Meh. Convenient location, but lacking.

Convenient location to the race village and restaurants.

Lack of basics in the kitchen (coffee cups, wine glasses, utensils, coffee filters). Coffee maker and several bowls/dishes in the cupboards were dirty. Checking in was a hassle. Received a text that the room was ready for early check in. Got there an hour and a half after receiving the text. The info for lock box/keys was incorrect. After a call to sort out the correct code and box number was told that early check in WASN’T available. Therefore the key (not keys) wasn’t in the lockbox. There were 3 of us with ONE key for the weekend, 2 coffee cups, 2 wine glasses.

I would not recommend this apartment or Vacasa rentals.

The bed was comfy and the fire was a nice touch.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Dirty bedding dumped in the bottom of both closets. Food left in the freezer. Items left in drawers in the bedroom. The carpet did not look as if it had been vacuumed - various items lying on it (including a used band aid) All the kitchen items were in a terrible condition. There were only two cups - both different. Only one baking tray - rusty. One wine glass. Every other glass was different - absolutely nothing matched. All the cutlery was different so nothing matched there either. The handles on some of the knives were falling off, one spoon had been used for something other than eating and was very sharp which could have been extremely dangerous if given to a child. It was not a comfortable stay and we were very glad to leave.

Would not return to this property.

Location

There were very few glasses/mugs in the cabinet. Called to get extra items like tissues, etc. and the office said they could not help. Also, advertised as having access to Indoor Fitness facility, but the truth was that we needed to pay $25 per person to use an off site facility!! False advertising. Condo was VERY small. Kitchen was the worst. Also, AC only worked in the living area. No vent for the Bedroom area.

Excellent location w perfect parking.

The room is clean and comfortable. The view of the mountain is beautiful.

The check- in process is not easy. The box whit the key are located in the bottom of the mountain. They sent a incorrect password for the box. They don't have any personal in the property. The room key need to be identified. They have like 3 different sets

the beginning of trip was awful , getting the keys to property was very poorly run . the booking.com agent and agent fro

close by to village , appreciated the dishwasher soap and free washer , dryer and pods .

our unit was next to parking lot to ski hill , very loud at 4:00 am , beeping of snow plow trucks and the sofa bed was horrible. Sank in the middle , laughable . also they should set you up with a coffee set .

Nice place but needs maintenance.

The location, underground parking, cleanliness of unit, and the balcony. Comfortable bed.

Drawer handles kept falling off, temperature was very hard to control, cooking pots & pans were terrible as were the plates & eating utensils. Bathroom tub needs to be recalked.

Windows and deck faced a parking lot being worked on which was not mentioned so the shades had to be down at all times ,gas fireplace did not work , down blanket had a big hole, wires hanging with power strip off the mantle

Very good

Location overlooking mountain, pool and hot tubs right outside our door. Walk to restaurants. Comfortable with 2 couples.

Getting the keys was definitely a hassle not where they said they would be it took about an hour to clear up, after a 6 hour drive was not appreciated. The kitchen outlets on one side of kitchen didn’t work.

Superb

It’s a comfortable, well located space for a family of three. We also appreciated the indoor parking and elevator.

A few small things. There were no parking passes, which caused a little stress because there were signs everywhere saying we’d be towed. After a call, your folks helped address. But still, it interrupted the start of our vacation. Also, when we arrived there was takeout food left in the fridge, and a bag on the counter. Made us question whether the place had been cleaned. Lastly, the fireplace in the unit did not work. Neither did one of the ski locks. The bathroom could use some attention (moldy shower liner, broken toilet paper holder and chipped sconce). Otherwise we had everything we needed.
