Impressive stay at "Due Emme" - totally recommend

Exceptional host Mr. Nodino with great care about us. He was so nice to explain us about the building history and Livorno city and what we can see around. Ammenities are top I do not have words to express how well we felt during our stay at Due Emme. And Livorno is a wonderful city with important history, impressive canals to explore, cosy trattorias. We built lovely memories.

I wish we could stay longer in this lovely city

Tutto assolutamente perfetto. La casa è accogliente, è prevista una colazione da re. Tutto pulito e ordinato. La chicca è la gentilezza del Sig. Mario, sempre disponibile, gentile e affabile.

Toller Urlaub in Livorno.

Marco ist ein unglaublich toller Gastgeber. Er hat sich um alles vor Ort gekümmert und zu jeder Zeit unsere Wünsche berücksichtigt. Die Vorräte für Frühstück und für zwischendurch wurden immer wieder aufgefüllt. Frische Handtücher gab es und er hatte super Tipps zum Essen gehen und für Ausflüge. Die Lage ist Premium. Stadtmitte. Das Einzige was man im Vorfeld planen muss, sind die zusätzlichen Parkkosten. Um die Ecke ist ein Parkhaus, das ist sehr entspannt und stressfrei, aber teuer. Wenn man die Parkkosten mit einplant, kein Problem und ein wirklich toller Urlaub. Wir kommen gern wieder. Familie Westermann

Spacious city centre apartment.

This was exceptional. Lovely large apartment with comfortable beds and air con. Marco and his family have thought of everything you might need. Breakfast food, snacks, milk cheese, ham bread, - even beer and a bottle of prosecco!! Marco was/is a taxi driver and knows the city really well. Right in the middle of the city near the Cathedral; restaurants and cafés all around. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Car parking cost €25 for the day.

Tutto molto accogliente,casa arredata con gusto,c'è tutto quello che serve per passare momenti di relax,ottima la colazione tutto il necessario,anche la zona comoda,pizzeria subito lì vicino.

"A home away from home

The apartment was fully loaded, the host Marco went all out to ensure that we settled in and explained all that we would need to make our 'home away from home' abundance of food, wine , water and fruit as well as a coffee making machine. Location to explore was ideal. this is a must place to stay. This a 4 plus rating apartment.

A great find!

Everything was great from start to finish. A brilliant welcome and so well furnished. The breakfast treats and bottle of prosecco were an added bonus! Will definitely recommend to others!

Welcoming, clean and perfect location.

The host was very friendly. We arrived by ferry from Corsica, but we were delayed for over an hour. This was no problem, because the host lived next door. It was also amazing how clean the appartment was. The location was perfect; at only 10 minutes from the ferry (by car). A paid parking was very close by. The host thought about everything. We travelled with a young child and the host offered a baby-bed and highchair. There were also some childbooks present. The fridge was filled with a beer, water, yoghurt, cheese and fresh fruits. For breakfast, there was a variety of sweet breads, cereals, milk (also lactose-free), toast, marmelade and good coffee (nespresso). Thank you!!

We only stayed for 1 night and did not experience any issues with the facilities. In fact, we got more than we hoped for. If we would have stayed longer, then we would have probably missed a seating area were we can comfortably relax.

Amazing place!! Please stay here!

Great location, most hospitable host I have ever come across. Excellent facilities and the best stocked kitchen with food galore and coffee! (No expense spared!). I truly recommend this place as its a 2 bedroom place and plenty of room for eveb 2 couples. The wine in the fridge qas a nice touch. All up very thoughtful and considered approach to hosting. I was very impressed. Also, very quiet so I finally had the sleep I needed after touring across Italy for 4 months. Definitely the best place I've stayed at!

Great apartment in Livorno and the host was very friendly. The rooms and bathroom were great along with a good sized breakfast.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment and got charged for both rooms. Now speaking with booking.com for a refund. Shame!

I really recommend this facility

Everything was great, especially the host and his wife, they are really nice, ready to help with everything, even with finding the parking place. The appartment is literally in the center, but no problem with parking and it’s also very close to the port. Very good offer for breakfast and appartment is really clean and cozy.

The room is spacious. The host is a nice guy.

Altough it is written that the breakfast is included, don't expect a standard one. You have croissants, milk, yoghurt and a bit of bread included in the kitchen.

Exceptional

The apartment was carefully designed and had everything can one need. It was spotless clean and new furbished. Breakfast rich was at a great choice. The communication with the host was perfect . I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a perfect place, very well situated in the center of the city many buses stopping just a few metres away.

Exceptional in every way!

The host was great and very helpful and lives just next door in the building. Beautifully decorated and spotless apartment with two large bedrooms and very nice bathroom. Food and snacks abundant throughout. on a main street in the shopping district but still very quiet due to great windows. Super comfortable beds. would love to stay here again for a longer period.

Because if Covid-19 breakfast was yogurt and many other selections of prepackaged foods. everything else was perfect!!

Excellent place in Livorno

Big room, host is perfect. He indicated a very good restaurant. He adapted to the hour we arrived and indicated various options to park outside to ZTL.

Due to Covid, we have to prepare our own breakfast with industrials products at our disposal.

Superb

Marco is a charming and thoughtful host, always ready with recommendations and information. Coordinating our arrival was simple, and Marco was on hand when we got there. The apartment was very clean, bright and central and stocked with more breakfast food than you could possibly need. If you're travelling on to the Tuscan islands, it's fairly handy for the city-centre ferry port too. Highly recommended.

Excellent location near port

Everything was perfect, extremely supportive and communicative host, the accomodation was excellent- clean, very well equipped, near the city centre and port. Secure parking in Parcheggio Moderno just round the corner. Fully reccomend!! Grazie mille, Marco :-)
