This was a lovely and spacious property surrounded by a quaint town and natural beauty. The sunroom in this house has one of the best views we've ever had in our travels.
The owner was very responsive.

Great views. Roomy and comfortable. Eight members of my family and still could have privacy. Gracious host and wonderful people in the community. Went to services at St. Matthews and I recommend seeing this church.

Plenty of room for all
We had a really enjoyable 4 day stay at this property. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
It was minutes from the beach where the children enjoyed plenty of swimming and surfing.
Also right outside the door is the Coast Path and we enjoyed a walk to Aberystwyth and caught the bus back.

A Beautiful, spacious haven, with panaoramic views!
The property is a large, spacious house in excellent condition and with all the usual ameneties. Situated on the cliff, it has excellent views from front and side-facing windows, and from the garden, It is a short (uphill) walk to the local "monument" which is part of the coastal road. The locaiton is close to local stores and only 9 miles from the nearby town of Aberystwyth, which is worth a visit and provides pretty much anything you might need.
When at the house we spent much of our time on the front porch with the view of Borth and the surrounding countryside right outside our window.
J. Cathryn is a gracious and hospitable host. She communicates well in advance and stopped by during our visit to meet us in person.

Lovely staycation
Cliff Haven is a wonderful house. Rooms are all a great size, very comfortable, the living areas are spacious and plentiful. The dining room banquet table is amazing, and the sunset view from the conservatory is spectacular on a clear evening. And the J. Catherine was very welcoming and helpful
What more could you want?! Pictures don't do it justice

Fabulous house, amazing views.
This is a fantastic, absolutely huge house with the most fantastic views. Loads of off road parking, we had 4 cars, it would easily accommodate more and a well kept garden.
The conservatory had the most amazing views and was the best place to watch the sunset. The beach was literally a 2 min walk and not up a large hill (which is what usually happens to us). The house is just enough out of town for it not to be noisy, although I'm not sure Borth is ever really noisy, but is a charming little village with everything you need for a lovely restful holiday. As well as the beach there are some stunning views of mountains and lots of walks, I would thoroughly recommend walking down to the petrified forest.

A Wonderful Haven!
We thoroughly enjoyed Cliff Haven. The accessibility for Jarred was excellent, the view from the front porch amazing, and the short walk to the beach and shops very convenient. The house is lovely, very spacious and well laid out. The outdoor space is also lovely. We will be back!
