The Charming Waterfront Bungalow, hosted by a local, is an independent 1 bedroom, 1 bath, private suite, attached, yet separate from main house. The property is sanctuary like, private and quiet. Fully equipped kitchenette, TV, full cable, internet, off street parking, covered veranda for lounging/ dining, grill, side deck w/ fire pit. Convenient location...walking dist. to many restaurants!!! See the photos of the various venues one can easily walk or bike to within blocks of the Charming Bungalow. Owner has been a five star Super Host for years on other sites and intends to keep the quality of the bungalow going to continue this trend. Laundry service provided for guests staying one week or more. Everything anyone could possibly need to enjoy time unwinding, relaxing and resetting one's energy, including a fully equipped kitchenette, as detailed in this post. My daughter and I enjoyed our 5 days at this lovely property! The setting was so peaceful with many outdoor sitting areas, huge covered porch with comfortable furniture, and very private although right in town. We loved having kitchen facilities but also tried some of the many close restaurants and a great coffee place a few minutes walk. Our host provided detailed information for arrival and about the property and area. Thanks for a great visit to Naples!

We are Florida locals who came to Naples for a weekend getaway. The rooms were around two corners at the back of the property on the canal. The sitting area by the water was comfortable and felt private. The same can be said about the room. It’s just a really nice atmosphere to spend some time. My wife kept saying, “supper cute,” and “let’s come back here. There is more to do in Naples.”

We were on our way to Key West and at the same time visiting friends in the area. We were looking for a place to stay for two nights. We found that Karen’s charming waterfront bungalow was perfect. It was really clean and well outfitted with anything that we needed. Karen greeted us when we arrived and gave us some great ideas regarding places to visit an restaurants for eating. She also left a written list on the table with more information about the area. The bungalow was so peaceful and quiet. Reading in those red chairs looking out at the water was wonderful. If we come back to Naples, we will surely stay here.

This unit was located in a peaceful, convenient setting, had an amazing bathroom and was stocked with everything we needed to make a simple breakfast and lunch. Several restaurants are located nearby, within walking distance. The amenities did list a gym, washer and dryer. There was no gym. The laundromat down the street is the washer/dryer.

Such a cute place- we loved staying here! The hosts were incredibly kind, accommodating and had a bunch of amenities for us to use. The place was clean, well kept, and spacious! This location was perfect as well, very close to lots of great food and shopping. Strongly recommend booking this for your next stay- it’s far beyond worth it!

Do yourself a favor and stay here while in Naples!. This place is so relaxing, by the canal, everything one needs and more. Walking distance to excellent food, bar, coffee. Karen is an excellent host, excellent tips of the area, easy to reach.

This property has such a cute atmosphere and is private. Very inviting and has easy access to Fifth avenue and the beautiful beaches of Naples. The property comes with lots extras that allow you to explore and create adventures ie. bikes, beach cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs etc.. Perfect place to relax and take in the ambience. We will definitely be back ☺️

This bungalow was fantastic. There is a semi private porch where you can sit under the trees on the waterway. The place was spotless had all the privacy we needed, much larger than expected and all amenities were in excellent working order. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful bungalow. Karen was awesome and gave us some great suggestions for kayaking! Right on the river we saw 3 manatee swimming, a beautiful sight to behold. Quiet neighborhood and everything you need is within biking distance. Will definitely be staying again!

What a gem! Total privacy even while on homeowners property. Beautiful setting with gorgeous landscaping, water views from several dif outdoor seating spots, and awesome location, just minutes from every place we went. Used the bikes a couple of days and walked another day or so. Communication with owner was great and the place was very clean! Plus, it’s decorated very cute! Definitely enjoyed the stay!

We loved this place. Location was great: peaceful and away from the bustle and glitz of Naples, yet it was quick and easy for us to get downtown for excellent food and shopping. I'm a walker and the owner was very helpful in suggesting a cute place for good coffee. I also walked to the Botanical Gardens (which are beautiful and well worth the visit...good cafe too). We loved the outdoor living and dining room, a very relaxing and welcoming place to chill after a long day out...sitting by the water with a drink watching the fish jumping...does it get any better? Bikes were great for tootling around the neighbourhood. And my husband loved the big tub (the bubbles were provided!) We consider this place a real find and would love to visit again! Thank you!

The outdoor setting is beautiful and the place has wonderful ambience. Aircon, heat, windows (we had a chance to try all of them due to the weather) are all in working order :) A big part of the outdoor area is covered, that came handy during rain. Small quirks (the biggest is the kitchen sink being outside and around the corner) didn't keep us from enjoying this gorgeous place.

We really enjoyed our 3 days in the Sweet Bungalow. It was very comfortable and spacious, and we especially liked the large bathroom and whirlpool tub. The property was terrific, right on the water - can't beat walking out your door and hopping in 2 kayaks Nice meeting you Karen (and your daughter) - we look forward to returning!

This was a quick getaway for the weekend for some relaxing time and Karens bungalow was the perfect spot. The property is beautiful, quite and oh so relaxing. The accomadations were comfortable and charming. we had the best time stretching out in the hammock or curling up on the couch on the veranda. Karen was a perfect host, always ready to help with anything we needed. I would definetly reccommend it, and would love to come back.

A Little Bit of Paradise

I loved this bungalow! It is perfect for one or two people. Very clean accommodations, private area, beautiful views of nature, lots of bird watching, and very peaceful. Within walking distance of several eateries and I even took a long walk to the Naples Botanical Gardens. It is well worth your time! The weather was perfect every day and the beaches were very nice too. Karen is very friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel at home. I loved this place and look forward to returning one day!
