About this house rental
My wife and I manage this property by ourselves, and we would be very happy to host you. If you read our reviews, you will find that:
-We truly want to do whatever we can to make your trip memorable
-We intend on renting out this property until we are able to use ourselves it as much as we possibly can
-We keep the place stocked with stuff that you need to save you the time and money of going out and shopping for things that you need
-There is a charge for cleaning, but we don't charge any admin fees or other fees that we have the option to do and can be hidden into the booking.
Many of these things you will not find with a property management company.

Inside (over 1550 sq ft):
Spacious living area with open kitchen, great for hanging out after a day on the lake, trails, or slopes.
2 Comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms (1 king, queen)
New sofa bed with Memory Foam mattress in the living room.
Mudroom just off the garage
Wifi, Cable, Sonos, Apple TV
Mountain views
Plenty of room in the garage to store bikes, kayaks, and all of your gear.
One parking place inside the garage and one in the driveway. There are also guest spots next to the house as well.
Outside:
2 decks, 1 with a grill
Clubhouse with hot tub just around the corner
Convenient location:
Short walk into the town of Dillon, Dillon Amphitheater, the marina, and Lake Dillon
Just a couple of blocks walk to REI, restaurants, a movie theatre, bowling alley, snow/gear rental
Winter fun:
Ski: Access to Keystone (7 mi), Breckenridge (14 mi), A-Basin (12 mi), Copper (12 mi), Loveland (13 mi), Vail (30 min) and Beaver Creek (45 min).
Lake- Marina 1/2 mile away. Fishing, boating
Trails- Countless trails nearby for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing
In the Town of Dillon, On-Street parking is not allowed between 2:00am - 6:00am.
Noise Ordinance - see attached. Maybe just refer to the article in the listing and say that it will be available in the Skyline manual? Also add, “No excessive or unreasonable noise will be permitted at any time.”
Maximum Permitted Occupancy: two people per bedroom, plus two.
Egress (exit) plan will be posted on-site which includes locations of fire extinguishers, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, electrical circuit breaker box, first aid kit, flashlights, and fire escape ladder.

This condo was exactly as advertised. The host Bill and Dina were exceptional at providing very detailed information that were essential for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. lots of space with two decks. Everything you would expect and much more. My wife and I stay in summit County two or three times a year. This has been the best VRBO stay we have had. Exceptional host

We really enjoyed staying here. We rode bicycles every day and had nice weather. The unit is well equipped for cooking meals and relaxing after riding. We hope to return again this summer.

Easy check-in. Conveniently located condo/townhome to Summit County attractions. Great communication from owners. Spacious accommodation in nice area, located near major intersections. Unfortunately, some annoying neighbors allowed their dogs to bark incessantly. A bit more attention to detail would earn 5 stars across the board for this rental. A new range and microwave were installed prior to our arrival. An improvement, no doubt. However there was a mess to be cleaned before using the kitchen. The floor and counters were covered in sawdust and insulation. More than one meal was ruined due to the sawdust and insulation dropping from the cabinets and ventilation hood during meal prep. This was an expensive inconvenience. The patios and outdoor seating were very dirty and required cleaning for us to enjoy these areas. One of the bathrooms had hair from a previous tenant in the tub and on the floor. The whole unit could use a deep cleaning in my opinion. There was no garage door opener for the garage and no laundry detergent, as listed in the home information. Otherwise, everything else was fine and would probably rent this unit again.

Our stay here was perfect. The condo had everything we needed, including a pantry full of spices (my son was a big fan!). There was plenty of space for everyone inside, and the location was perfect for our day trips in the area. Could not have asked for a better condo or owners to rent from.

We stayed 18 days. The condo was in a great location: close to the ski resorts as well as shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. We really appreciated having a garage. It was very nice that someone came to shovel the front steps as soon as it snowed. But the place seemed a bit tired - especially the wall to wall carpet which needs deep cleaning or replacement. A few other annoyances like the dryer which squealed so loudly that we only ran it when we weren’t home. I contacted the owner about it (it definitely needs service) and he said there was nothing he could do at the moment. Not clear why he couldn’t arrange for a service visit. The garage needs a good sweeping out between guests: I understand that the car brings in the grit but the garage floor was already quite dirty when we arrived. The result was we were tracking the dirt into the house and car. We of course left our shoes in the mudroom. But despite cleaning the mud room myself a few times, it was always gritty.

This VRBO is the best! The hosts make everything easy, were clear, and just a top of the line experience. Property was clean and as advertised. 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Everything was up to my fairly high standards. I would stay here again and again. Dillon is a great location too!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo- it’s conveniently located to many ski resorts (we went to Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and Loveland) along with restaurants, grocery store and shopping. The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed having the garage with ski rack and heated place for boots and other gear. Nice place!

Absolutely loved this condo , very peaceful. The location was a big plus , shopping nearby, sightseeing , restaurants etc . Couldn’t ask for a better stay. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy we really enjoyed it all. Owners had excellent communication keeping us updated and answered right away any questions we had. Thank you for helping us make our vacation memorable. We would definitely return and book here .

We stayed here four nights and it was the perfect condo in the perfect location. Food store was so close. The owners were so easy to work with. The coffee pot wasnt working and a new one was ordered immediately for pickup. They had everything here! I cut myself and happy to find bandaids! If we ever come back to this area there is no doubt i would rent this again.

Property was conveniently located and plenty comfortable for two couples to stay. Parking was a plus! The kitchen is very well-equipped. I took off one star just due to staining on the carpet in several areas, but other than that, it was clean. Bill was very good at communicating and quick to respond when needed. I’d recommend this property. Great location to go many directions- easy access to I-70.

Me and my friends stayed here for a ski trip and had a very nice time. Location is great, about a two minute drive from the grocery store and some good restaurants. There is a nice tiled room for taking off ski gear straight in from the garage. Great amenities, big jacuzzi tub, grill, and washer dryer. Host was communicative and checkin was very easy. Highly recommend.

Great location! We wanted to ski a few areas in summit County and this townhouse was a perfect location. The amenities were as advertised. The townhouse allowed for us to have plenty of space for all of our gear.
And the garage was excellent with the snow as we could pack up the warm car each day without the weather impacts.
Bill, the owner, was very responsive with any questions.
I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for Thanksgiving and snowboarding. It's less than 15 minutes to the slopes and the kitchen is fully stocked! We were able to make 10 dishes without bringing any of our own stuff. Hosts are very helpful and the rental is clean, well heated, and cozy! Definitely would visit again!

Lake Dillion is a lovely area with so much to do! The house is cozy, clean, and in a convenient location. I worked remotely for 3 weeks and wifi was stable. Hosts were kind and responsive. Pillows and bed comfortable and kitchen nicely stocked.

This was the second time we have rented this property. Once in the winter to ski and now in the summer to enjoy warmer weather activities. Each time this condo has been perfect! It is super clean, well stocked with many "basics", in a great location and owner is great to communicate all necessary info. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again!
