Not professional

Nice room with bathroom and balcony for a fair price!

* the wifi in room 48 doesn’t work at all, really bad in rooms 47 and 46. I told the staff and they confirmed it didn’t work. They asked if I wanted to move rooms, but my sister was next door so I didn’t want to leave her and my partner was away so I would have to move everything myself. The owner texted me asking why I was “playing games”. I was confused so I called them. Him and a woman were yelling at me and I asked to speak. The man said “no you can’t speak because what you say is stupid”. I got freaked out so I just decided to move rooms. I had to ask if the room on the other side of my sister was available (not offered to me initially) and it was and already cleaned so I’m confused why they wanted to separate. * my sister went on a tour to get a Sak Yant tattoo. My partner and I didnt go and had no involvement. The tour ended up being a scam and the “guide” asked her for more money when the tattoo was finished. She told the guide that she paid the required amount online and the guidelines state any more money owed has to be agreed upon before the tattoo starts. The woman agreed and took her back to the hotel. My sister stayed the night at this hotel and left midday the next day. The tour guide called the hotel supposedly looking for my sister and asking for more money. They told her that she checked out and then gave the scam tour guide my phone number. I got a text from this lady and was so confused! I asked the hotel and they said they didn’t give her my number, but I asked the scammer and she said they did. This is confidential information and I had no involvement in this other than it being my sister and we stayed at the same hotel (different bookings). You should never give out a guests private information

Жили семьей 2 взрослых и 2 ребёнка. Брали большой номер с видом на горы. На балконе было 2 лежака - удобно. В номере огр

Большой номер, огромная кровать, вид на горы, в кафе очень вкусно готовят, особенно том ям и том ка. Маленькие муравьи нападали на сладкое, если оставить на столе.

Далеко до моря. Минут 10, а то и 15 по очень оживленной дороге, тротуаров нет. При заселении в номере было не очень чисто (за диваном, под кроватью, на балконе)

Отель May House - на твердую оценку 4+ для бюджетного туриста по 5-бальной системе, что как раз соответствует 8.6 баллов по 10-бальной системе Букинга. Расположение на 4+ - торцом на центральную улицу, по ней примерно 13 минут пешком до входа на пляж (Karon Circle) - вниз мимо храма (рынка). Шумные бары в отеле не слышны - они все ближе к пляжу, но дорога по утрам немного шумит. Примерно 300 м по дороге к пляжу на территории храма во вторник и пятницу работает ночной рынок. Наш номер 48 на 4-м этаже в дальнем от дороги торце - квадратная комната примерно 16 м2 + санузел и открытая лоджия - вполне достаточно для 2-х взрослых. В комнате есть необходимое - двуспальная кровать с двумя тумбочками, широкий стол для работы и косметики вдоль стены с выдвижными ящиками, зеркалом, минихолодильником, телевизором, также тумба-табуретка, шкаф. Кровать, тумбочки, подушки, белье - удобные. На балконе - деревянная сушилка, металлические стол и два стула с квадратными отверстиями. Есть фен, чайник, стаканы, чашки, ложки, чай, кофе, сухое молоко, сахар, бутылки с питьевой водой - пополняют ежедневно. ВСЕ номера отеля смотрят на север, солнце НИКОГДА не попадает в окно - и это отлично для жаркого Таиланда. Почему это случилось - когда то давно здание одного небольшого 4-хэтажного отеля разделили по всем этажам перегородкой вдоль центрального коридора. Южная половина - отель Karon Seaside (мы там жили в 2019-м), северная - наш May House. Для уборки номера нужно повесить табличку на дверь. Мы вешали 7 дней из 9-ти - всегда убирались неплохо. Полотенца и белье меняют не каждый раз. Внизу в отеле есть отличное кафе, утром закрыто - работает с обеда примерно с 12 до 22. Кушали 8-9 раз: суп зеленый карри, Том Ям, Том Ха, рыбу, под-тай с морепродуктами, салат из папайи. Случилась поломка: при включении душа сильно протекал шлаг к водонагревателю - сказал утром, вернулся к обеду с пляжа - заменили новым, включая лейку. Понравилось, спасибо персоналу - очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные.

1) сейф есть, но очень маленький - ноут 13" не влез - только деньги и документы, 2) на балконе неплохой металлический стол, но столешница в перфорированных дырках 1 см - неудобно протирать - крошки, сок фруктов и масло сваливается / стекает в дырки, 3) шкаф большой, но в нем нет даже пары горизонтальных полок для одежды - только два выдвижных ящика внизу, 4) в комнате не хватает 2-х обычных стульев - таскать с балкона надоедает, а низкая тумба-табурет сломалась (сделана из плохого материала)

Ok for a short stay if you can sleep through road noise

Location was great close to shops and restaurants, supermarket next door. Big room with balcony and enormous bed! big enough for 4! Bathroom ok cafe down stairs good

No lift and we were on the 4th floor On the main road through Karon so very VERY NOISY!

Хорошее расположение Ежедневная быстрая уборка, вышел вниз на завтрак, пришел, номер чистый, идеально!

Жили в этом отели 2 раза но в разных категориях номера Первый раз было супер - номер большой, просторный, отзыв оставляла по нему Во второй раз полная противоположность - номер маленький, розетки не найти, кондиционер выключил, сразу жарко, были муравьи, очень много((

La ubicación. Para ir en moto o así es genial, pero nosotros ibamos a pie y queda a unos 20minutos de la playa y con todo el calor y el sol es bastante duro

The staff was very kind. Good restaurant on the first floor. Big room. Bed is huge. Internet is also good(speed was about 8mb/s but connection was very stable) Comfortable table.

All big rooms have a mountain view (view is good btw), but there is a road between hotel and mountain. Therefore all big rooms are quite noisy at night.

Lovely stay in Phuket

Clean and comfortable. Option to have your room cleaned was great so if you didn’t want the room cleaning they still leave new bottles of water and toilet roll outside :) Good location, far away enough to be quiet from loud music but a short walk to lots of restaurants

Sheets are clean and perfectly ironed ☺️ So many small and necessary items. Big private room for the hostel price.

They ask for deposit of 500 baht. Which is not written anywhere or at least I didn’t see.

Highly recommend this place.

I am very happy with my stay at this place. It exceeded my expectations. The room looks better than in the photos, it was cleaned every day. The room temperature was perfect without aircon. And most importantly - the bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep in my life here. Very good location with many bars around. Very good people running the place. Overall, a very good value for the price.

RUSSIANS. The whole Karon area is full of them at the moment.

May is a wonderful hospitable hostess, she always helps in any matters. Very good room cleaning. The room is spacious and everything works well. Near cafes, city bus and new self-service laundry, as well as 7-11

except that the water pressure is not very strong on the top floor, but still sufficient

Affordable spacious accommodation for backpackers (2-3 nights max)

The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is located on the main street where many good restaurants and markets are within 5 minutes walk.

The shower room isn't separated from the bathroom. So, when you take shower the water splashes everywhere. The shower head is static. There is no hair dryer. The WiFi is slow. The lobby is basically a restaurant, which is usually crowded in the evening. So, there's no place for working or sitting except the hotel room. It's a bit loud at night because of the traffic.
