About this house rental

This cozy house is decorated for you to gain a unique luxurious experience with custom designs from the backsplash kitchen to the custom made bathrooms so you can feel at home with your family and friends .
This is a split floorplan from the rest of the house with your own privacy and access to the outdoor pool.
It provides a family living room, kitchen ,3 bedrooms one being the master and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are furnished and provided with Towels, shampoo, and all hygienic products. Each room has a 43” smart tv’s. This property is in a safe area located 10 minutes from downtown and about 10 minutes from the International Airport. Easy access to highways and many nearby restaurants and stores
Bedrooms
The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed, walk in closet its own private bathroom and direct access to the outdoor backyard, pool area, and brand-new grill to use at your convenience.
The second room has two twin beds ideally for kids or a single person each room has central ac along with a fan to keep cool.
The third room has a king size bed with a big closet and window view out to the pool.
The hallway to the rooms provides with closet for towels and bathroom access near the two guest rooms and living room.
Kitchen/Living Room
Kitchen is newly made and has all amenities to satisfy your cooking needs. All tools are provided and even a coffee machine to keep your day going. The kitchen has a stove stop and microwave with an overhead kitchen exhaust for when you cook. The oval shape table sits 6 people centered by a tv and 2 leather couches that recline to sit back after a meal or long day and watch tv or movies.

My daughter and I recently stayed at this vacation rental property and had a pleasant experience overall. Even with its compact size, the house provided all the necessary comforts. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for all our cooking endeavors, and the living room provided a relaxing space. The host was responsive to our inquiries, particularly regarding amenities. In conclusion, our stay at this retreat was enjoyable and suited our needs well. We will definitely be back here the next time we are in the Orlando area.

Angela is an excellent hostess - communication, responsive, friendly, CLEAN, and cozy accommodations. This was the perfect fit for our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 Children). The indoor living space (kitchen/livingroom combo) is cozy but worked well for us. The outdoor patio and pool space was great! The beds were comfortable, the towels abundantly stocked (pool/beach towels included), and we loved having two bathrooms and access to onsite laundry. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with an officer residence across the road. Most importantly, we had a great time! We have stayed in many VRBOs in the past decade and would definitely come back to Dixie Belle in the future! I highly recommend this property to others - Thank you for a great stay! ~Becky and family

House was small and only way to the backyard was through a bedroom, however for three adult friends it worked well for us. Convenient location for stores around you, about 30 mins to Disney. Host was super responsive and kind. Overall it was a great stay.

The pictures are misleading They wanted an extra $30 dollars a day to heat the pool and then when she heated the pool it was still too cold to swim in

My sisters and I had a pleasant stay for our weekend in Orlando. There was a small problem with the automatic lock when we arrived. Host, Angela, answered and resolved the problem immediately. She had control of the unit’s temperature but was willing to adjust it right away. And she even came by during a rainy evening to provide new batteries for one of the remote controls. Thanks for your hospitality, Angela!

We have stayed at MANY VRBOs and this one tops the list for being clean! The reclining couches were wonderful to relax in after a full day. The unit is close to everything but a car is good to have. The pool was wonderful and the kitchen had everything you need. Angela was wonderful in every respect. Her husband let me borrow his tools to take car of my son’s car while we were here and was nothing but smiles while checking in to ask if I had everything I needed. High marks all around.

Place was clean and close to everything we needed for our stay. Owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions, needs, and additional wants. Very polite and professional. Kitchen has necessary equipment for food prep but would be nice for owner to keep some extra staples around so that way visitors don't have to buy a brand new bottle of ketchup or sugar or whatever for their stay that will just be left behind. Pool and outside living area was just what our family desired.

We had an amazing time here! Everything was exactly as listed. Angela was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The best part of our stay was the relaxing time spent by the pool. The hammock and the grill makes it a great spot to have an outdoor dinner. The house was setup with everything we needed during the stay. Thank you Angela! We came to Orlando for a concert and added at day at Universal Studios. We were central to activities, grabbing snacks and dinner. We had a 9 pm flight and Angela let us stay as long as we needed. It was too cool to use the pool but it looked great!

She gave us a heads-up about the weather before arriving, made sure we had no issues getting in, and responded immediately when I went to the market to purchase stuff and wondered what was in the house. I really appreciated it. The house was very clean and the location worked out well for us.

Property was as described. The hosts were both very helpful and attentive. Kitchen is small but has everything you need, 2 burner induction top for cooking and toaster oven for baking. Heat and air are controlled by hosts in their unit. However they were quick to adjust one way or the other when asked. We all enjoyed our time here.

This is a garage, turned into a studio apartment. The owner lives in the rest of the house. There is no privacy, camera pointed directly at the pool, her windows pointed directly at the pool. Not to mention I woke up with a roach in bed with me and several in the kitchen. Owner was very nice at first, allowing for an early check in due to me being evacuated by hurricane Ian, but when I asked if the pool heated was on so my kids could swim…an entire day before the hurricane hit Orlando, I was surprised to hear a knock on my door and see her standing there, arguing and yelling at me. I have the entire event on video. Don’t waste your money. There are thousands of other actual houses in the area with full privacy, pool and hot tub for the same price. Oh, and the hot tub isn’t even included.

Angela was great. She was prompt and helpful when I communicated with her before arrival. My family was in the area for a funeral, so not a fun trip, and Angela made us feel so very welcome. The home was clean and welcoming, it is attached to Angela's home with a separate entrance. Angela was attentive and made sure we knew how to turn in the lights in the backyard. 💯 recommend this place. Thank you

We had a great 4 day stay at this property. Everything was as said advertised. We enjoyed coming back to a nice place to rest and relax after long days in Orlando. The pool was also very nice on one of our down days. Close to restaurants, the airport and only a 20-30 min drive to all attractions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we visit Orlando again.

Angela was very responsive and helpful. The saltwater pool was great and the shaded area was nice for lounging outside. It is close to a great grocery store and the highway. The kitchen had everything we needed and each room had a tv with Netflix already loaded. If we come back to Orlando we would definitely stay here again.
