak powiedział, że tak widział, ona znowu przerwała że wiadomość jest na booking i chłopak powiedział że on też już odpisał i że mamy kabel. Pani zamilkła, bo nie wiedziała co powiedzieć, potem wróciła do tego, że ona się nie zna i że jest już późno (była 20:00, a na drzwiach było napisane że obsługa jest dostępna do 21), i że spróbuje coś zrobić, ale nie obiecuje, że się uda, więc bardzo proklienckie podejście. Nie działa? To trudno. Nieistotne, że klient zapłacił za usługe, która nie działa, finalnie rozwiązaliśmy problem sami, ale niesmak pozostał. Kolejna kwestia jest taka, że nie ma recepcji, więc jak pojawia się jakiś nagły problem pozostaje liczyć, że 'przemiła' Pani odbierze i będzie się jej chciało pomóc, albo że zakres problemu zmieści się w jej kompetencjach :) Nie polecam.

The bathroom was good and the bed was comfy. There was a good sized fridge.

Would never stay there again.

Ok location

Terrible self check in. Never worked and had to wait for someone to let us in the hotel. Light in first room did not work. No light by the bed only one really bright ceiling light.

Not bad but you could find better

The easy check in, the room was clean!

Didn't have many facilities like ex.the iron, i asked for one thru message because no one it's there because the hotel has no reception,and they answered after a day. The bed wasn't comfortable. No value for the money.

Good. no frills and practical.

great. it’s super practical. nothing too much.

that we cant use cash to pay the property. I think this should be mentioned when booking the trip or at least on the page of the hotel because we received a message on the day of the stay that if we do pay by cash then we have to tell them prior. I think it would have been better if they sent this message earlier.

Perfect little hotel studio apartment has all for simple self catering

I have stayed here before self check in its perfect for self catering type hotel apartment easy to check in and check out staff clean rooms every day I like it as it's near city centre quiet safe and secure

Nice facilities without air con, no staff on site.

We had stayed before and liked it.

The room was terribly hot. The blinds were open and windows shut when we arrived. Weather was up to 36° and 23° at night. No air con. I rang reception at 10 am on Saturday and a fan (pretty basic) arrived the next day. Sleep was very difficult over the 3 nights. Noisy neighbours outside the hotel in the middle of the night.

Exceptional

Very easy to check in follow instructions on screen then you get key card and number of room easy peasy no problems.Its easy to walk to local shops , restaurants using Google maps .I found local Denns biomarkt was excellent good value with reduced to clear products including salami ,milk ,eggs .I sampled alcohol free beer .The room I was in on second floor has kettle and fridge with small freezer .The cleaning staff change bed sheets every day .I have small tip I went to bed early and during night I closed windows as in morning after 5 am traffic and people going to work early wake you up but it's like that in any apartment hotel in any city .It's nice city I love the Turkish kebabs and there's local Greek restaurant too very cool.

Small hotel so relatively quiet Automatic check in machine worked well

No staff. No plain coffee. No milk. No F&B facilities. Room was hot without windows wide open. Badly designed shower room led to water on the floor.
