Cleanliness & customer service. Pool needs some repairs but was clean to swim in. Enjoyed having dinner at the restaurant downstairs. Convenient to shopping.

Perfect place for two with excellent location, pool and beach access. Was especially nice to have two chairs and an umbrella set up for us each morning at the beach!

Place is great. Perfect for our couples getaway. A bit loud, but probably due to being last week of spring break.

Only problem i had was when i got there, it was late so i didnt know where to find my room. It was confusing. But the room was great and we loved the shower!
4.5
The room was ok it needs some updating other than that the view on balcony was absolutely beautiful the beach access was the best party the bridge goes over the street and to a little bar that leads straight to the beach! Was definitely worth the money abd very convenient we will definitely stay again

The view, fast elevators & water pressure were great. The dingy bed skirt, mattress pad with hair on it were alittle bit of a bummer. Rooms could definitely be cleaned more thoroughly, appeared that only high traffic areas were cleaned. Manager was very kind.

Beautiful views and great location. provides amazing beach and bay views. Short walk to beach. Many stores and restaurants are very close by. Would stay here again!

Loved that the beach was so close and you could walk to it on the walkway over pass. Room was very clean. Just wished I would have got a room on the beachside. Loved our stay and will be booking with you again

I checked in the day before Hurricane Ida made landfall which made the stay a lot less enjoyable than I anticipated. Obviously there was nothing anyone could do about that. With that being said I’m only able to give feedback on what I had to work with. I was only allowed into the ocean on the last full day I was there due to double red flags. The water was all stirred up from the storm so I also wasn’t able to see the beautiful waters I was expecting but on the last day I could definitely see the clarity coming back and I know had it been another time it would have been gorgeous!! The sand was soft and white! Employees on the beach set up a long row of umbrellas and lounge chairs for the guests here to use for free. From what I understand they do that daily when weather permits. That small detail made a world of difference. Since we flew here we didn’t have any chairs or umbrellas of our own and on the last two days we are able to walk out there and pick a spot and sit down in the shade as well as leave our belongings while we walked around a bit. The sky walk that goes from the resort bed top of the road to the beach was great too! Once we crossed towards the beach we walked down about 4 flights of stairs I think to the sand. On one level there was a bar. There was also a decks on a couple levels that had benches that faced the water which was very nice. The room was not really clean and I felt the need to wipe most things down. There was built up dust on the lamps and headboard. It needed a deeper cleaning because to me it seemed like they weren’t thorough. One leg under the table was just propped up under it like it had been broken off in the past. The stairs in the building was DISGUSTING so I only used the elevator. Some lights throughout the building and outside flickered on and off constantly. I was unaware that this room was an adjoining room and the door between the had about a one inch gap from door to floor. The gap let so much noise in from the adjoining room that it sounded like they were in the room with me. I had to put a towel down to try to muffle the sound because at 730 am the guests in that room were awake and talking loudly and had young children. They were not excessively loud by any means but having an opening to their room from ours was very annoying and once they woke up we had to wake up. Before I arrived I emailed asking if there was a fridge and microwave in the room since it doesn’t mention or show one and they replied that it only had a microwave and luckily when we got here there was a fridge and a microwave in the closet and I was very happy about that. They had a laundry room for guests that cost $1.50 in quarters for each. They provided glass cups, plates, bowls, silverware, dish soap, a sponge, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap ( no dishwasher in room), body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There was also a vacuum in the closet to pick up the sand if needed. We could see the ocean a little bit from the corner of our balcony which was a plus! They had one pool that was heated nicely. One of the hot tubs was out of service and had orange cones around it. This made it very difficult to share the only one open. Most of the time since the weather was very cloudy, rainy and WINDY 🌬 a family would get in and stay for an extended amount of time and we were only able to get in 3 times out of 7 days!! I didn’t appreciate that at all! Oh, and after the guests in the adjoining room checked out there was loud banging that began at 7:45 am one morning. There was a loud alarm outside the would go from beeping to a steady beep nonstop for 4 days straight! I’m not sure if that was a weather alarm or what but it could be heard from anywhere outside. Although there was a lot of unpleasant surprises during this stay I still believe that if the weather would have been better and we would have been outside more and the hot tub was fixed that this trip would have been a great one. Being stuck inside the room for t...
