Villa located in Alhaurín el Grande, province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This spectacular villa will provide you with the most relaxing holidays you have ever had. The quiet surroundings will allow you to spend some fun moments with your family and friends.
The villa has five bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.80x2 mt) and an en-suite with shower, one with a double bed (1.50x2 mt) and a sofa, one with a double bed (1.50x2 mt) on the top floor, one with two single beds (1.05x2 metres) and the last bedroom with two single beds (0.90x1.90 metres). Besides, there are two more bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. The living room is provided with a fireplace and comfortable sofas. The large independent kitchen is furnished with all the necessary kitchenware, in addition to welcoming a huge dining table and a wood-stone fireplace.
The ground floor is provided with underfloor heating, while on the first floor there are electric radiators. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen are provided with ducted air-con, whereas the dining room and the top floor are equipped with split air-con.
The villa is provided with TV broadcasting foreign channels.
The outdoor area is simply mesmerising. In fact, it welcomes a huge private pool surrounded by sun loungers, covered pergolas with dining areas, an outdoor kitchen with barbeque and a grill, an independent toilet and private parking. As if it weren’t enough in the garden you will find palm trees and colourful flowers, to make your stay even more pleasant.
the use of the heated pool from April 1 to October 31 is included in the price. In February, March and November, the heated swimming pool is available at an extra cost. In December and January, the pool is not available.
Last, but not least, the owner has provided the house with a table-tennis table, a hoop to play basketball, a pool table, a table football and, for the little ones, a toboggan and a swing.

We had a wonderful time. There is lots of different entertainment for the kids. Fantastic pool area with seperate kitchen and restroom. Perfect to spend the evening under the stars. The town close by has excellent restaurants.

Schönes Haus und gepflegtes Anwesen. Sehr gut ausgestattet, sowohl innen als auch außen. Besonders gut hat uns der Wintergarten gefallen, da wir die meiste Zeit hier oder am Pool verbracht haben. Wir nutzten die Villa als Ausgangspunkt, um die Region zu bereisen, und fanden sie für unsere Bedürfnisse gut gelegen.

Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche, alles entspricht den Fotos, sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar Schaufeln und Eimer, um für die Kinder an den Strand zu gehen, große Handtücher für den Pool, eine riesige Paella-Schale, den Grill und die Plancha oben ! Automatisches Tor, der Poolbereich und der Spielbereich sind ebenfalls top! Unter der Markise können Sie 2 Autos parken. Alles ist wirklich gut durchdacht und perfekt.

The property was absolutely fantastic. Brilliant location, excellent facilities and friendly owners. Travelling with a four-year old we particularly enjoyed all the outdoor games/play equipment and the heated pool. We'll definitely be back.

The accommodation is excellent and extremely well presented. Our Host, Christobal and his wife are the most pleasant and friendly people you can hope to meet. We were met upon arrival at the designated meeting place and taken to the Villa. Christobal provided a full tour of the property and facilities. The Villa and its' Gardens and Pool are excellent and extremely well presented. Everything you can imagine needing during a stay at the Villa was provided. It was easy to drive to surrounding Towns / Villages etc and an easy Taxi ride to local excellent Restaurants. We had a wonderful week at this excellent Villa.

Je pourrais écrire des lignes sur la propreté, la disponibilité de tout le nécessaire dans la maison, les espaces extérieurs qui permettent de se délecter et s'amuser, l'intimité TOTALE avec zéro vis-à-vis, la proximité des axes routiers etc etc.
Tout cela est possible grâce à la générosité, le souci du détail, l'attention particulière de Cristobal et son épouse.
La maison est à leur image : généreuse.
Nous avons passé une semaine formidable avec la femme et nos 3 enfants.

we arrived and met the host and after a quick tour we were on holiday. after a quick shop we settled into villa life and the kids all used the pool on the hot days. 5 or 6 minutes into the busy town with lots of bars and restaurants. mercadona sold 99% of what we needed , good place to get too. we had 7 days of great weather, and fully enjoyed the pool table and table tennis table. facilities at the villa are excellent , just like home.

We traveled with the extended family (3 generations) and everyone had a wonderful time. Even if the weather was not especially warm (we traveled at the beginning of March, with cloudy days around 15-17 degrees Celsius), the heated pool was everyone's favourite place. Lots of things to do - hang by the pool or on the porch, play table tennis, pool or fuss-ball, shoot hoops/basketball etc.
The nearby town of Alhaurin el Grande has everything you need, including an impressive array of restaurants (traditional, steak house, Chinese, Indian, Turkish, Italian etc.etc.).

des Hauses ist echt top. Am Pool gibt es nochmal eine kleine Küche sowie Toilette. Der beheizte Pool
ist absoluter Luxus. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.Es gibt auf der Finca unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten. Alhurin el Grande liegt recht Zentral. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Ronda, Torremolinos, Marbella, Mijas und verschiedene Nationalparks unternommen. Das Wetter hat im September auch gepasst. 29 Grad und 1 Regentag. :-)Traumurlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

De magnifiques vacances dans une villa de rêve , très jolie et très bien entretenue où absolument rien ne manque. Encore plus joli que sur les photos. Cristobal et son épouse sont des hôtes formidables, discrets, d’une grande gentillesse et aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. Des boissons fraîches, du vin et des fruits nous attendaient notamment à l’arrivée ! Un très grand merci à eux ! Une expérience à renouveler et pour ceux qui hésitent, allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne le regretterez pas.
