Worth a return for us

Such a gem! Great location, comfortable, clean and rooms very quiet. Sammy reached out b4 we arrived and was incredibly helpful and accommodating with toasters extra towels etc plus eating out suggestions. A beautiful spot to return to on our trip up and down to qld.

Ideal stop-off on way up or down the coast

Near the motorway but without the noise. Clean room. Good facilities in nearby town of Maclean, especially the coffee roasters & IGA

Shower curtain didn't stop water getting onto bathroom floor

Not clean and over priced.

The hotel was close to the HWY.

Parking was restricted for high roof vehicles. The car park area was not lite up…..THERE WAS HAIR IN THE SHOWER…

Great place for a stopover on the way north

Great motel for a one night stay. Clean and comfortable room. Good blackout blinds. Nice to have a fan as an option over air conditioning. Staff were friendly. Lovely and quiet at night.

Bed was a bit soft and bouncy.

Worth stopping in

Unusually located but worked. Lovely view from room. Easy walk to town. Staff very helpful.

Great

The room was clean and tidy. We liked the location of the Motel and would stay again. The price was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It is close to all the facilities and town. Would recommend.

Clean, quiet, comfy and value for money.

We stayed in a cute twin room with plenty of space and a nice bathroom. The motel's easy to find, quiet and clean. The room has modern decor, and looks like it's been recently renovated. We were also able to check in late, the crew were very accommodating. Great value for money.

The single bed seemed to be a child's size, which I wasn't aware of when I booked. It was a bit short for a tall adult. Luckily one of us was able to fit in it comfortably.

A really warm, comfortable and quiet overnight stay in a great location.

We were greeted at the motel by name in a warm and welcoming manner. The room was clean, warm and the bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed for and overnight stay was provided in the room, a toaster was available from reception if needed. We loved the view out front over the river at sunset and the close proximity (By car) to shops, pubs and restaurants. It was quiet overnight so we were able to have a good sleep after along day driving.

The renno of the motel has improved it so much since we stayed there some years ago.

A safety issue is the lack of lighting at the driveway entrance of a night time. The drive way is just around a bend and is difficult to locate. It is even worse When you have someone sitting on your rear while you are slowing down and Trying to find the entrance.

Comfortable beds. Nice location.

It was a lot cleaner than some but still needed fine tuning.

Bathroom was cold. The way the windows are, and no heating in them.

A great place to stopover on the Pacific Hwy. well serviced accommodation and the township offered everything we needed in a friendly manner.

Great.

The renovations, new furniture and fittings all look good. Very comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and bedroom - really good value for money. Easy and quick checkin.

Superb

My room was extremely clean and comfortable. The manager was friendly and helpful. Pity it was their last day as they had sold the motel.

Lack of parking on the night I stayed, as motel was pretty full.

Very Good, it was excellent for what we required.

The premises was very much fit for purpose, the owners have probably only not long taken over and very much trying to achieve what they were setting out to do.

The only real bits of constructive criticism would be maybe providing a dual use body wash/shampoo in the room. Everything was clean and tidy, a lot was freshly renovated but something i noticed and it was not only at this property was the cleanliness of the things such as fans and light fittings. The things that are easily missed.
