Each room is air conditioned with dressing room and overlooks the garden / patio.
Bedroom 2 is communicating with bedroom 1 but also has a private entrance from outside.
The house has 2 private bathrooms with shower and toilet.
The main room consists of a large fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful bar, TV with US satellite and Canal Satellite, and dining area, all air-conditioned and open to living room with sofa and a second TV.
It also has an air-conditioned office and a closed gym in an indoor patio.
Kitchen equipment:
Fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Outside:
Large teak table with gas grill and plancha.
Outdoor shower to rinse off the beach.
Other equipment:
Washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe in room 2
SERVICES INCLUDED
Cleaning twice a week (except Sundays and public holidays), WIFI internet throughout the house, welcome at the airport or ferry, a welcome basket including a bottle of wine, linens, beach towels.

The house can be rented in 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms according to your needs. The rate shown in this listing is for the one-bedroom house. Please consult the other announcement: House 2 steps from Eden Rock (2 bedrooms) or House 2 steps from the Eden Rock (3 bedrooms) if you want more rooms.
All the equipment of the villa is reserved exclusively for its visitors.
The house has no pool but is located 2 minutes walk from the beach whose water is quieter, in the extension of that of St Jean: Pelican beach, at the entrance of which is located Nikki Beach and Eden Rock on his left.
Other Notes:
To visit other parts of the island and other beaches, you need a car. We recommend renting a car to visit the island in general.
