Awesome

Fantastic stay at Avgerinou Studio's. You will wake up to an amazing view of the sea, beach and mountains every morning. Very quiet, peaceful area, a short drive away from the hustle of the town. The beach is a short 3 minute walk with 3 beautiful restaurants to chose from. Some really nice homely touches in the studio and Francesca was on hand to make sure everything ran smoothly and even went above and beyond to help me with my washing! Lovely patio area to enjoy lunch, dinner or some evening drinks. Fantastic value for money and a great base to explore the island. Wifi worked in the studio and also out in the patio.

Bel endroit avec vue super mais un peu excentré de l’île nécessitant forcément un véhicule.

Endroit tranquille avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. La déco est soignée. Le réfrigérateur était garni pour le petit déjeuner.

Odeur d’égout importante dans le salle de bain. Santé de bain trop exiguë et pas d’endroit pour poser la valise.

Disappointing

Very very basic accommodation although bed comfortable and good internet service provided.

No supermarket in area and no supplies like milk for tea/coffee provided by accommodation. Very remote location and own transport a must have to stay here.

Location was perfect, amazing views over the best beach on the island. Very easily accessible via the buses, bus stop only a few minutes walk away that go directly to the port in 15min where you can access a supermarket if required. Two really nice restaurants on the beach, again only a few minutes from the property. Amazing value for money we would highly recommend and would stay again if we came back to Milos!

Room was slightly tired (but as expected from the pictures) and very basic kitchen facilities- However overall was much better than expected and would highly recommend!

Lovely stay in beautiful Paleochori

A lovely apartment in a beautiful and great location, only a minute away from the beach and two restaurants. Mama Francesca was very kind and accomodating and the whole stay was very easy, peaceful and exactly what we wanted.

The overall setting of the apartment with the views over the bay were good and is close to an attractive beach

The apartment is tired and needs updating, it reflects Greece from 25 years ago. The kitchen was not well stocked, none of the crockery matched (even cup with saucer) , we had insufficient knives and no tray to take items out to the patio. We had a number of things that broke including the patio bench and one of the bulbs in the bathroom, this highlighted that the electrics needed attention. We also had to turn the hot water heater off from the fuse box. We were also disappointed that there were no local shops eg mini-market or bakery. This meant we had a 25 minute drive to Adamas for supplies, this included basics like bottled water. The owners did appear to be upgrading some of the apartments, but our view from the outside suggested this could be focused on "luxury items" that would justify a premium price but get little use (eg a hot tub, hammock) and not the basics.

A good place to go for a relaxing holiday

Very nice place close to one of the most beautiful beaches of Milos. Not expensive.

Very good

The host was very nice and welcoming. The property was nice, beach really close 4m walk and 10m to bus stop.

Location it’s far from downtown 15-17m drive everything is good only if you rent a quad, ATV or car other than that it’s super hard to get all the way to the apartment it’s up a hill and if you don’t have a ride you pretty much have to go all around uphill on dirt road.

Could be good but need to be cleaned

The view is really amazing you see the whole Paleochori bay, you can park the car next to the property.

It could have been cleaned. It is not as old as it is dirty. Actually I could have cleaned it with a small rug, but it is not me who should do it. For the price it could have been bought a small bottle for the liquid soup (it cost 1 euro, there is a photo), or change the rusty towel hangers at least… The “double bed” is very very very very small, I was about to fall while sleeping several times… Anyway, very sorry but I can’t recommend this place, we are not so demanding and more of the things we really don’t bother, but in this place actually they are so much that it’s unavoidable… sorry really
