Our home is waiting for you! Wonderful setting on a quiet st. This well- maintained home offers 2 king master suites, making it perfect for 2 couples! The bunk room with a full bed, and 2 upper twins is great for the kids. The entire home is comfortably furnished, and is very well stocked to meet all of your vacation needs. Paper goods, soaps, laundry needs, kitchen staples--all provided for your comfort!
Enjoy the screened pool, and private dock, pedal boat, and gorgeous views out over the water! Just 10 min. by boat to Charlotte Harbor! Your friendly, non-aggressive dog is welcome too! Just 10 minutes by car to Downtown Punta Gorda with fabulous waterfront restaurants and shops! Fisherman's Village, only 15 minute drive, offers boating and fishing excursions. Airboat ride to get a closeup look at the gators is right up the Peace River. Beaches in close proximity include Boca Grande, Englewood, and Venice.

My family and I were delighted to no end with this home and amenities. The owners have put together an amazing combination of comfort, convenience, organization and features, the on-line photos do not do justice to the actual experience. This was probably the most well-equipped rental that we have vacationed in. It had everything that we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool area was great, and we enjoyed some spectacular sunsets and even one Spacex launch from the dock. We highly recommend this VRBO if you are coming to SW Florida.

Lora & Rick are terrific hosts. The house is clean and very well provisioned - kitchen, pool, beach. Beautiful sunsets poolside or on the dock. Our golden retriever loved playing fetch in the parkette across the street. Convenient location for all your needs.

What a wonderful home and attentive hosts! Everything at the home was as described. We’ve never stayed in such a well stocked home. The hosts were very generous with the supplies they provided. We loved fishing off the dock and even landed a few sting rays. Used the bikes and the paddle boat - plenty to keep us busy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful. Enjoyed morning coffee on the boat dock and evenings watching the sunset next to the pool.
Everything was well organized and easy to find. Especially appreciated the way Lora communicated and it is obvious that she is a great host.

My husband and I rented this lovely home and our daughter, granddaughter and great grandchildren also stayed with us over the weekend. The two master suites are on opposites sides of the house. Everyone had all the privacy they needed. The kids had a nice room with bunk beds and plenty sleeping space. My husband loved the very comfortable recliners in the living room and the rest of us spent hours in the pool each day. There were lots of things for relaxing and having fun in the pool. The house was very clean and was well supplied with all that we needed (except for food!). Lora was easy to contact and very responsive and helpful. I would give Lora and this lovely home 10 stars if I could! We surely hope it will be available for our next visit to Port Charlotte!

We enjoyed our stay so much in November that we booked this property for our April vacation. The hosts are wonderful. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is the most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. Very clean throughout, very comfortable beds, new appliances. We highly recommend this property!

Lora was the best hostess. The house was amazing. Clean, stocked with everything you need to cook. Very well kept and all the comforts of home. Lora was overly helpful and always available to answer any question. The property is located perfectly between siesta Key and Sanibel Island with many beaches in between. Convenient to shops, parks and restaurants. The best part was Lora’s notes and book of the area. No stressing over how to use lights, TV, all conveniences. I can’t wait to return in Fall.

This is our second stay here and love the home. Lora and Rick are wonderful hosts, very flexible and great communication. Lots of extras provided - towels, beach chairs, paper products, lots of dishes, spices and everything needed in the kitchen. The home is in a great location, close to many stores and restaurants, and a good neighborhood for taking walks. Loved sitting down by the water and watching sunsets.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Property has a beautiful view. The house was well-provisioned. Fantastic pool. Dog-friendly fenced side yard. Driving into neighborhood after hurricane Ian was a bit worrisome, but, property made up for it.

This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was the cleanest, most updated, most well stocked property. All instructions for running appliances, TV, pool, etc. were very clear. The pictures don't do it justice - it is even nicer and bigger than it looks in the pictures. All furniture, beds, and appliances are in great shape. The pool was lovely - electric and solar heater made it a perfect temperature. We highly recommend this property!

This house was beyond our expectations the pictures showed it was beautiful but seeing this in person took my breath away the house is open and every room had a personal touch of decor the views from the Lani we astounding... We saw dolphins and sunsets that made us feel so blessed. The amenities that were supplied for our use was fabulous this was definitely a home away from home. The owners were phenomenal with everything from check in to check out and everything in between. I honestly have to say this was one of the best places we have ever stayed the owners were fantastic and made everything so easy. The house honestly had everything you need very well clean and taken care of. If the ratings would let me do 100 I would. Mrs lora was made her sealed available for anything we needed. Amazing pool great fishing appended dock and we honestly can’t wait until we can go again.

Home away from home
We rented this property for the 3rd time in a row, which proves it’s a great place to stay! To sum it all up, it has a beautiful view of the lake, a fantastic pool, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and is kept immaculate. Can’t ask for a better place than this!

Home Away from Home
This property is the perfect get away spot! The place is VERY clean and stocked with all of your essentials. No need to pack your TP, paper towels, shampoo, or laundry detergent, the house already has them, unlike most VRBOs. The view is amazing! We spent most of our time in the back room overlooking the pool, dock, and River playing cards or doing puzzles. We had Wonderful sunsets across the water every evening. Sitting on the back porch or playing in the pool, this place is a destination without having to leave for the day to find something to do. Perfect! We are planning our return trip!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and everything was provided all you really need is food. We loved that everything was labeled and instructions provided where needed. This home is definitely well taken care of. The lanai, pool and dock was our favorite. Wonderful waterfront!!
My husband and I reserved a week to stay with our fur baby, we extended our vacation an additional week(thankfully it was not already booked up-which I can’t understand why) Lora’s home is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, the home is extremely clean and has absolutely everything you could possibly need, from beach chairs and coolers to paper plates and spices! Lora was extremely helpful with suggestions on dog parks and beaches, as well as places to eat! We will most definitely be back!! Thank you Lora!! 💞

Family Vacay 2021
Upon entering, the first thing we noticed was how tastefully coastal the decor presented. The next thing we noticed was how clean and fresh the home smelled and looked. The cleaning staff does a great job. For being a pet friendly home, we expect residual pet hair…but, nope. Spotless. Lora and Rick’s home is not basically equipped…it’s super equipped. We didn’t need a thing. Waffle irons, bakeware, coffee pots, mixers, blenders, crock pot, and a grill to name a few. Previous renters also leave K-cups and extra condiments, so if you forget something, chances are, they’ve got it. The home was beautiful. Top of the line appliances, beautiful pool, and gorgeous sunrises AND sunsets! The pictures don’t do it justice. We had a great time reconnecting with extended family and going out in the boat. We fished, golfed, and tried some beaches. Luigi’s has half price NY style pizza on Mondays. We also tried Laishley’s Crab House and Hurricane Charley’s for dinner. For lunch, IceHouse was also good - all in Punta Gorda. Otherwise, we cooked in the house. We had a great time. Thank you Lora and Rick! It was perfect!

Wonderful getaway
Lora's house is so beautiful and cozy. The neighborhood is nice, the property is fully stocked, well maintained and VERY clean! We hardly left the house. We had everything we needed, even for our puppies. Lora was very responsive and kind. The pool was perfect for our family to spend the day and the beds were comfortable after days full of fun in the sun. It was exactly what my family needed after an incredibly stressful year.

Fantastic Vacation House
My family and I had a fantastic time at this beautiful house. The kids and I enjoyed the pool mostly while my wife and in-laws spent a lot of time fishing off the backyard dock in Alligator Creek. (The fish were delicious!) The house itself was beyond luxurious. They have thought of everything. Thanks for an awesome vacation!

Girls’ Weekend
This was a long overdue Girls’ Trip celebrating life & friendship. We could not have asked for a more wonderful experience! The house was just as pictured on VRBO - but BETTER because it felt so warm, welcoming & safe! Even everyone in the neighborhood was friendly & would wave when we walked our dog. Lora was super responsive & helpful with a couple questions we had & everything we could possibly need for the comforts of home was provided & at our disposal. Our family absolutely loved staying in your home. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a wonderful time enjoying the salt water pool. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Lora is the best host. Her communication is fantastic. Home is beautiful, owner has paid attention to every detail. You can tell they really care about your enjoyment. They have thought of things you might need, that you didn’t even think of and its there. Gorgeous views. Patio is very enjoyable. Will be back for sure.

Beautiful
The house is so well stocked!!! We had a amazing time relaxing and hanging out around the pool. The dock is awsome as well, we even caught a couple fish and took the paddle boat out. We had dolphins swim right up when we were fishing. Lora's is a fabulous host and we will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Had a great time
Our stay was great. The house was a great place for 9 people (5 adults ,4 children), and allowed us to gather for meals, games, etc. The view was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the sunset in the evenings.

Fabulous house, space, and location
Rick and Lora were excellent hosts. Communicating with them before and during our stay was very easy. They checked on us a couple of times during our stay and provided helpful information about their home and the area. All of the rooms were very spacious, comfortable and everything was clean and in working order. The extras were really nice such as puzzles, games, books, pool towels, beach towels, chairs, floats, everything needed in the kitchen and bathrooms including soap, shampoo, paper products. The fenced in area and doggy door were perfect for our dog! Beautiful view with the best sunsets and really enjoyed the pool. Overall one of the best places we have stayed and would highly recommend for families, kids, anyone!
