Victoria Diagonal Mar is a luxurious 140 square meters duplex penthouse with 4 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms and a toilet. This apartment also has two small terraces that can be accessed from the living room and from the rooms.
On the top floor we find the kitchen, the living room, a double bedroom and a guest toilet.
All parquet floors are of tropical timber. Three sliding hardwood doors, floor to ceiling, separates the three environments.
The living room is about 30 square meters with enough breadth and space to enjoy your stay. You can appreciate the panoramic views of the city through its large windows.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all modern amenities and has an office so that guests have a better stay in Barcelona.
The lower floor is accessed by a large fully lined wooden staircase.
Downstairs are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a suite with bathroom and walk-in closet.
This floor also has a small area with washer and dryer.
The apartment has all the modern entertainment equipment: TV, DVD, WiFi, and the necessary appliances such as washing machine, dryer, dishwashers, central heating, air conditioning, etc.

If any additional guest stays overnight, an extra charge will apply.
For all our guests we provide: 3 sets of keys, bed sheets, one bath towel, one hand towel per person, one hair dryer per bathroom, iron, ironing board, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen tools, crockery and cutlery.

The apartment is located a few minutes by subway from the old town of Barcelona. This area is relatively new and is the result of a great job, from its architecture to finished high quality construction in the surrounding area, which offers a wide selection of bars, cafe / restaurant and one of the largest parks in Barcelona with attractions for children.
The area has a fresh and cozy atmosphere, with excellent connections: subway and tram, providing access to Historical Center. Also the city center of Barcelona is within reach at all times.

My siblings and our spouses stayed in this comfortable and well-appointed apartment for a week. Our host Marco was fantastic; I appreciated his constant communication and his setting up an airport transfer for our party. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The apartment itself is in a convenient location being only a block away from a tram stop. We also found multiple eateries, a coffee shop, a bodega, and a grocery store within a short walking distance. Across the street is an expansive park. The building has three elevators which provide a quick ride to this 12th floor penthouse. We enjoyed the layout of the apartment as well -- kitchen, great room (living & dining), bedroom with 2 twins, and 1/2 bath on the main floor and 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each, hall bath with shower and laundry closet, and spacious main bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath with shower/tub combo on the lower level. The apartment features balconies on both levels which are accessible via the main living area and all the bedrooms through sliding glass doors. Another welcome aspect was the air conditioning and a separate unit for each floor. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enthusiastically recommend Victoria Diagonal Mar Barcelona.

Our stay at Imanol was excellent! Marco met us sat the flat so we could drop off our luggage since we arrived earlier than check-in time. He explained everything about the place and sent clear directions prior to arrival on how to get there from the airport. The flat itself was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to come home to a place with AC after a hot day in BCN. Marco was nice and quick to respond. The area is also nice. The week we stayed there, there was a week long festival happening at the park across the street so it was a fun way to end the night. The flat is very close to the tram and bus lines. It was super easy to get around. We definitely recommend this to everyone.

It was a perfect place for us. Central to everything. The apartment was quiet and spotless. We enjoyed walking 15 mins to the beach and wandering to incredible bakeries. Our host was beyond helpful in arranging our transportation to and from the airport. Additionally, he arranged transportation for us to wine taste on of the days we were in town. It’s nice to have a little quieter scene outside of the city center, but there’s still plenty of people around at all hours of the day - we always felt safe. Would recommend and would return!

Lovely Apartment and Very Efficient Hosts
We booked this in 2020 for a stay that year, and finally managed to use the booking in 2022.
The apartment was perfect for our needs as a group of five and was a lovely place to stay.
Imanol and Marco were great to deal with, and booking, check-in and check-out were very simple.

This place is beautiful! Great location for the beach with a brisk 10 minute walk. It’s away from the really heavy tourist attractions but jumping on the subway got us to all the great places really fast without having to worry about parking. The free underground parking lot was perfect for our medium sized van. The huge tv and WiFi were perfect for the family to enjoy a couple movies. We’ll stay here again when we return to Barcelona!

Amazing stay
The apartment was convenient to everything. 10 min walk from the beach. Plenty of food options. Public transportation is close to the apartment. Check in was seamless and the owner of the property was very responsive to my inquiries. I would definitely choose this place again to stay upon my return to Barcelona! I would suggest using the transportation through the property. They were on time to pick us up and take us to the airport.

Our family of 8, had a very nice time in the unit. It was roomy enough for all. It was nicely furnished, very convenient location, great and safe location. Was supper easy to catch a bus or metro, and walking to main areas was easy. They left us a book with all sorts of information on how to use appliances and how to deal with parking, garbage, etc. (this is very important as Europe works differently than the US). We would definitely rent this unit again.
