The beach šļø villa was perfect for three friends. We each had our own room. The house was as pictured in the photos posted. Actually updated with new furniture. But the beachfront has been a little altered since the hurricane. Each bedroom had a lovely deliciously cold air-conditioning unit. There is a formal living room and sitting room. And a formal dining room. We spent all of our time on the patio room. Because why wouldnāt you? šš The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and the house manager met us with the keys and went over all the little ins and outs and procedures. Sally was wonderfully patient as we had many flight delays so that put us into the house a lot later than we anticipated. Sally was very accommodating and hospitable . We had a house cleaner for two days, but really we didnāt need her. Weāre not messy peopleā¦ Lol. The bed linens and sheets were all clean and comfortable. We had more than enough towels. And the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We did buy our own laundry soap to do a couple loads before we left. Certainly we wouldnāt expect the house cleaner to take care of our own laundry. But she did wash and provide new towels. Fitts Village is really well situated. We rented a car so we could take our own excursions and drives. And as stated there is a market called Jordanās market within a five minute walking distance. The private pool was definitely the major plus for this property. Enjoy!

It was first time in Barbados for my friends and I. Beautiful home, beach is nice. Pool is wonderful
It was a great place to stay away from loud streets or parties. The beach you have rocks. So we didnāt swim in the ocean at the house. Thank goodness for the washer and dryer. We used it daily for the towels we went through. We brought our own soap for that. Everyone that works for Brian is amazing. Friendly people and very helpful. I would love to return one day.

Wonderful place to stay on quiet beach. Best of both- with beach and pool. Set back from the road so its quiet and peaceful. Easy to walk to grocery store, restaurant and bus stop.

Absolutely unforgettable week, it was very sad to have to leave. This location is perfect with the direct access to the beach, the grocery store being a 2 minute walk away, the busses going north and south right outside the front door, the spaciousness, etc etc etc! HIGHLY recommend! And the property managers were gems to deal with! Truly hope I will return someday āŗļø

Nice place . One of the few places on west coast that still has beach in front.

Don't let the dated look of some of the pictures fool you, this home is perfect. Everything was clean, the kitchen was one of the most well equipped kitchens we have rented via VRBO, even the knives were sharp! There was nothing we thought we needed that was not there.
We stayed for two weeks, the house cleaner comes often and will do as much or as little as you want/need. When we were checking out, even though we had washed and put all the dishes away, they took them all down and washed everything again so you can be sure you are using clean dishes.
The gates on the doors and windows are a nice added feature, while I don't think there is a lot of crime in the area, be sure to lock all your valuables in the safe even when you are home (or at the pool) so nothing disappears.
The air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the area off the kitchen work great, we never needed any air in the main entry way and eating area by the pool, the breeze comes through all day making it a beautiful way to have a meal.
We started every morning off with Coffee on the Beach, then most evenings wine on the Beach again, for sunset. We were even lucky enough to watch a nest of turtles make their way into the sea on the evening of our first full day.
We decided not to rent a car and used the local pickUP app - like Uber for Barbados. Most of the excursions we did offered pickup and drop off service and we jumped on the Reggae bus to get to Bridgetown and Holetown. The bus stop was just about at the end of our driveway. It was a very short walk to Jordan's, the smaller grocery store and a couple of restaurants. Massey's in Holetown is right at the bus stop so very easy to grocery shop and get things home. Between the beach and the pool, we didn't have to leave very often but did enjoy sailing, the beach, caves, the train and some local shows.
We found a driver we liked using the app and were able to schedule times we needed a ride and we spent a lot less on taxi's than we would have for the car.
If you are on the fence about this house, just click it and do it. I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Villa, had everything you needed and moreā¦ restaurants and supermarkets really locate and busesā¦. If you want to be on a beautiful beach and have excellent local restaurants and a supermarket close, and buses every 3mins then you couldnāt pick better on the west coast. The owner even let us stay later as we had an evening flight as he didnāt have any guests checking in.

Amazing!
Have recently returned from a wonderful stay at this villa. The location, right on the beach, is incredible!
The property is very well maintained both inside and out and, despite having the beach right outside, having the pool as well in the privacy of the garden is an added bonus.
The villa is very spacious, with a sitting room, a āsnugā (air conditioned) and a dining room as well as the terrace outside.
The 2 larger bedrooms which we used had very comfortable big beds.
The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery, cutlery, gadgets, cooking tools etc. We also made good use of BBQ in the garden.
The housekeeper, Carole, came in regularly to clean and change the sheets, towels etc
The property is set back from the road up a driveway behind another house so is shielded from road noise which is good because the road is very busy. It has electric gates and is alarmed so is very secure.
Jordanās supermarket, which is well stocked, is just a few minutes walk away although we did hire a car for the duration of our stay and quite often went to the larger Massyās in Holetown which even has a selection of Waitrose items!
Would recommend Il Tempio the Italian restaurant on the beach opposite Jordanās. Great for happy hour and delicious food!
So pleased to have discovered this lovely property and would love to return! Thank you to Brian and Mark for the good communication and assistance.

This was my ninth trip to the west coast of Barbados and by far, the best accommodations. The Villa was clean and everyone we dealt with was there when we needed but gave you space to enjoy the home, pool and sea. A special shout out to Carole, our housekeeper and friend who came every other day.

On arrival the kitchen wasnāt clean. The management company sent someone around the next morning but we had already cleaned up. The kitchen is very hot and uncomfortable to be in. Fans made little difference. We found that everyone just wanted to go to the bedrooms after dinner for the a/c. The property generally felt dated and not as clean as we expected. The view and the pool were great though. We felt that the management company did what they could put things right, but should shave checked the property before our arrival. They were very good with making arrangements for Airport fastrack, taxis and PCR tests

Everything about the villa was spot on, Mark from West Coast Barbados concierge was fantastic, as was Carol the cleaning lady (washed everything including clothes and dishes etc without being asked!) and June the cook very tasty food thank you. Hardly seen another sole one the beach, felt like it was our own, pool was small but deep. Didnāt want to leave
