You’ll feel completely taken care of in this lovely apartment. Lindsay is the best hostess and the apartment is in a wonderful UES location. The people in the building are incredibly nice. The apartment is just as advertised. Everything is there that you need. The phone service is spotty (that’s not uncommon in NYC apartments) but the internet works perfectly. There are few places to stay on the UES and this apartment is a real gem.

I stayed here for 10 weeks over the summer, and I thought the place was fantastic. First off, the host is extremely responsive, flexible, and friendly. She above and beyond in accommodating my needs, and she checked-in with me multiple times to make sure all was OK. The place itself was very polished and clean, and the appliances were high quality. It is also in a fantastic location in the UES that has plenty to do but is relatively quiet (for NY). Easy access to transit as well. The only thing I missed during my stay, was more natural light in the apt, but that's the only downside. Highly recommend to anyone for a short or long stay!

My husband and I were faced with a difficult decision to seek treatment for his recurring cancer in two NYC treatment facilities, many miles from our home. We stayed here for two months. We were truly blessed as the stars aligned for us when we met Lyndsay and found this space. She was so incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable as she genuinely cares. The apartment is tastefully decorated and had everything we could need, including linens, extra pillows, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies and much more. The design of the apartment considered every space and utilized it well with storage areas throughout for a long stay. The apartment is clean, cozy, quiet and beautifully decorated. It was a short walk to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital and the subway was only two blocks away as well. There are many conveniences within walking distance without use of subway such as grocers, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, hardware store, dry cleaners and more. Also, you have bagels right below your feet fresh from the oven every morning at Pick A Bagel, if you wish or a great coffee shop on the corner. Too many great food spots to list! We will come back just to enjoy that next time.
Everyone in the apartment is friendly and helpful. There is laundry in the basement and a laundry card in the apartment to load with cash for use, if you choose. The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator and easy access in and out. Our stay was comfortable during a very difficult time. We know that is due to Lindsay and the attention to details she gives to this beautiful space. We would love to come back to celebrate when my husband is well. We appreciate the opportunity to get him the care he needed in a safe, comfortable and healing space. Thank you! ❤️
