About this house rental

Fully furnished 3,500 sf single story (two interior steps to bedroom wing), three bedroom (a king and two queens), three bath home with great room and gourmet kitchen, located on serene one and a quarter acre lot in North Scottsdale. Step out the back door into a resort like setting with your own private pool (can be heated; see rules & policies), outdoor dining, views from the fenced yard into the open desert where you may see javelina, rabbits, quail, coyotes, bobcat, and other wildlife. Close to hiking, golf, cycling, with easy access to local shopping in Scottsdale, Carefree and Cave Creek. This home is a gem.

We loved the quietness of the evenings and the beautiful outdoor area - absolutely beautiful cactus garden and lighting - the pool was a great way to conquer the summer temps. The property manager was very accommodating and attentive to any needs or requests we made . The property location was convenient for local shopping and dining.

Wonderful open floor concept for kitchen / dining room / living room. Mattress in Master very comfortable. Kitchen modernization has everything a chef could want or use. The outdoor pool and landscaping absolutely a pleasure. Much better than staying at JW!

Loved this place! A small group of friends enjoyed this property as a home base for an incredible week of golf. Location is very convenient to world class golf and excellent dining options within minutes. We enjoyed the home and all accommodations. The back yard is an awesome retreat that I wish we would have spent more time enjoying. The home feels very comfortable and offers ample room for privacy if desired. The large kitchen provided a great gathering place at the beginning and end of each day. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing, fun filled getaway.

Very lovely house. The pool was excellent on the hot October days we were having. Kirk was a very gracious host and accommodated our early arrival. This location is a little far from things. This mostly worked for us (I got to go on some nice desert runs), but if you're looking for something closer to the city centers, be aware.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The star of the show, however, is the resort style backyard. The landscape provides privacy and makes you feel a part of the desert. We even had a bobcat visit us while we were eating breakfast! Communication with Kirk was great. We hope to visit again!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in this north Scottsdale home. Kirk was very responsive and helpful from check in to check out! The kitchen has everything you can imagine for whatever meal prep you need. The backyard is a beautiful oasis with the pool and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sun!! The bed is super comfortable and the living areas are great to relax and watch TV or listen to music. Everything is labeled and easy to find and use. The house was super clean, tidy and organized. Excellent property and owner/manager. Will stay again as much as possible! Thanks Kirk

Beautiful home and the outdoor space is spectacular! Very clean and comfortable. Easy driving to any where in Phoenix. It was unfortunate that the gas utility line had not been repair back to the house to heat the pool.

A lovely property in a tranquil area of North Scottsdale. Easy access to Sonoran Reserve, and a great base for Arizona Fall Baseball stadiums. The house was everything we wanted, and the gardens were absolutely fabulous.

Just off of N Scottsdale Rd, North of the 101, about 8 minutes away from the Mayo Dirve intersection. We were there for medical care and very convenient especially Mayo Hospital and Clinics. Quite residential neighborhood, helpful neighbors and pool area especially nice, manager very responsive and knew what he wa s doing.

Our experience at this property was wonderful. The house and amazing pool are even more impressive in person than they appear in the pictures. Everything is clean and well-stocked. The location was ideal, and the check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. The owner is friendly, professional, and provides very thorough information about the house. He was always available for any questions or issues (no problems arose, thankfully). I would not hesitate to book here again and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in the desert at a very reasonable price.

We would highly recommend Kirk’s beautiful property. Although the weather was mostly too chilly (we stayed for ten glorious weeks February 19 - April 30) for the 78° pool, we were more than content to sit and enjoy the lush desert plants, many seating opportunities, the variety of bird life, and just looking at the pool, especially when lit at night. There are four outdoor umbrellas for shade in all areas. . The home interior was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The bedding on all the beds was top notch and comfortable. One guest even lifted the mattress to try to determine the manufacturer because it was so comfortable! The kitchen is equipped with every appliance you might need. Any small problems were quickly rectified by Kirk, who was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this beautiful property!

This home made our trip very special. It was such a gorgeous home and setting, and provided a relaxing and peaceful experience for our family trip. It is very spacious and well appointed home with a large living area and very comfortable bedrooms and beds. The pool area is beautiful. The neighborhood was fun to walk around and enjoy the gorgeous scottsdale weather. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was very enjoyable to cook and socialize in together. Its close to amenities such as grocery, coffee, golf, etc. I only wish we had more time. My communication with Kirk, the owner, was great and he does a nice job caring for house. It really is immaculately cared for. Thank you! We were grateful for the exceptional stay.

This is a lovely home in the Desert Foothills surrounded by natural beauty but within an easy drive to just about anything you want to see and do in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare a gourmet meal or you can use the grill which is the cleanest we have ever seen! It was so nice to stay in a local neighborhood too! The best thing about this home is by far the owner who responds immediately to questions and requests and really cares about his renters. We had a great time and will return!

I agree with all of the other positive reviews. The communication with Kirk, the pool, comfortable beds, kitchen amenities- all great. But also the house! It is a special house with sophisticated decor (including photographs). There was more than enough room for my small family and parents. And maybe not everyone’s concern, but that kitchen island! So much fun to cook in that kitchen! For a special occasion we got take-out from Kodo (sushi), the first night we got tacos from Senor express while we settled in- 3 minutes away - highly recommend both. Finally, I have to mention the pool, landscaping, and house again - all felt like a resort as others have mentioned.
