Welcome to our three Bedroom first floor condo at Winterplace in the O building! While we wish we could get up to Okemo to ski every weekend with our three boys, it isn't always possible. We hope you can take advantage of the condo and the mountain when we can't. Winterplace's mid-mountain location makes for the ideal family ski trip. The condo is an easy 150 yard walk across the parking lot to the A&B quads and a short ski down to the Sunburst 6 high speed bubble chair for a warm ride to the summit. Winterplace is also located right below Okemo's world class halfpipe, terrain park, and a Waffle Cabin, which the kids love!

The large comfy living room has a flat screen TV above the wood burning fireplace with unlimited firewood. There are boardgames, books, movies, a record player, and more for your enjoyment as well. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to make an incredible meal including an oven with a four gas burner stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker and Keurig, and more.

The condo has three nice sized bedrooms. Bedroom #1, the front room, has a Queen bed with memory gel foam mattress pad. The Queen room shares a full bathroom with Bedroom #2 which is in the middle of the unit and has two sets of bunk beds to sleep four. Perfect for the kids! Bedroom #3 is the King Bedroom and has a very comfortable King size bed and an attached full bathroom. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space and dressers for your ski clothes. All bedrooms have flatscreen tv’s with Roku.

We provide all towels and linens for your use.

The condo has two unassigned parking spaces for your stay. You'll also have your own ski locker outside of the condo to stash your skis and snowboards.

Even better than the photos! The owner is kind and helpful. The ski in/out was wonderful. They had paper products, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent, which was very helpful. We would rent again.

We had a fantastic stay! This condo was as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay. 8 of us fit comfortably with just a short walk to the ski trails. Our kids loved having access to the pool as well. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this rental for a two-family ski vacation. The location is superb - a walk to the top of A&B quads that is less than what you would typically expect in a ski area parking lot. There was enough space to fit our party of 8 comfortably (4 adults, 4 kids) and allow everyone to have different apres-ski activities. The pool was great for the kids, though you have to buy passes at the office ($5/person). The beds were very comfortable, there are tons of drawers and hooks to organize all your ski gear, and the kitchen is extremely well stocked with all the dishes/pots/pans you would want. One drawback is that it gets hot in the kids room - bring short sleeve jammies! Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our stay. We had everything we needed to enjoy home cooked meals. It was a short walk to the slope. Being that we were unfamiliar with Roku, that presented a challenge for us in trying to navigate the TVs but we managed. Our host was great and quickly responded to any questions we posed. He made us feel very welcome!

This is a wonderful condo! We have stayed at many others in the complex and this one was comfortable, clean, and looks like it was painted recently. The property manager was amazing with check in/out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! Each room had a TV! We would definitely return!!!!

The condo is very clean, modern, spacious and had ample necessities throughout. Checkin instructions were clear and simple. It's an easy short walk to the trail. We warmed up to a roaring fire each night while laughing and playing games on the dining table. Bob thought of it all to make sure my family had an amazing ski vacation at Okemo.

The host was very easy to communicate with. Everything was perfect from the time we arrived until we left. Awesome location just a short walk to the slopes at mid mountain. You can ski right down to the main lodge or a short ski down to another lift to head higher up. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed from towels to kitchen supplies.

It’s a great family stay place close to the ski trail. We love the place because it’s comfy, and only a short walk to the ski trail. It saved us time for finding parking spot, walking to the lift, and we can take a break during the day and go back to ski.

This place was excellent and the hosts were great. College-aged kids slept in the bunkroom with no problem. Very clean. Short walk across the parking lot to get to the slopes - very convenient. Will definitely be staying there again.

Overall location is great. Short walk to the ski slope for skiing down to clock tower base. Bob was extremely responsive with my many questions. Although it’s not brand new the Unit is very clean. Plenty of storage at entry time organize ski stuff. Every room has TVs…even the bunk room which my boys thought was awesome. Kitchen Is well stocked with essentials to prepare meals. Two coffee machines including drip and kcup. Washer and dryer came in handy. Bob also had a pack and play so I didn’t have to carry one for the baby! We can’t wait to go back and stay again!

We had a great stay to Bob's condo! The condo is exactly as pictured online and was comfortable and cozy. Location is perfect - a short walk to the ski lift. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Nice touches included fluffy towels, flannel sheets, a JBL wireless speaker, and my older teen loved the smart TV and the Roku's. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location to enjoy the mountain with ski in/ski out access. The condo was very roomy, beds super comfortable, and the free firewood right outside the unit was the cherry on top. Definitely would stay here again.

The location of this property was great, it was < a 2 minute easy straight walk across the parking lot to the slopes. As for the property itself, it felt bigger than the other units we've stayed at in Winterplace, and was one of the cleanest. It had all the essentials needed for the stay. Bob was great to work with, he was always prompt to respond and extremely thoughtful and kind. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again!

The condo was great- clean, fully stocked, comfortable beds and an easy walk to the slopes. The only drawback was the early checkout at 10:00. With limited dining options due to COVID we would have liked to go back to the condo for lunch on Sunday instead of dealing with long lines and a time limit on how long we could sit. For the price of a two-night stay it felt like we only got use of the condo for a day.

Nice ground floor condo in Winterplace. Short walk to the slopes. Super comfy beds and UGG comforters on the bunk beds! The kitchen and baths are a bit dated but extremely well maintained and super clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Convenient ski lockers and firewood. Bob was friendly and easy to communicate with. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

We loved Bob’s place and it was perfect for our family ski trip! Right on the mountain and a short walk to the trails makes going on and off the mountain a breeze! There is a bunk room perfect for kids and two other queen bedrooms make it an ideal place to share with another family. We will definitely come again!

We loved this property. The beds were cozy - great mattresses, pillows, and blankets. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating in. Washer and dryer. Plenty of hot water. Warm fireplace. It is a little walk to the slopes but not too far. The owner was very accessible through email and very helpful with questions. We would stay in this property again.

We stayed at Bob’s condo after the New Year for a ski vacation. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Due to the pandemic we wanted a place that we could access the mountain and not have to go into the lodge at Okemo. This fir the bill! It was a three minute walk to the mountain across the parking lot. The beds were comfy and Bob was very quick to respond when we had any questions. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a fantastic ski trip with the kids at this condo. The hosts Rob and Kathy are very communicative and the check-in was very easy. The condo was clean (and same as in the photos) upon arrival. The kitchen is well equipped, and there's plenty of space to seat a whole family for dinner. We were able to do laundry on-site. The smart TV was easy to navigate. The beds and beddings were all very comfortable. Each bedroom has a TV, although we only used the living room one. The location is very convenient, just an easy walk to the lifts. The hosts were able to accommodate us for a late check-out, which was a huge help for our last day of skiing. Cannot ask for a better place for a ski trip!

Our family of 4 had a great stay in Bob’s condo. Very clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. Quick walk (under 5 min) to the ski trails made it easy to come home for lunch break. And Bob was helpful and quick to respond to questions. We have stayed in many places in Ludlow and this was one of the best- would definitely stay here again.
