The property did not have working toilet or hot water when we arrived. We were told that it was possibly the water not being turned on. That was correct so we turned the water on. The first night we had no hot water because the hot water tank was unplugged. By the time we figured out that was the problem it was too late for us to take a shower with out being late for our event. These things should have been on and ready so that we did not have to go without a toilet and shower for the first night. I am not a plumber. The bottom beds were comfortable but the top bunks were not stable. Additionally, there were neighbors arguing into the night with cars honking and people throwing things making sleep the first night impossible. The place also needed a good cleaning.

The property was just as described. Nothing special but a good location and place to sleep. The kids loved the choices of bikes in the garage. The check in and check out process was easy. There were ants in the bathroom but I found some ant killer and that took care of those. There were no paper products at all. And only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper. I wish we would have known this ahead of time.

Property was as advertised.
Location was good, a lot of dinner and shopping options. Just a couple minute drive to Vanderbilt Beach.
It was a good value for what you are getting, property and location wise.

Convenient place
The house was large and open. The kitchen looked nice although we did not need to use it. The bathroom could use an update. Sheets and towels could also use an update. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The people staying next door were really nice. Close to food and shopping which is what we weee looking for.

Great house
This house is close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner answered questions quickly. Overall a great house for a family of 5, very clean, plenty of beds and extras like bikes and beach chairs.

Good location
Overall nice place to stay one night with lots of things to do. Only two negatives: The address on the main page lists 697 but in the note is says 699. Almost went into the wrong house! Also, I know it’s Florida but I saw at least 4 cockroaches in bathroom and kitchen.

Perfect for families
We travel often for sports and typically stay in a rental. This was by far the most accommodating and enjoyable of our stays. The location is perfect. 5 mins from the beach and 20 from Paradise coast sports complex. The host has gone above and beyond with including things you may need for your stay. I highly recommend choosing this rental especially if you have young kids!

Inexpensive duplex
The host was responsive to texts. There were dead roaches on the bedroom and living room floor upon entry. At least they weren’t alive. There were 2 adults and 3 children so the accommodations were sufficient. I’m not from FL so I’ve heard there can be large rodents around. I saw one run across the lines at the neighbors. Enough to make me stay inside

Great location-
Great property and location. We are from Naples and my husband had to go back to help his family. Property was clean, and had all kinds of amenities for the beach although we didn’t use them. Great location! Close to Whole Foods and restaurants. Can be at 5th Ave in 10-15 minutes. Easy to find and only a few minutes from the beach!

North Naples Vacation
We decided to do a spontaneous Memorial Day Weekend trip to the Naples area. This location is north of downtown Naples and a straight drive within 15- 20 minutes. Very convenient to Vanderbilt Beach and other beaches up and down the coast. Vanderbilt is a short bike ride using the bikes provided at this rental. Very clean, updated interior in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!! Thank you for hosting!

Break from Winter in Naples
The location is great, the house has bikes and beach supplies to use, washer and dryer. We found the home came up short from our expectation in a few areas. There is no dishwasher or garbage disposal. The furniture in the living room and rug are well used. We did have a few maintenance issues while there and the owner was very responsive when contacted. The exterior landscaping really needs some attention.

Clean and convenient
Really enjoyed the location. Availability of bikes, beach chairs, coffee. We were visiting family so did not go to the beach. My husband thought the couch was tiny. We couldn’t use the top bunks as the ceiling fans were too close to the top beds. Overall perfect for our last minute short stay.
