Gorgeous remodel! Beautifully updated with current high quality finishes throughout this 4 bed, 2.5 bath home in Grayhawk. Large open floor plan, with high vaulted ceilings, master suite on main level and a 3 car garage. The lush backyard features a pebble tech pool & spa, grass, fruit trees, built in BBQ and exceptional privacy with no neighbor behind. Great cul-de-sac location on greenbelt. Running/walking paths throughout community.

The master bedroom is located on the main floor and furnished with a king bed, large walk in closet and has direct access to rear yard pool and spa.

The other three bedrooms are located upstairs. One is furnished with a king bed and the other two offer queen beds.

The family room is equipped with a 65" TV. The home is also equipped with three smaller smart TV's that can be used in the bedrooms.

North Scottsdale offers endless restaurant options within 10 minutes from Grayhawk, fabulous hiking, and world-class golf.

This home has everything you will need for a great family and golf vacation.

PROPERTY FEES & REQUIREMENTS:
-$250 cleaning fee.
-Tenants are responsible to fill the propane tank if used. (Propane available at Pinnacle Peak Ace Hardware)
-Tenants will also be charged $200 for lost or damaged garage door openers
-Tenants must run the dishwasher and run a load of towels that were used during the stay.

Please note*** if you choose to heat the Hot tub in the winter months there is an additional charge. ($30/day fee added but can be removed if not wanted)

IMPORTANT: Please provide the number of guests prior to booking. There is a maximum guest requirement to maintain the integrity of the home and neighborhood. No additional guests beyond what was agreed to. Parties are not allowed out of respect for the community.

The pool will not be run during the winter months of December-March. But the spa can be set to your desired schedule. Home is protected by Ring devises (front entrance/back door/pool equipment)

Stayed at this beautiful home while we were in Scottsdale showing horses at Westworld. The house was a perfect retreat after a long, hot day at the barn. The backyard, pool and hot tub were wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home

We’ve rented a number of homes through VRBO and this one ranks as one of the best. The neighborhood is quiet with great walking trails which we used every morning. The layout of the home was perfect – open, spacious and immaculate. The kitchen is very well equipped with spices, etc and we took advantage and made a few meals there. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets if we needed them. We loved the pool and the hot tub as well. Kirin is very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the North Scottsdale area. We hope to be back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long day in Scottsdale. The house was perfect for our stay. It was updated and very clean and organized! The kitchen was well stocked as well. The location was great… close to hiking, Pickleball, tennis, shopping, and restaurants. We spent much of our time in the beautiful backyard, sitting by the fire table or in the hot tub. We didn’t use the pool because it wasn’t hot enough during our stay but everything was well maintained. Kirin could not have been more responsive to any questions or needs. She was great!

This house in Grayhawk was close to everything. Kirin was helpful and responsive. The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The heated pool and spa (though extra cost) was a huge hit with our grandson 11. The pool towels supplied were a big plus.

Working with the property owner before renting and arriving was always quick and seamless. She responded very quickly and with helpful information! While at the property we had a question on the pool and not only did she respond instantly but she also had someone out to check it out. Amazing location, house exactly as advertised!, great for families and the house had anything you would need. Very clean house and the house felt like home! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and family vacation house. We had 6 people and fit nicely. There were a couple issues. Ice maker wasn't working, hot tub was not hot first two evenings, there were no pool floaters so we had to purchase some and gave to our friends that live down there, we also had to purchase a frying pan as the ones at the house had been worn out. We had a relaxing time and really good location and we would rent this house again.

No surprises, the home is exactly as pictured in the listing. The location is excellent, easy access to the 101 and a nice, safe neighborhood. The backyard is great, gets plenty of sun, grass to play bags on and of course the pool and hot tub. The house is clean, spacious and the beds are comfortable. We spent 5 weeks here and have no complaints. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a lovely home. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to nearby stores/restaurants. Home has many amenities, a well stocked kitchen, and made for a comfortable, easy stay. Homeowner was very responsive and would definitely come back when in the area again.

This property was perfect. Clean, stylish, wonderful kitchen, awesome pool. The layout was open and the high ceilings were really nice. The neighborhood was quiet and safe but close to restaurants, golf and shopping. Owner was easy to reach and helpful. Highly recommend.

We couldn't ask for anything more. This place is ideal! The neighbourhood is great and very quiet. The kitchen is very modern and spacious. Lots of grocery stores, retail shops and restaurants in the area. I can't say enough! The home is so comfortable, with a beautiful covered patio and couches overlooking the fire feature. The pool is perfect for a refreshing dip or laying on a floatie! We didn't use the hot tub because we were there in very hot temperatures but it would be great in the winter months. Loved having access to the 3 car garage with entry to the home from there, making it super easy to bring in groceries etc.

We love the Greyhawk community and its proximity to all the sites we love in Scottsdale. This property was lovely and the beds were super comfortable -- an often overlooked amenity in some properties! We enjoyed some wonderful talks at the fire pit and even a couple nights in the hot tub, even though the weather was cool.

The property was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, well appointed. More than enough space for 5 adults and 2 small grandkids. The outdoor space was wonderful with a pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the nights around the fire table on the covered back patio. There is a large grassy area for the grandkids to play and a bountiful lemon tree in the back that was great for drinks. The owner was very responsive with questions and exceptionally easy to work with. The location is within 15-30 minutes to many of the ball parks. The aquarium is close by. There is also a relatively new upscale retail/restaurant development within 15 minutes. There is also a grocery store and a few chain restaurants within 5 minutes. I would definitely stay there again.
