About this house rental
Welcome to Coral Vista, Cayman’s newest luxury vacation home, located on the islands pristine northern coast.
Three stories of master planned construction, encompassing 7000 square feet of space for family and friends to enjoy, along with an immaculately landscaped yard, 100 feet of white sandy beach along the Caribbean Sea, and a swimming pool complete with a 50 foot infinity edge, swim up bar, and tanning ledge, will help you create the vacation of a lifetime.
From the moment you walk through the entryway, you’ll have incredible panoramic views of the blue Caribbean waters. The open floor plan, with 10 foot ceilings throughout, connects the oversized family room to the dining room and a kitchen that would appease even the most seasoned Chef. Just off the family room, you will find a separate entertainment room, equipped with wet bar and secondary fridge. Pour a glass of scotch or mix your favorite cocktail while shooting a game of pool overlooking the ocean.
Coral Vista has 10 bedrooms, including 3 oceanfront master suites, one on the ground floor of the residence, and two on the second. Each of the oceanfront suites is equipped with a King bedroom set, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom, and stunning direct views of the beautiful water.
The house has a 4th oversized king suite, with en suite bath, located in the southeastern corner of the house. The suite has a flat screen TV as well as a small home office for any work you may have to attend to.
The ground floor also contains two other private suites on the western side of the house. They share a spacious bathroom and are ideal for a family traveling together as part of a larger group. One of the rooms is outfitted with a queen bed, the other with either two twin XL beds, or a king (can be arranged prior to your arrival). Facing west, the rooms are a wonderful choice for anyone who prefers to sleep in, as it will stay quite dark in the early mornings.
On the second floor, in addition to the dual oceanfront suites, Coral Vista has a king suite complete with a connected, private nursery. This suite comes with an en suite bath and is designed for families traveling with very young children. The nursery, which adjoins the main room, is equipped with a crib, changing table, and rocking chair to make vacation with the little ones a bit smoother. We can also help arrange for the room to be stocked with baby supplies prior to your visit.
The second floor also has two private suites on the western side of the house, similar to the ground floor. These two share a private en suite bath, one being equipped with a queen bed, the other a bunk bed, complete with trundle (3 twin beds in total).
The centerpiece of the upstairs, however, is the oversized entertainment room. Sleeping 3-6 comfortably (if needed) with triple bunk beds, the upstairs entertainment room also contains an array of options for kids (or adults!) of all ages. Try your luck at Skee-ball, or challenge a friend to a game of pop a shot basketball. There is also air hockey, ping pong, and bubble hockey, as well as a 75 inch TV. The entertainment room is equipped with an array of board games to enjoy as well.
Continue up to the 3rd floor, which has an extension of the entertainment room, complete with arcade games (Pac-man, Sega Outrun, NBA Jam, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Wars, among others), a lobby and concession area complete with a vintage popcorn machine, and an 11 seat stadium style movie theatre.
Coral Vista comes fully stocked with almost anything you could want during your stay. All bed linens are Egyptian cotton, and luxury bath towels and oversized pool towels are in abundance. You will find plush robes with the Coral Vista logo to use during your stay, and take as a souvenir when you depart. Built to accommodate large groups and events when needed, we have multiple roll away bets, and can also set up additional twin beds in any room.
As you exit the house to the backyard, you’ll find yourself on the spacious patio leading up to Coral Vista’s world class pool. Relax in the sun or shade in any of the ample seating around the patio, or jump in the refreshing water. Inside the pool you’ll find more than enough space for a party of any size. The views of the ocean, overlooking the 50 foot infinity edge, are breathtaking. The 16x16 gazebo covers the pools swim up bar, where you can enjoy a drink in the shade while listening to the waves crash onto the beach.
Beyond the pool deck, only 50 feet of white powdery sand separate you from the Caribbean, where you will find some of the best snorkeling on the island. The reef is located less than 100 feet from the shoreline, with shallow waters inside, and the tropical sea life is incredible. You'll find complimentary snorkel sets of every size at the house to use during your stay, as well as water shoes if needed. If snorkelling isn't your thing you can try exploring the ocean in one of Coral Vista’s 5 kayaks. Life jackets, fitting everyone from infants, to children, to adults of all sizes will be located at the house and are recommended when using the kayaks.
Fire up the beach side grill, or try our built in pizza oven at Coral Vista's outdoor kitchen. If you are cooking in, our outdoor dining has seating for up to 22. Take advantage of the seaside cabana while you listen to the ocean in the back drop.
In addition to the countless amenities at Coral Vista, we take pride in our hospitality above all else. From the time you book your stay, until the time you depart, we are here to help you with anything we can.

We had a great time in the house

Great space for our family, right on the ocean with a nice beach and snorkeling. Easy access to Rum Point. Some recurring fuse tripping issues with one of the ovens, but multiple ovens overcame that. Management very responsive

Had a great time, beach views were amazing, all around spectacular time. Would highly recommend.

The house was accommodating with the nice pool and beach. Everyone enjoyed their stay!

House was awesome. Location worked great for us. Everything accurate on website. Megan our manager was outstanding and so responsive. Hilal catered a wonderful dinner for us a day after we arrived that made us feel very special. Jane supplied cleaning service for us mid-week (our expense but at our request). Gal was super. The house worked great for our group. We do a family vacation every year with up to 20. We have been to Alaska, Costa Rica, Grand Cayman, Florida several times and this house and crew was our very favorite.

The property was as advertised! Gorgeous beachfront house who tons of space and all the amenities! Terrific for large groups with plenty of bathrooms; one per bedroom. The outdoor space is amazing with infinity pool overlooking the beach.

Our extended family of 13 (9 adults and 4 children - ages 14, 12, 9, and 7) just spent a week at Coral Vista, and had an amazing time!
The company Arcadian Adventures was wonderful to work with from the moment we booked.
Our host, Megan, was easy to get ahold of and any requests/questions we had were immediately tended to.
The view & private beach were spectacular! We loved the quietness of the North Side, but were happy that it was easy to get to any part of the island. You will definitely want to rent a vehicle. We found there was plenty of accommodations near the house where we didn’t feel like we needed to go far to get what we needed.
Our favorites were starfish beach, the turtle farm, the dolphin discovery center, and of course our private boat trip to stingray city, the mangrove forest, snorkeling, and learning all about the conch.
The Coral Vista house was very clean upon arrival. We loved all the bathrooms, bed options, two refrigerators, the large kitchen with two dishwashers, and three ovens. Such a great house to accommodate a large group of families. We all felt we had privacy as needed but also felt connected and close all week.
You will want water shoes and snorkel gear if you want to go in the water. While there are some provided, we felt all the gear and shoes were old, broken, or needed a deeper cleaning. Some snorkel gear had mold in it. But if asked I’m sure the host would be sure provide needed items. Overall, we would highly recommend Coral Vista!!

Fabulous time was had by everyone. House was awesome with plenty of room for everyone. House has several conversational areas which was wonderful for everyone. Both in shade and in sun. We had a fabulous family vacation here.

We stayed for one week at Coral Vista with a group of families including several young children under the ages of 2.
If you have never been to the Island, the North Side is about 50 minutes- 1 hour 30 minutes from the airport depending on the traffic. During the week, traffic is rough starting at 6 am and is persistent until 9 am so factor that in when planning excursions on the other side of the island. The North Side though is a slice of heaven, away from the crowds of 7 mile beach with several cute restaurants within a 5 minute drive and Rum Point about 10 minutes away. It seems to be slightly windier than the other side of the island but we still had amazing beach days.
The house set up is amazing. It’s so big with plenty of bedrooms each with their own bathroom or access to a jack and Jill bathroom. The bunk beds in the game room were great for the kids and the movie theatre and arcade are great. The kitchen was well appointed for the most part and there is a separate fridge and ice machine in the pool room for alcohol. The pool was the perfect size for our group and there were so many places to lounge around. We had a nice bonfire on the beach one night too.
We used two different chefs and highly recommend Chef Jamal at Prime Kitchen. Enlisting a private chef to cook for us there was the best idea. Also highly recommend checking out BioBay kayaking tours close by at night.
Megan the host was very good about communicating and check in check out was seamless.

Overall our stay was very nice. The house is well located and very kid friendly. The owners obviously spent time equipping the home.
Our main complaint was the lack of bath and beach towels.
The coffee machine situation was also not ideal.

Coral Vista was the perfect property for our group of 7 couples. The game room, arcade room, pool table, and ping pong table were tons of fun, and the swimming pool and beach were fantastic. Great snorkeling right in front of the house - We saw many small and large fish, sea urchins, and even a barracuda! Masks and fins are provided but I was glad I brought my own mask from home.
Megan is an attentive house manager, when we needed something she made sure we had it asap.
The house is located on the quiet north side of the island, so if you are looking for the hustle and bustle of George Town it's a solid 45 min drive away. We liked the proximity to Kaibo for excursions - stingray city and bio bay are must sees! Highly recommend Chef Huey with Island Bites for catering as well.

From booking to check out, renting this home was a breeze…and the stay was a dream come true! The property manager confirmed we had everything we needed, answered all our questions and communicated clearly so there were no surprises. Upon our arrival we were welcomed into an immaculate home that “looked just like the pictures”. Each bedroom and bathroom was stocked as expected with towels and bathroom products. The kitchen was nicely appointed with coffee, soaps and a generous welcome basket. We were able to easily find everything we needed. Upstairs, the children were excited to find candy and popcorn to enjoy during their movies and game time. We especially enjoyed having the second fridge available to stock beverages and with 12 guests we did use all four washers and dryers! Outside was a gorgeous oasis. We were pleased to find the pool clean and ready to enjoy along with multiple seating areas to relax. As we spent most of our time outside, there was plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The kayaks and snorkeling gear got its use and we enjoyed these extra amenities. This home states it sleeps 26-it not only will sleep 26, but also seat, dine and fully accommodate 26. I would recommend Coral Vista to any group visiting Grand Cayman and would happily stay again.

Wonderful house for large groups that include all ages. Very well equipped kitchen. Pool was delightful. Clean and well maintained. The only suggestion I have is to get the bar sink operating. Very inconvenient and was a bit of a mess by weeks end.

Coral Vista was perfect for the family vacation that we wanted. Of course, there was more than enough room for the two of us, our two children and their spouses, four grandchildren, and two nannies (actually grandnieces).
This was a great place for the kids, who were 2 ½ years old to 10. They loved the pool, exploring the beach, and snorkeling to discover the many colorful fish in the shallows of the reef right out front (grandpa and the 10 year old). Of course, the arcade room and the movie theater were a big hit with kids and adults, a special surprise for most.
The house is exceptionally well equipped in all ways, including a great and roomy kitchen with two dishwashers that we really needed, lots of pool toys, snorkel gear and kayaks, plenty of room for dining and relaxing, and very comfortable bedrooms. Lounging by the pool, we loved the way the infinity edge merges right into the sea. Gorgeous!
Finally, we are so glad we had a chef so that we did not spend too much time cooking. Chef Hilal Baba-nas, who Arcadian Avenue recommended, was outstanding! Food for both adults and kids was delicious. The adult meals were imaginative interpretations of classic dishes. There was a very tasty Moroccan chicken dish that we are afraid we won’t be able to duplicate back home in the U.S.! His salads were fresh and unique, and desserts just too delicious! Hilal and his assistants were extremely professional, yet warm and interesting to know.

Our group of 23 (5 families with kids ranging from 4-12) was so pleased with our stay at Coral Vista. We were greeted with a basket with Rum Cake, Champagne, and enough Coozies for the adults. There was a basket of stuff to make s'mores. The game/theater room came equipped with a basket of candy and microwave popcorn. Great welcoming touches!
The house was absolutely perfect for all of our sleeping needs. We ordered several rollaway beds that worked perfectly.
The house was very clean and was absolutely beautiful. The pool and the beach were lovely. There were enough towels for everyone. There were no rugs at the front or back entrance though so we had to use a towel to wipe off feet as we came in the house but we made it work. It was great to have 4 washers and dryers, there was detergent and fabric softener but several of us did bring a few pods from home as well.
We definitely used the kayaks provided by the house. Several people used the snorkeling gear, enough for a few adults and kids to enjoy at the same time.
The Northside of the island was peaceful and quiet. Several restaurants were nearby. We enjoyed the caves, blowholes, starfish point and went on some excursions leaving from Kaibo Beach. It was a great location. Chisolms was a great local grocery store that had just about everything we needed. We did buy groceries at a bigger Fosters before we headed to the house.
Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone! Hosts were wonderful!

We were a family of 22 people (18 adults and 4 infants). The house was amazing and had everything you could ever need. The kitchen is large as is the dining room table...it was able to seat everyone. The house is designed very well and it is very comfortable. Nice enough without being so fancy that you don't feel like you couldn't relax. The pool area is spacious with plenty of shade and comfortable chairs. The beach area was great for playing games, sitting by the fire pit, or taking the kayaks out for a spin. The house has 4 washers and dryers which was perfect for all the loads of laundry we had (mostly towels). The kitchen is well stocked and has a second full-sized refrigerator in the pool room. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in GC. It is on the north shore or quiet side of the island. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!

Our group of 8 adults and 6 children stayed in the house recently. The house was beautiful. So much to do, they thought of everything when building this home. The layout worked great for our group. Big open kitchen. We hired chef Remi from rent a chef to cook lunches and dinner for the week. He and his staff were amazing. The food was outstanding and highly recommended. The kids loved the theater room and multiple game rooms in the house. The outdoor space was great. Pool was lovely and the view was stunning. The snorkeling right in front of the house was some of the best I’ve seen. Water shoes are a must. A quick walk to a small grocery store down the street was very convenient. The house manager was very helpful and attentive to any or our needs and questions. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend this house.

Our large family stayed In this great home for a week in March. We all had a great time, there was plenty of room for us to spread out. They had coolers there that we took with us to the beach. There were a few fishing poles which was entertaining. They also had some water shoes to use in the water next to the house which has some decent snorkeling but be careful bc the waves can knock you into the coral pretty easily. I purchased most of our provisions at cost u save on our way from the airport. FYI Most stores are closed on Sunday’s. There is a small grocery store a block away from the house that has most of the one off items you would need. Bring shampoo and conditioner and soap- as there is a sample size provided. There is laundry detergent provided which was nice with FOUR washers and dryers!
The pool was lovely. There is a shallow area that we used for the young ones. The pool is not heated. Salt is very hard on the furniture and grill area- not sure this can be prevented unless they were covered all of the time. We did not use the pizza oven but did use the additional grill (I believe the built in grill may be broke?) was not an issue since they had the other one there. We ate alfresco which was just spectacular when it wasn’t too windy. There was sea grass but you get that on this side of the island. The beds and linens were very comfortable!
A few recommendations- consider getting some baking sheets and Tupperware and some better knives, a few more kayak paddles.
We went to SMB (days when cruise ships were minimal) near the kimpton is a public beach that is gorgeous in the am- we rented a few chairs there and brought the cooler.
One place close to the house is Kaibo. They have a bbq on Tuesday nights with live music that was great. We also did a catamaran for a day and they picked us up at Kaibo which saved us a ton of time on the roads.

House and property were fantastic. Loved the overall layout of the house, pool, patio and beach. Kayaks were fun for us. We were able to use every space this house offered. Game room and arcade were great for the kids. Pool table was perfect for the adults and the whole family enjoyed the movie room, fire pit, beach, and pool together. Kitchen was supplied nice. Enjoyed the openness of the main kitchen family area. This is a perfect house for families of all ages. Infants to teens and adults as well. Hosts were very efficient when we needed them to help with any questions. Loved the area and location where this house is located. Nice and Quiet! Close to Rum Point, the Caves, Kaibo dock and starfish beach.

Where do I start? This place far exceeded our expectations. The pictures and descriptions did not do this property justice. We have already talked about booking a trip back. The pool, beach, games room, surround sound, kayaks, and most of all the hostess’ hospitality made this trip one for the history books.

The house is exceptional! If you're looking for a property that has it all, look no further. The home comes with a private beach, pool, and all the amenities.

Clean, well maintained, and layout of the house was designed to accommodate big groups very comfortably. Would happily book again next visit to Caymans.

The home was immaculate with plenty to do to keep the entire family busy. Comfortable beds and soft bedding. Management was very responsive to anything we needed.
The beach is beautiful and you can walk along the ocean finding sea glass. The ocean is rougher on this side of the island, not the property owns fault. Do your own research so you know what to expect. Most days we had no problem walking out to an area of soft sand to enjoy the ocean. Sting Ray city is a must and pick up is only a few minutes away. We loved our quiet stay on the North side for the true island feel!

Great time for group of 24
We just returned from an awesome week at this property. We were 5 families, long-time friends celebrating kids going off to college. Amazingly, the house really felt spacious, even with that many of us! We had 10 adults, plus 10 young adults 18+, and 4 younger teens. All really enjoyed watching an installment of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise in the very fun top floor theater each night we were there, a great way to wrap up a fun day.
Things we really enjoyed: the saltwater pool is FABULOUS, house had great lounging spaces inside and out, air conditioning worked really well, having 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators was super handy! Beds were comfortable, multiple washer/dryers sets helped us to pack light and to wash towels daily. Hot water was ample.
Things that could be improved: there were no bath mats in the house, but some were purchased and delivered at our request, no clothes hangers when we arrived-but some were purchased and delivered, beach was a bit dirty--old bottle rockets and some trash, etc. from previous guests, ice maker was broken (they did provide ice at the beginning but of course we had to buy more), we had to buy things like garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing tabs...which again, is not a big deal, but since the house is advertised as catering to larger groups, would have been nice to have a more substantial supply of those things given at the beginning.
This may be obvious to others who have been to Grand Cayman before, but as it was our first time, we didn't realize how different the beach would be on the north side from what we expected in Grand Cayman. The one pic of the beach on the listing showed a nice sandy beach, but I don't think that is the beach at the house. It is rocky with lots of coral and lots and lots of sagasso (sea weed) so it might not be the beach you are expecting. I'm sure if the beach were the type found along 7 Mile beach on the other side of the island, this house would be twice as expensive! Despite this, the kids and some of the adults enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking off the beach with the provided gear. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Stunning Views; So Much Room!
Our family recently enjoyed our long-delayed vacation in Grand Cayman and Coral Vista was the perfect base for everything! We were 12 adults and 3 kids (one a baby) and we had ample room. The house offers so many places to sit & relax, both inside and out – there’s a comfy spot for everyone to spread out and enjoy.
Having multiple washers/dryers was very handy with our large group, as were the two refrigerators, two dishwashers and three ovens! The game room, arcade and movie theater provided something for everyone!
We brought our Wi-Fi extender to improve signal strength in the west side rooms and the outside chairs along the back wall of the house.
The bedroom locations in the listing seemed a bit confusing to us, so here is our description of the room placement. As you enter you are facing north and the Caribbean Sea!
Ground floor: SE king suite with small desk; W 2 BR family suite (Q in one; Full over Queen bunk in other); W Oceanfront (OF) king suite
Second floor: SE king suite w/nursery; E OF king suite; W 2 BR family suite (Q in one; 2 twin/king in other); W OF king suite. The game room has a triple bunkbed that would work for small kids. It’s a bit tight on space between the lower two bunks for adults.
We spent most of our time in or around the large pool. There is nothing quite so relaxing as floating on an inflatable chair, resting your heels on the infinity edge and watching the waves roll in as the sun sets!

relaxing
Took my family of 5, we had a great time. This is a perfect spot if you are looking to relax and spend a decent amount of time at the house. Pool is great, house is nice (and huge, tons of bedrooms). Large beach. One consideration is the distance from the Marina where a lot of the activities depart from. It's about a 50-60 minute drive, which we didn't mind. Within 30 minutes of the house, traffic is super light and sparse, which we loved. A couple of notes: they do have some snorkel gear available at the house if you want to snorkel on the beach. We did but it was a bit rough water and shallow, though it looked like better conditions if you went out a bit further but my daughter was afraid to go that far off shore. There is a very small and higher priced grocery store 30 seconds away from the house (could walk there in a couple minutes easy). Consider getting your groceries delivered but this store is great for necessities. Game room was decent, but a few of the games were broker (NBA jam, and the hockey machine had a couple of broken guys).
Would definitely come back, in fact we looked into brining my extended family over Christmas since this place can hold 20+ but it was booked, as was most everything on the island during that time.

Beautiful views and amazing property
The house was beautifully located in the quiet part of the island. Although we were a bit frustrated with a few things broken (like ice makers, 1-set of washer/dryer and most importantly the outdoor grill) we were able to enjoy ourselves. Rum Point was still closed so all excursions had to be done from the opposite side of the island so be sure to have a vehicle rented.

The villa with it all
Very large villa with all the amenities. Our family of 14 had plenty of space. Good kayaking and snorkeling in front of the villa. Small grocery is walking distance which was very convenient. Best dive shop (Ocean Frontiers) is in the east end. We have been going on villa vacations in the islands for 24 years. This vacation was one of the best.
