The Loft at the Yellowstone Archview Guesthouse is perfect for a couple, two couples or a small family. It’s a cozy apartment with a deck, with beautiful views of Yellowstone Park and Electric Peak . The deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning sunrise coffee or a sunset dinner. The Loft is connected to the Archview Guesthouse, however, there is a separate entrance and parking. You are just minutes away from the North Entrance of Yellowstone Park.

It was a great get a way. The drive in and out of north gate of Yellowstone was a little surprising but after the first time it was ok. When driving up to the loft we quickly learned to use the all wheel drive on our car due to steep road. No huge problem and well worth it when we saw the loft. It is BEAUTIFUL!!! And very comfortable. On the way home we were talking about how quiet and peaceful it was. I will say- the best place I have ever stayed!!! Would not change anything!!

The close proximity to Yellowstone National Park was great. We spent 12+ hours each day in the park, the short drive from the north entrance to the house amazing. We enjoyed the deck and quiet evenings.

This place was perfect for our family of 4! It was clean and had everything we needed for cooking. Beds and bedding were comfortable too. Thankfully, laundry detergent was also provided. We grilled out on the deck in the evenings and saw elk and pronghorn in the distance. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Archview Loft in Gardner. We had three adults, and it was perfect for our needs as we vacationed in Yellowstone. Great views of the valley providing a good vantage point for observing wildlife with my spotting scope. This unit was a great place to unwind after our daily adventures in the park. We liked having the washer and dryer, and the location to the grocery store was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip out west!

Our family of 4 found the accommodations spacious and appreciated being close to the grocery store. Easy walk into town, and quick drive into Yellowstone. I thought property was even nicer in person than I expected from the photos.

Loved everything especially the child proof fencing around outside overlook areas, the ping pong table downstairs, well stocked kitchen. The loft was actually bigger than the pictures make it look.

You cannot beat the beautiful mountain views from this property. We saw elk in our yard each morning along with several rabbits. The property itself is very clean and comfortable with every needed amenity available. It was a bit hard to find, which would be my only complaint. The property is not up on a hill, but is actually down in bottom of a hill (at least the entrance). Property is called “The Loft.” If you see water tower, you’ve gone too far. Hope this helps someone. Overall was very pleased with our stay.

We had a great time at the loft. It was perfect for our family - 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the ping pong and the adults loved the beautiful views from the deck and drinking coffee watching the mule deer in the morning. The space was well appointed and had everything we needed. Gardiner is a cute town and nice and close to the North entrance. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our 4th trip to Yellowstone & our very favorite place to stay yet. It is spacious, but not overly big. It was absolutely perfect for me, my husband, our 1.5 year old son & my dad! The view from the kitchen a balcony is INCREDIBLE. It had everything we needed for both adults and my son! We will probably break our rule of staying in different places every time we visit to stay here again, because we loved it that much! The owners are so easy to communicate with. We had zero issues! Highly recommend. (Also if you’re new to the area, it is right by the North Entrance & walking distance to everything else you need in town).

This is a great little place with everything we needed to come back "home" to after we ventured into Yellowstone each day The hosts were also very friendly and helpful! We've stayed in a handful of places in Gardiner and this is one we'll happily return to.

The Loft was just perfect for our family. With one bedroom plus the loft with a big bed and the couch that can pull out to another bed, this space is perfect for a family of 4 or less (possibly 5). We had ample room to spread out when we weren’t in Yellowstone exploring. The beds were comfortable and other amenities including washer and dryer, internet, and tv are great added features. There is even a common space shared by the main house with extra activities; we did not use them as we spent our time in the park. Brena and Mike have a little book right on the table with all the important info you need; including their numbers in case you need to get a hold of them. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Nice property, well kept. Short walking distance to town, but on a steep gravel road. Didn’t bother our family but may be a consideration for others. Great view from the deck and living room of the park.

We loved our stay. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. Extremely convenient to visit Yellowstone every day. The house had everything you could ever need and the kids went crazy over the ping pong table in the basement. We would love to visit again.

Fantastic location and lovely views. We especially liked that it wasn't in the middle of town. The loft was stocked with everything we needed, all we had to do was get groceries. You can see the North Entrance to Yellowstone from the property which is exactly why we wanted to stay in Gardner. The town has all accomodations necessary and then some, making it a great place to stay just outside of the national park. There's isn't much of a yard for the loft but we were in the park all day long so the spacious deck was ample outdoor space and a perfect place to end the evening.
There were 2 somewhat minor things that I wasn't completely satisfied with.
Firsts, the cleaning wasn't quite up to par (Details matter, like some splatter on the walls around the toilet, hair on the floor behind and around the base of the toilet, pink mildew around the sink and shower drains, and remnants of soap bars from previous guests dried on the shower ledge. Nothing I couldn't remedy with the porvided cleaning supplies but I'd rather not have to.) And the common area listed in the property description is still closed due to "COVID", which is no longer a precaution that needs to be in place. It should be removed from the listing or made available.

The Loft was a great property that has everything we needed for a great vacation place to stay. The location was great and everything worked fine. Also, very close to Yellowstone National Park. Highly recommend this vacation loft to anyone needing a place to stay while in this area.

We stayed at 14 Archview and were so impressed with the property. It’s proximity to Yellowstone’s north entrance and access to all there is to do in Gardiner was perfect. The views from the balcony are as advertised. This was one of the best vacation experiences we have ever had. Thanks again!!

We could see the Roosevelt Arch entrance to Yellowstone from our bedroom window. We loved sitting on the deck looking out over the scenery after a long day. We even played ping pong in the cute gathering space. One day while returning up the driveway, we saw an elk lying in a neighbors yard. You can’t get any closer to Yellowstone!

We had a great time at this Gardiner rental! It was clean, comfortable, and super convenient to the north end of Yellowstone. We loved the little town of Gardiner!
Highlights of this rental were the animals that came right up to the yard (deer and elk), the coffee (nice!), and of course the gorgeous view!
We were a little surprised that this was an upstairs unit and the downstairs was being rented (or lived in?) too. Made me a little cautious about my kids being noisy or running/jumping. But we never saw or heard anyone else, just saw their cars. It was also a little difficult getting in touch with the owners through the phone number given. Calls went straight to voicemail and text was unanswered. I did receive a (brief) reply when I used the VRBO message system.
Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would stay here again!

Great spot next to Yellowstone for small family
Everything as described. Location is great. Lots of the small things provided that you need when staying somewhere. Very clean. Only thing I would suggest is doing away with the community room and just turn it back to a garage. When people are in there (kids while we were there) it’s noisy, especially at 7:30 am. But otherwise really nice overall.

Fabulous Gardnier stay
We loved this place - amazing sunset views of electric peak and easy to get to the market. The set up was perfect for our small family with 2 grade school kids with the loft. We will remember this trip for quite some time!

Fantastic Stay
We really enjoyed our time here! It was a perfect respite in the middle of a very busy trip. Plenty of space for our family of four, with everything we needed! Having our own kitchen and laundry was so convenient, and the views from the deck can't be beat! Thank you for a great stay!

Great Location
The loft is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the Yellowstone North Entrance. It was wonderful to have a well stocked place to land every night, including binoculars to view the wildlife! We loved it!

Grand Teton B&B
The property is beautiful and fairly convenient to Jackson, WY and Grand Tetons NP. The food was easy to get and was a good breakfast. Loved how quiet and clean everything was. The only thing I would say is that due to check in being completely self serve, I have no idea who the property manager was. Texting them was a fairly easy option, but I’m not sure who actually ran the B&B :)

“The Loft” was amazing
“The Loft” was amazing! The owners, and their family, were very friendly and made sure we knew they were right there on site if you needed anything! It was very comfortable, extremely clean, and they had absolutely everything there you could possibly need! The views from the deck were also magnificent! We had the neighborhood cat visit one evening and there were deer in the driveway every day/evening! Gardiner is a quaint little town and there were elk walking through the streets all the time which was so fun to see! We ate at 3 different restaurants that were all delicious! Would highly recommend “The Loft” and would definitely stay there again!

Family Yellowstone Trip
Archview loft was a perfect place to stay for our family of 3 while visiting Yellowstone. The pictures give a very accurate representation of what you are getting. There are 2 other units on the property (main house and a basement apartment). The loft is nicely separated from both, allowing for privacy.
Here are a few highlights we appreciated:
New construction/furnishings
Amazing views off the large deck--try be back from the park in time to enjoy the sunset
Location--edge of town for quiet, yet 2 blocks from the local market
Well stocked for a smaller unit
For a small group this is a fantastic place to call home during your trip to Yellowstone. The small kitchen is adequate for preparing basic meals. More than 4 adults in this unit might be a challenge as spreading out/relaxing would be difficult.
You won't go wrong with booking at Archview Loft.

One of the best places to stay in Gardiner
We really enjoyed our stay! Located conveniently and up on a hill with an outstanding view of the entire valley. The property is an excellent condition and I was very impressed with the amenities. The rooms had multiple power plugs and USB ports watch for a very nice touch.

Yellowstone vacation
The town of gardiner is quaint and had great stores to shop. The loft was so comfortable and the view was amazing! We even had an elk come on the porch one night to eat from the trees. My kids loved it! Would highly recommend the loft to anyone wanting to stay in north Yellowstone.

Clean and awesome views
This was a great place. Fairly new had all the amenities you would want. Owner was easily accessible. It was a little tricky to get to as it’s on a hill and there are several places that look somewhat similar. A little more signage might help with this. Thats my only critique.. Everything was great!
