The location of this villa is ideal if you want to enjoy the excellent views over the nearby Natural Area of El Chorro, Cerro del Hacho and over the province of Malaga.
The house is situated on a farm of 35.000 m2, where your need for tranquillity and privacy will be preserved, as the noises of the city don't reach this estate.
Its 299 m2 of interior surface are divided into six bedrooms, all of them with hot/cold AC. One bedroom has two double beds, one has an individual bed and a bunk bed, and the other four bedrooms are provided with two single beds each. The six bathrooms with shower are all ensuite. You will also find a very cosy living room with fireplace and a mini-bar. The kitchen is 40 m2 wide, and it is provided with all the facilities you'll need. Moreover, it communicates with the barbecue area through an interior door.
The house has an independent apartment of two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with two single beds of 90 cm, in addition to a bathroom with shower and a small living room. To open this house has an extra price, the price is for 16 people.
The house is equipped with electric oven and a wooden oven in the outside area.
The outside area is equipped with barbecue, and children's playground with swings and a slide, alongside a fenced swimming pool with salt water, a small outdoor bathroom, gardens, ping-pong table, basketball area, parking area and two fridges to keep your drinks cool during the hot days of Andalusia.

Alles war ziemlich gut :) Die Schaukeln sind alt, aber sie sind gut gepflegt. Wir waren mehrere befreundete Familien mit Kindern und um etwas zu verbessern, der Abstieg zum Schwimmbad, das einen steilen Hang hat, wenn Sie mit kleinen Kindern dorthin gehen, aber alles ist sehr gut :)

Pasamos unos días es familia muy agradables. No es fácil encontrar casas de ese tamaño, tan cómodas y tan bien ubicadas. Cercana al pueblo y muy próxima a tiendas, bares y supermercados.
Salvador, el propietario es un hombre muy amable y cercano que os atenderá en lo que necesitéis.

Wij waren met 9 mensen 5 volwassenen en 4 kinderen van 24 juli tot 2 augustus. Er was heerlijk veel ruimte om te spelen en relaxen. De kinderen hebben zich goed vermaakt en daardoor wij als ouders ook. Alles was aanwezig en het ontbrak aan niks. Alle slaapkamers hebben een airco en die was heel erg nodig met de 40+ temperaturen van die week. De dagen dat het wat aangenamer was hebben de kinderen heerlijk in de speeltuin kunnen spelen. Verder is de omgeving echt prachtig WAUW wat een uitzicht. De supermarkt is heel groot en heeft alles. Het stadje is gezellig, de tripjes en activiteiten in de omgeving zijn super. Vliegveld Malaga ligt mooi dichtbij. Echt een top locatie en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Het enige kleine min puntje was dat er op de site staat dat electrische inbegrepen was en dat is deels zo tot 200kilowatt en daarna moet je er voor betalen. Dat is niet erg, maar wij hadden het graag ergens vermeld gezien op de site.

Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina, del baloncesto, ping pong, futbolin, columpios,...muy entretenidos con todo lo que hay en la casa. También hay rutas de senderismo cerca para hacer. Las vistas son fabulosas. La casa tiene de todo. La zona de la barbacoa genial, la usamos casi todos los días. También un acierto tener la hornilla de fuera, muy cómoda. Una cosa en la que todo coincidimos el acierto de tener cada habitación su baño, teniendo así cada uno su intimidad, genial; más un baño en la parte exterior.....

El trato con SALVADOR, el dueño, también muy bien, tuvimos que llamarlo un par de veces y muy amable y dispuesto.
Si el año que viene nos decidimos por vacaciones de casa rural, repetiriamos sin duda con esta casa, porque la relación calidad/precio es muy buena, y la casa tiene de todo. A todos nos gusto muchísimo. Tuvimos lo que buscábamos, tranquilidad, estar en familia en una buena casa en el campo apartados del mundo, con entretenimiento para todos, con buenas instalaciones....un 10

Muy espaciosa , con diferentes ambientes donde disfrutar. Muy positivo tener un baño en cada habitación , aunque en algunos baños olía un poco mal como a "tuberías".
La casa estaba limpia y los exteriores(enormes) bien cuidados y con los accesorios en perfecto estado ( ping-pong, fútbolin, etc...)
La piscina espectacular, una "fantasía", con vistas estupendas, rodeada de césped, segura para los niños, muy limpia y de agua salada!!!
El dueño muy amable y disponible para lo que necesitáramos. Incluso nos ayudó a resolver una avería que tuvimos con el coche, de manera rápida y cómoda para nosotros, aunque no tenía ninguna obligación.
Y en contra de algún comentario que hemos leido , a nosotros nos devolvió la fianza muy rápido.
Cosas a mejorar, el wifi que dejó de funcionar en varias ocasiones y el lavavajillas ( industrial) que no era muy eficaz.
En resumen, nos ha gustado mucho y lo hemos pasado genial. La finca es enorme y hemos disfrutado de la naturaleza.

Magnífico fin de semana en alojamiento con todas las comodidades, casa en donde estamos todo el grupo junto sin perder la intimidad de cada familia gracias a las diferentes habitaciones con baños integrados. Los exteriores perfectos para disfrutar mayores y niños. El dueño encantador y servicial en todo momento. Sin duda repetiremos para disfrutar de la piscina y su enclave cuando el tiempo acompañe.

Die Finca liegt wunderschön mit traumhaftem Ausblick, sehr schöner Garten und viel Platz, alle Zimmer sehr schön und sauber,aussen Grill,schöner Pool Bereich,wir waren mit 16 Personen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Álora ist eine kleine Stadt sehr reizvoll und viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen und sehr gute Restaurants, wir können die Finca und den Ort weiter empfehlen .

Une vue imprenable sur la vallée, sa piscine nous invitant à la détente, son jardin biodiversité , une maison typique, le tout à flanc de Coline, procurent un sentiment de bien-être. La variété des commerces de proximité proposent tous les produits nécessaires pour le bon déroulement des vacances. Nous tenons à remercier les propriétaires de cette charmante bâtisse qui nous ont accueilli et nous ont donné les informations sur les restaurants et les sites à visiter

Die Finca liegt sehr schön gelegen etwas außerhalb von Álora. Das Grundstück ist groß genug um sich
Die Finca liegt sehr schön gelegen etwas außerhalb von Álora. Das Grundstück ist groß genug um sich such mal aus dem Weg zu gehen, wir hockten aber ständig zusammen. Toll war der Salzpool und die Bluetoothanbindung für die Musik. Das Wlan funktionierte nicht so toll, aber man kam zurecht. Das Inventar war mehr Sperrmüll, das Geschirr aus vielen Einzelgedecken zusammen gestellt und Ameisen transportierten die Essensreste weg. Die Sonnenbedachung war auf der Terrasse, wie auch am Pool zerschlissen und löchrig.
Es ist eigentlich schade, aber aus dieser Finca würde ich mehr machen wollen.

Op 15 loopafstand leuk levendig dorp met bijzonder aardige inwoners, ttalloze winkels, kasteel etc. Trein en OV om de hoek.

la maison est très agréable, nous avons vraiment apprécié la climatisation dans toutes les chambres qui possèdent également leur propre salle de douche avec wc ainsi que la qualité de la literie. La piscine eau de mer est très agréable et les frigos intérieurs et extérieurs sont un plus. Amateur de musique les hauts parleurs Bluetooth extérieurs ont été très appréciés.
il y a quelques points a améliorer: le lave vaisselle industriel à disposition n'est pas adapté, il n'y a pas assez de transats pour le nombre d'occupants . un salon de jardin extérieur serait le bienvenu.
