Location was quiet, easy to access the local bars and restaurants
No Air Conditioning, made it extremely uncomfortable in the summer heat, we ended up buying a fan to help get some sleep

Nice and quiet.
Comfortable living room and good internet and tv facilities.
Nice terrace with 4 sunbeds, outdoor table and sun shade. Outdoor shower also good.
Secure property with locking front gate.
Distant sound of the sea at night was nice.
Tiny ants in kitchen cupboards on arrival and generally around all rooms.
Security camera overlooking pool and terrace seems an invasion of privacy.
Would have been nicer if the main bedroom with en-suite had a shower with screen/curtain. Or walk in shower instead of bath.

The villa is located in a quiet, residential area. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The terrace, with its pool, sun loungers, eating area, and wonderful views of the mountains, was excellent. While we were there, there was a slight problem with the tv but I am sure that will be rectified. Gaby, who manages the property, was extremely friendly and helpful.
The town of Palm Mar is quiet, with a nature reserve at the end of town with good walking paths. It does not have the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts in Tenerife. However, there is no lack of bars and restaurants, and the food in every restaurant in which we ate was excellent.
There is a reasonable bus service to the town of Guaza (about 7 minutes away) where you can change buses to go to to Los Cristianos and to the other resorts further up the coast. The town also has a good taxi service.
We would definitely consider a return visit to Villa Sue and to Palm Mar.

The apartment was large and well equipped. It was clean, comfortable, light and airy and we enjoyed staying in it. Having two bathrooms was great. Kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked a lot. The outside spaces are lovely. We enjoyed having the option to sit out front or back, depending on time of day. Will definitely be booking again.
The beds were not brilliant. They were alll single beds and I think a double, or at least the option to join two singles together as a double if required would be good. I also found the mattress a bit thin and hard, but I realise that that's an individual preference. However I do think that a little more money could be spent on providing better quality beds.

clean, comfortable beds, windows on all sides allowing fresh air in the apartment, parking in front, large terrace with view of sunset and little private pool , close to supermarket and boulevard.
The styling is 100% tacky / kitsch. The level of detail is amazing, from the all white interior to the fake diamonds embroidered in the curtains, glued to cupboard handles, and in the chandeliers. The same vibe of cultural emptiness is mirrored by the surroundings, the boulevard, and the apartment buildings being newly constructed all around.
There’s a little pebble beach nearby, which allows swimming if you are up to the challenge.

Place is very nice and clean. Quiet place with many restaurants just 5 min walking distance (pharmacy, dentist, doctor as well). Enjoyed breakfast on sunny terrace and sky full of stars in nights, definitely would go back. :)
As we were there in December, we couldn't use a swimming pool, it would be nice if it's heated.

This is a truly amazing villa. It’s secure, through a private locked gate and up 13 steps. All rooms are on one level, with a small step down from the lounge and kitchen into the very bright dining room, which has sliding french doors out onto the large terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay found in there or in the store room. The laundry room has a good washing machine plus an additional fridge and freezer. The lounge contains a large, new TV with every channel you can imagine (Sky/BT/UK/US/foreign language entertainment, movies, sports, etc.) and two large reclining sofas. The two twin bedrooms are clean and there are two nice bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower.
The outside space is excellent, with a retractable awning, comfortable seating and lovely dining set on the terrace. The pool is clean, a good size and depth (very refreshing in the winter!) and there are wonderful views of the mountains, sea and La Gomera. We highly recommend heading up to the small balcony in the mornings for a relaxing coffee with an even better view! There is also a terrace at the front.
The property manager, Gabi, is lovely and will meet you at the property with the keys and show you around. Gabi works close by and lives in Palm-mar so is on hand and very responsive if needed. Restaurants and bars are a 2 minute walk away (we highly recommend The Club House - wonderful food and incredibly welcoming owners), with the beach just a few minutes further. We would recommend a car if you wish to venture even further (taxis are hard to find in Palm-mar), and whilst there is no garage at the property there seems to be plenty of on-street parking.
We had fantastic two and a half week stay here over Christmas and New Year 2020/2021.
There is very little which could be improved. Perhaps a double bed in one of the rooms would be good for couples (there may be one in the room which the owners currently have locked for their own storage). Also the sun loungers on the terrace, whilst comfortable, are a little dated and could be replaced. But these things had very little impact on our fabulous stay!

The property was very clean and brand new almost, everything is catered for and very secure. The pool is clean (cold) and is deeper than it looks. We would 100% return. Easy check in and check out. Very peaceful.
Couldn’t find anything.
