My stay felt very much like home. It was quiet and perfect for my workdays. Well stocked with everything I needed for my stay. I enjoyed the outside spaces very much. If ever I need a place in Richmond the next time I'm in town, this property is at the top of my list.

The house was great comfortable. The neighborhood was in a college area which was a little noisy. But overall nice stay.

Very clean, updated,well-furnished, well-supplied property. Easy to find free parking in front of the property. Ten minutes from good dining. It's easy to see the owners have put time and effort into making sure the extras that make a stay good have been considered.

The house was very comfortable, and we had easy access to the fan and downtown. The air and the shower were great. On street park wasn't an issue, we always found a spot.

A friend and I stayed here while attending Galaxycon. The street was very quiet and easy to access, and the location made ubering around town easy! It was extremely close to most of the sections of town we wanted to frequent. Plus, there is an amazing crab shack nearby that most people cite being hard to get food at due to crowding. We were able to easily walk in and grab food to take back! If we do a similar trip again, I will definitely seek out to book this location!

Overall a good place to stay. The house was very clean and had everything you’d need. It’s located right across the street from what I think is university housing, but wasn’t super loud! The most noise you’d hear is from cars cutting through the street and didn’t cause any issues with sound while sleeping. (also construction of a new building but it seems they are finishing that very quickly and they kept normal hours) They have a lovely front porch swing and nice outdoor space which I think would be very enjoyable under the right weather conditions ! The beds were very stiff, so that was problematic for us if you aren’t used to/don’t prefer that. Getting in and out of the tub/shower is pretty difficult, so I wouldn’t recommend this property if traveling with older adults or anyone less able bodied. There is free street parking at the property and it was usually full so we’re glad we didn’t move our cars while there and have to worry about finding a spot when returning to the house for the evening. **it was graduation weekend so there could have been more vehicles because of that and this may not always be the case** We enjoyed our time here and the quick access it provided. Very easy to get an Uber to wherever you may be headed as well!
