Location and comfort
Pictures are deceiving. To get the overlook perch you have to book either Another Dream or book the two American and Another Dream together. This was one of the main reasons we wanted this house, the view.

The location to shops and restaurants is excellent. The area is walkable to the beach and easy to find. The ice maker is much appreciated and there was plenty of glassware and silverware. The microwave was useful. We visited in cold January so didn’t get to enjoy the decks.
The mattresses are old, and cheap. The full size mattress in the downstairs bedroom is extremely uncomfortable. Don’t look at the third floor for a comfortable stay for adults, the single beds are cheap and there is only a small area to stand upright due to the ceiling slope. Toilet paper, soaps, and shampoos supplies are minimal. (We had to buy more tp during our 4 night stay) The bathroom lacks privacy due to missing shutter slats. Cats, love em, but the spray smell is pervasive.. Outside cats constantly sprayed the porch and under the house which permeated the downstairs bedrooms.

Loved how close it was to everything.
The cats everywhere

Location is nice. The house design is pretty dramatic.
No heating on the first floor during a cold snap in Dec and horrible customer care. This house has 50 feet of spiral stairs and would be dangerous to young children and difficult to impossible for elderly or disabled people. The house needs some maintenance also. Uncomfortable mattresses and ripped sheets that don’t fit. Utensils and pans that were put away dirty.

The location was exceptional
I picked this cottage so I was very happy. I would suggest a good deep cleaning periodically. The contract cleaners do a swift job for the next group, but the property needs a little more love. Some paint touch up, a good scrub with bleach on the bathroom tiles would give it a little luster however; for my 6 day stay, I enjoyed every day.

The location was absolutely excellent. Right in the heart of Seaside. Very short walk to the beautiful beach. The home was very comfortable and spacious in a beautifulneighborhood. We had an amazing time. We would definitely stay there again!
A little map to the Pensacola Pavillion would have been helpful if that was in home. It was a bit confusing at first. The mirror on the top floor in the bathroom was not secure. It fell on my shoulder when I leaned on the wooden storage area next to it. The doors need to be more secure because they don't all have latches. Also the windows were a bit dirty.

Loved the spiral staircase! View from the top balcony was beautiful!
The dresser upstairs was broken so we could not use it. The fridge was a little wonky and the shower upstairs was confusing

Location
The kitchen is on the second floor, spiral staircase to access the kitchen and bedroom on the third floor is very narrow and limits mobility. The sofa and bed frames on first floor needs updating and it has exceeded its use; requires replacement. The entry to the first floor is not an open area and limited space.

location and ambiance and privacy

The property had all of the things needed for the stay. A kitchen with all of the utensils, coffee maker, etc. The washer and dryer were nice to have. The internet worked fine. Overall the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great, right in Seaside with parking in front.
The main photos showed the other property with the upper viewing deck, which was different from this property. Later when I went back I found a small link with this properties photos which seemed a bit deceptive. The properties right next door were getting the floors redone so there was quite a bit of noise. There was broken furniture in the living room (chair) as well as a broken chair laying behind the porch swing. There were broken shutters which compromised the privacy of the downstairs bathroom as well as mold on the upper shutters outside of the upstairs bathroom. It feels like they have not done an upgrade for quite some time.

Photos were misleading. With the use of a wide angle lens, the rooms appeared more spacious than they were. I would rather have been prepared for the real size, and for the steep stairway than to see it for the first time on arrival. Also the ad from which I made my decision said use of Pool was included and that was a major factor in my decision. After all my research then I learned Pool included only at a significant cost. By then I was tired of looking. Also one of the reviews referenced use of a bike but a bike was not included. It would have been nice to have a couple of bikes available— at what cost to owner??(nothing) Cleaning supplies were lacking. We quickly ran out of paper towels and trash bags. For the price I paid, a couple extra trash bags, laundry pods, bars of soap, Toilet paper etc would have been nice. How much would that cost, really? Place was rundown. It needs a deep clean and a handymanEx: door knob to roof patio broken. I expected pristine conditions at the price.

This house is the perfect house to bring teens. It is so close to Seaside square and to the beach.
The stairs are pretty steep. This would
not be a good fit if you had small children or for elderly.

The property location is right in the hub of what you need if you want to eat, go to the beach, or pop by the watercolor inn. The cats were wonderful company and although we didn’t use them we appreciated the vast appliances in the accommodation.
We were not too happy that this place costs so much but the sheets, towels and shower curtains are so out of date. The sheets and beds are not that comfortable and for the price I expect a little more comfort! The shower curtain is just a tiny plastic sheet and the towels are dry and itchy. I would definitely recommend putting forth a little money to update these things. Also having a key would have been nice since it was a little annoying to put in the code every time. You’re not there to stay in the hotel so our stay wasn’t ruined by these things but we definitely don’t feel as if we got our money’s worth. Also a little sad that the pool was $63 additional dollars when we already pay so much to be here.
