About this villa rental
Unique location by the sea for this family property with its private park that runs along the coast and its direct access to the sea, in the bay of La Ciotat (ranked among the most beautiful bays in the world) close to the city center.
The sea as far as the eye can see, the sun reflected on the waves, the pines and the Mediterranean garden deliver the scents of Provence.
Old-fashioned nostalgia this villa of the 30s, located on the cape des Moulins has 2 access to the sea, one under the villa for monitoring children from the terrace, and the other speaks garage to boat, private access, sloping soft towards the sea. Sunbathing on the beach mattresses. The rock descending gently towards the sea makes swimming possible, at the foot of the villa itself.
The view from the terrace is spectacular and the large table that is installed allows you to have your meals in a unique setting.
The vast living room opens on this terrace, bathed in light, it is a room with the splendid apparent frame and the simple decoration evoking the marine world. A mezzanine shelters the television corner.
The tiled kitchen is reminiscent of the kitchens of old houses with its scullery, but it is perfectly equipped with ceramic hob, oven and microwave ...
On the ground floor is the beautiful master bedroom, enjoying an exceptional sea view and equipped with a bathroom with bathtub old fashioned. Always in ground garden, a small room with single bed.
The other four bedrooms are upstairs: a very large room with sea view, double bed and a bathroom with bathtub old fashioned. Two other bedrooms with two single beds, and one with bunk beds. Each of these rooms has a sink. They share a bathroom with shower and toilet.
One of the additional assets of this property is its large garden along the sea, pleasantly shaded by pines and bordered with aloe. There are benches to enjoy the view and a portico with swings for children and petanque. The caretaker, who takes care of the maintenance of the property, has his dwelling below the house, without any view on the house or the garden and will be able to answer certain services.
Sheets & towels changed weekly.
Stewardship and concierge services on request.
