Everything was amazing

Parking was challenging. It would be better if they assigned parking spaces for each condo. Other people were parking without permits and took all spaces. The key combination didn’t work, we had to contact Customer service. The condo was clean, for being freshly renovated there were lots of scratches and nicks on the cabinets and furniture. The sofa was hard and saggy. No granite countertops.

We loved how close it was to the village, spa and caves!

Overall rhe place was very clean. Lots of spiders in doorways and on ceilings, kitchen floor was sticky, but could have been from previous renters.
I read reviews ahead of time saying dishes were dirty...thats true. Again I assume from previous renters,..... but still.
There was a shuttle, but didnt need it, even with a baby, you're so close to village, the walk is nice.

The home was clean and had plenty of amenities. It was a 5 minute walk to the village which was great. Showers and pillows could use upgrading and a couple of patio chairs to be able to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather.

Very nice, comfortable property. Very clean except the dishes.

I really enjoyed our stay at the Riverside. The place was clean and tidy with a TV in every room. Nice living room with a spacious sofa and working fireplace. The private hot tub; however, was really "community hot tub" as it was dedicated to all members of the Riverside complex. Nice location with a walking distance to the Blue Mountain village. I wish we could have an access to the storage to keep our skis in a secured location rather than in the car.
But we will try to go back again. Maybe in the summer this time as there is a Golf Course walking distance from this place.

The place was exactly as it was described in the listing. However, the toaster didn't work neither did the tea kettle, shuttle bus didn't arrive either which was dissapoointing.

The condo is very spaces clean and very close to the blue mountain village , about 10pm or less walking. The only thing we have issue was the check in because Hellosign didn’t send me email regarding Authenticator check! Next time I will book through blue mountains instead !
Also didn’t care for the 10 am check out time !

The property is very spaces, clean (only the dinner table has couple left spot didn’t clean off). The beds are very comfortable!! Plenty of towels. Kitchen is completely with everything needed, would be a plus if has one or 2 cookie sheets! We love it because it is very close to the village!!
Would be better if check out at 11 instead of 10 !

Disappointed that there wasn’t any information in the condo about area attractions, restaurants, etc. also no map of complex showing pool, etc.
The unit itself was great for us and our grandsons. Would stay here again
8.0 / 10.0
Overall the unit was very clean when we arrived (minus the BBQ which is small and a bit too dirty with broken shelves on the sides).
Beds are comfortable, but the big drawback is that, while there are innumerable pillows, none of them are comfortable. Some feel like bags of foam bits, others are incredibly flat, but none are great. Bring your own pillow.
The unit is large, but the kitchen is a bit tight. That said, the kitchen has all the pots, cookware, plates and glasses you'll need. Definitely a plus as we cook most of our meals. Coffee maker needs a serious descaling done. Appliances are almost new and work well. Fridge is large and clean. Dishwasher is excellent too.
This part is partially my fault. I looked at a lot of listings from Rivergrass and I thought this unit had a nice outdoor space. It does not, despite being an end-unit on the ground floor. Many other units like it had an outdoor space with a table and chairs. There certainly is enough space and this would have improved our experience. There was no outdoor seating, save for one lone plastic chair.
Water was pooling in the shower, but we contacted the property management and they were there within about 30 minutes. We were impressed with the staff and how responsive they were.
The pool area is nice and appears well maintained. Everyone was respectful. The downside was that of the five days we were there, the hot tub only worked properly 1 of those days. That's a bit disappointing.
So when you take into account how much it cost to rent this unit, I expect better. An outdoor space, a working hot tub, decent pillows and a clean BBQ. That would have made this a 5 start stay.

Family had a great time. Only issue was booked through another party and communication was lacking.
Overall the resort was fantastic.

Our stay at Rivergrass
Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, quaint village and stores nearby and a beautiful view in the summer.

Spacious and warm. Close to the ski hill.

The location was great, but the cleanliness of the unit was poor. Food stains on the walls, debris
Overall, the unit is very average. Cleanliness was poor, unit is dated and in need of some lip stick. The unit above is leaking water from above into the main washroom.

Really good spot with everything you need. We will return.

SO FAR THE CLEANEST & MOST UPDATED PLACE WE'VE STAYED IN AT BLUE
This unit had updated furniture, was spacious, clean, well decorated, well stocked with both kitchen & entertainment ware and new appliances. Only two downfalls are: it's a bit of a walk to the hill with ski boots on and the beds need new mattresses.

Review
We greatly enjoyed our experience at this property - great location, beautiful property, and had everything we needed. The only suggestions I have are property would benefit from a new toaster and floors could have been a bit cleaner when we got there. Other than these couple of things have no complaints. Thank you!

We stayed in River Grass before, and love the location. Minutes walk to the village. This unit was great as it was on the lower level and is bright and spacious. We had trouble with the TV upon arriving and called customer care and it was dealt with in 10 minutes! Would also like to comment on the HIGH level of customer service the Vacasa team has!! I find it rare with companies these days! We had to find a new unit weeks before arriving, because original unit booked had flooded. The team reached out and worked to get a unit in the same complex without any problems. They made it stress free and were easy to contact and get a response back quickly with any questions I had. Thank you to the Vacasa Team, we had a wonderful stay, and will book again!

Great little getaway spot 👌
We loved the quality of the place: floor plan, windows, cleanliness, proximity to heart the village and swimming (pool, and beaches) for summer month visit. Would recommend the BBQ grill knots, lighter be in functional working order. Thankfully, we brought an AirFryer as backup plan and it worked perfectly for our personal meal planning. Also, logistics with access to booking the pool was a miss but the attendant was kind to allow us access early one morning. Would definitely go back and explore this place in summer and other winter season visits. Shared a wonderful short family getaway with memories, fun and laughter to remember for a long time ❤

Great Place to stay for hollidays
We loved the charming house. The location is fantastic.Easy walking distance from the Blue Mountain Village around 5 minutes. The house is very comfortable, very clear, with all the convenience. Our rooms were very large, one of them with the washrrom in the room.Furthermore, all the rooms had TV.t The dining room was large. In addition,in front of the living room was the fireplace and above the Tv. Out of the house you can see from one side the Mountain and from the other side behind of the house the small lake. We had a perfect Christmas and we stayed very happy for our choice. We would HIGHLY recommend this house and would stay there again!!

Way below expectations
The condo was not clean by any standards let alone COVID standards. The pullout couch was unusable, I don’t think you can even call the piece of foam on it a mattress. The actual beds we’re pretty decent and it had most of the things we needed for the two nights we were there. Proximity to the village is great. We were really excited for the hot tub but it was empty - I looked to see if that was COVID related but couldn’t find any info, maybe I missed the notice but we were pretty disappointed about that as we specifically booked this place for use of the tub. We are hoping to make this an annual event but definitely will not use this property in the future.

missing basic things.
One miniature bar of soap and miniature tube of shampoo in each bathroom. TVs in both rooms didn't work and the TV in the leaving room wasn't HD it was just basic cable.
Spiders hanging from the living room ceiling.,
The BBQ was filtty, didn't even use it.

Golf getaway
Great condo unit, wooden floor near dining room table needs to be repaired and there were no sheets on the bed in the master bedroom. Condo was well stocked for kitchen equipment and was very clean. I would consider staying again if floor and missing sheets are corrected. Condo is close to all Blue Mountain amenities including golf course.

Some issues
TVs didn’t work the entire time even after staff came out to fix them. Kitchen was lacking in basic cooking needs such as baking sheet, spatula, sugar, dish towels.

Great location & property
We stayed here from May 3-5 with a group of ladies and we had an absolute blast! The space was so clean and spacious. It was very close to the village so there was no need to drive anywhere. Definitely would book this space again!

Unforgettable Christmas spent at Rivergrass Blue Mountain Chalet!
I booked this Chalet last minute and wasn’t exactly what I wanted because I wanted ski in and ski out and a private hot tub because I was worried it would be too far of a walk for both ski hill and hot tub. However...I am extremely happy with the location since for skier and snowboarders very close 10 minute walk to Village and main ski lift. Also was unsure about the public outdoor hot tub but OMG did we ever enjoy it!!! Super relaxing. Only a 5 minute walk and their is a small area with indoor change rooms, showers to get ready especially on the cold days like we experienced in -20 weather snow storm. Chalet was very clean, lots of cooking utensils, very spacious, check in online was super easy especially with passcode emailed to me which was extremely convenient. I had have to pick up the key cards for the hot tub at reservations. Just be aware if anything is broken, leaking or tv is not working before hand inform the reservations therefore you don’t get charged for it. My only mistake was not booking a few months early to save a penny... especially for Christmas prices went up by the day up until Christmas Day. Only suggestion is if the chalet sleeps 8 to have 8-10 towels, two extra blankets/pillows. It would of been extremely helpful to have directions for the hot tub and possibly key cards with a notice if lost will get charged instead of driving all the way to reservation for towels, key card and blanket. I had family visit for the first time from Mexico and this was defiantly the ultimate Canadian winter wonderland experience.Overall was an excellent Christmas vacation everyone enjoyed!!!
