Beautiful 2,300 sqft home with solar-heated pool & gas heated hot tub on a spacious lot on the Alafia River leading to Tampa Bay (or fresh-water spring) with double covered boat-lift. Large dock for seating or fishing. Beautiful view from covered lanai, bar & BBQ. Quiet, serene surroundings. Wheel-chair access. Close to all things Tampa by car or boat. Living room with river view, game room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms (2 with river view), quiet street. Relaxed living with quick access to everything in the Tampa region. Home has never suffered any hurricane damage or flooding. We leave town when you're here for your privacy. Photos are accurate and up to date.

We absolutely had the best time, Jim and Rene were the most gracious hosts and offer such a beautiful home for vacation and visiting our son. Can’t say enough about their home, it was everything we wanted our trip to be, relaxing! we used both the pool and hot tub daily and every morning enjoyed coffee on the docks while my husband fished, seeing the manatee and the tarpon was extra exciting for us! We enjoyed every moment and take away so many memories. Such a wonderful experience! Also got to experience great dinners at the Tiki Docks in Riverview and the Salt Shack in Tampa, both offered amazing food and drinks! Thank you Jim and Rene for the opportunity

The property is lovely and spacious. The caged pool, spa and deck were much appreciated. My husband spent hours fishing off the dock. The owners responded quickly to any questions. Quiet neighborhood. All in all a very relaxing time.

We had the most enjoyable stay in this beautiful home. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and it had everything we could possibly want (and more!) Super comfortable beds, great water pressure in the showers, and tons of room to pit your clothes and belongings. We loved our mornings down on the dock, watching dolphins and fish. Taking walks around the neighborhood was a lot of fun. Neighbors were so friendly, and we were thrilled to see wild peacocks! We went in the pool everyday and loved making dinner in the very well-equipped kitchen. Eating dinner and watching movies out in the lanai was a favorite for us. Most times when we rent a house, we end up running out of things like toilet paper, soap, etc. Not here! Jim and Rene provide absolutely everything. They are so generous, welcoming and hospitable. We are heartbroken to leave and would love to return one day!

We had a great time and truly enjoyed the entire experience. I would highly recommend this couple and they go out of their way to make it a fun place. For a family or group this is a good place to hang out and enjoy company. Plenty of things for everyone and easy to get to

A beautiful home and property owned by gracious hosts. It's obvious after meeting the host and reviewing comments left by other guests that suggestions for improving the experience are very much taken to heart and implemented. Everything from spa equipment upgrades to the manner in which a guest can prepare their breakfast toast has been suggested, and wherever possible, Jim and Rene make it happen. Lots of great features in the home and more things to do in and around Tampa than we had time for made for a pleasant vacation from a cold Pennsylvania winter.

Jim & Rene absolute greatest hosts we have ever had! Jim gave us a tour of his house and all our questions were answered. Did not have to call for anything but we knew he was only a phone call away if needed. Can not say enough about the house! It was immaculate and so well stocked. The kitchen lacked nothing !! The pool and patio were fabulous!! Enjoyed fishing on the dock and waving to the boaters! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!! So many great memories to remember!!

The house was perfectly located near beaches, shopping and any store you may need. The beds were very comfortable. The house was well stocked with anything you may need. The back porch with pool/hot tub was amazing and the dock was so peaceful. Jim and Rene were excellent hosts! We will be back.

We had a fabulous time at this property; they have everything you could possibly want to make your vacation special. There is a heated pool and hot tub, lanai with bar and outdoor TV, the living room area has a TV and fireplace, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean and the showers have excellent water pressure. We sat on the dock at the river many mornings and evenings (they even furnish fishing poles if you want to fish!) We visited the Florida Aquarium, went to a Tampa Bay baseball game, enjoyed two different gulf beaches (they supply chairs and a cooler you can use), and did a dinner cruise out of Clearwater Marina. Everything was less than an hour or right at an hour away! Lots of great restaurants nearby or you can use their well-appointed kitchen to make your own meals. The hosts are very accommodating and communicative. We are already talking about when we can go back!

Our stay was perfect. If we didn't have things to see an do we could of stayed there an been very content. The hot tub an pool were very relaxing. Fishing from the dock an watching sting rays swim by was great. You could ask for a better place to stay. Jim and Renee were great an very helpful.

Very nice location. Wonderful lanai with hot tub and pool. Really enjoyed being able to have jets on in hot tub, without the blower on. This enabled us to talk, listen to music, or watch TV. Jim and Renée were super nice and very helpful.

The property was well cared for and immaculate and matched the listing. The hosts communication was above and beyond as he contacts you at every step of the process. You will find step by step instructions on how to use every remote and switch that you will need.

The house was immaculate. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was really easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. There were ample instructions on how to use anything that might be at all confusing. Everything is very well maintained and the kitchen is amazingly well equipped and organized. We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Check-in was a breeze, our hosts gave us a tour of the property and explained all we needed to know about how to operate the electronics and pool/spa. We couldn't have asked for more congenial and personable owners.
The house was impeccably clean, and well stocked with everything one could need for a Florida get away from beach chairs & towels, fishing gear and pool floats and every amenity for the kitchen and dining aspect of a rental home.
We highly recommended this property and if FL ever calls to us to visit again this is certainly the place we will be going to.

Hello Paradise
This home is outstanding. You can find plenty of things to do close by. If you just want to relax and enjoy the surroundings this home does not disappoint. The setting is beautiful, the view from the Lanai and pool is just fabulous . You can sit on the deck and wave to all the boaters.
Jim and Rene are great people and if you need anything just let them know and they will make it happen. Hope we will be able to go back next year.

Paradise at Riverview
This property is VERY clean. The Hosts Jim and Renee are the very best. They have such a lovely home. They met us at the property to show us around and how to use everything, very helpful. They left us a note on the chalk board to welcome us. They had breakfast items in the fridge, bacon, eggs , butter, and fresh fruit bowl, hash browns in the freezer. They had a half gallon of milk and bread. The Bed was amazing( just like home). I mean I woke up thinking I was home. We slept so well. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. We were able to rent a boat from the local boat rental and for mentioning Jim and Renee, we got a huge discount. Jim and Renee respected our privacy and were able to call on them for questions. We defiantly will return again if available. Thank you so much for welcoming us in your lovely home. You are the Best Jim and Renee.
