Beautiful spacious and modern villa of 170sqm., Design decoration, air conditioning (hot and cold), with private heated pool in the quiet Pení (Pani). Near the beach, downtown shops and restaurants.
The villa is composed of a kitchen open to the living room of 45m ² with dining room, a large flat screen TV (French TNT, foreign channels), a sofa bed 140cm long, a large dining table for 8 / 10 people, an equipped American kitchen.
An air-conditioned room with a bed of 160cm with private bathroom open (shower, toilet and sink).
An air-conditioned room with a set 180cm (two beds of 90cm contiguous) with sight on the swimming pool.
A room with 2 beds of 90cm separated by a bedside table.

Alles in allem gut
Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, wir haben es genossen. Nachteil: die Spülmaschine wusch nicht wirklich sauber und einige Matratzen waren komplett durchgelegen. Ansonsten super. Würden gerne noch einmal anmieten

Une demeure au charme très plaisant...
Cette magnifique propriété s'inscrivant dans un excellent emplacement la rendant proche de toutes commodités (15 minutes à pied de la plage d'Empuriabrava et 10 minutes à pied du supermarché Lidl) se sera révélée sans réelle surprise le principal atout ayant permis de garantir le succès de nos vacances. La météo très clémente dont nous avions été gratifiés aura renforcé la merveilleuse impression laissée par notre séjour mémorable de deux semaines dans cette séduisante région espagnole si hospitalière. En arrivant sur les lieux, nous sommes littéralement tombés sous le charme de cette maison chaleureuse au design moderne et son hyperfonctionnalité répondant à tous vos besoins. La somptueuse piscine à débordement très rafraîchissante n'est pas non plus en reste grâce aux nombreux moments détectables qu'elle nous a offert sous le soleil de plomb qui accompagnait nos journées. Bref, cette fascinante maison de vacances n'a pas manqué d'arguments pour nous convaincre d'y reposer nos valises dès l'année prochaine...

Erst enttäuschend, dann doch noch schön
Schlüsselübergabe wurde zum Problem da wir keine gültige Handynummer bekommen hatten. Nach 13,5 Stunden Fahrt saßen wir 2 Stunden vor dem Haus, Fewo direkt konnte uns leider erstmal nicht weiterhelfen. Als das Problem endlich gelöst war konnten wir unsren Urlaub beginnen! Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben, top! Die Gegend ist auch toll, kommen schon seit Jahren nach Empuriabrava. Haben vor nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen, wissen nur noch nicht über welchen Anbieter.

Er waren veel dingen kapot. Achterstallig onderhoud. 3 sloten van deuren die kapot waren. Lamp
bij zwembad kapot, stroom lag bloot, erg gevaarlijk bij water.(gemeld, maar niemand gezien)
Afwasmachine werkte niet goed, en was veel te klein voor 10 personen. Wel genoeg serviesgoed voor handen.
Slecht matras in 1 slaapkamer aan de voorkant beneden.

Good spot!!
Pros: Nice location, good size place for two families with kids. Has a pool.
Cons: Hidden extra costs (bed linens and towels) and very stressful checkout (possibly due to English language). Pool was not heated enough for that time of year (15c) and almost all the door locks don’t work or don’t work well.
Fix some of these small things and the place would have been a more pleasant stay.

English family of 6!
First of all we want to say that the villa and the location were perfect for a family like us...3 boys aged 10, 13 & 15. Parents and a young aging 74 year old gran.
Gran went in the 'granny flat', a self contained flat with its own balcony looking down onto the pool. Very clean she says, but flushing the toilet is difficult as the button seems broken. And locking the outer door was hard! Needs some wd40!
Us parents were in the garage conversion. A tidy compact double bedroom with wardrobe and shelving and ensuite. Again, locking the door was problematic, and the shower blocks easily. Easy access to pool area
The 3 boys were in the main part of the villa in the 3 bedrooms. 2 are double, the other has 2 single beds. The double at the front has an ensuite. The other 2 have a separate bathroom to share.
The kitchen is great, oven, hob and dishwasher.
The pool is amazing. Yes it's not huge but it's so clean!!! All the time!! It has a jacuzzi at the end, lovely.
Lots of space to sunbathe or sit in the shade. Large table undercover to eat at aswell as a dining area inside.
The resort is lovely and unspoilt. Plenty of restaurants. And also on beach front
The beach is lovely, and loads of parking. Playgrounds and footy pitches there too.
You are 15 mins from Roses which is worth a visit for the beach.
Lidl and Supermarkat for food. They all close at 10.
Check-out day was a challenge. We'd agreed on 9.30am because that's what the owners wanted. At 9.20 Melanie, her mother and small daughter turned up to check for breakages and then all the cleaning crew were waiting on the drive. It was stressful hearing Melanie and her mum shout at each other about us in Spanish whilst the little girl ran around getting in our way!!
Nevertheless an absolutely stunning place to stay.

De très bonnes vacances entre amis passées dans cette villa
Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cette villa à Empuriabrava. Nous étions 13 amis et nous avons loué du 1er au 8 juin.
La villa est très belle et bien rénovée, le style est contemporain et moderne. La piscine est magnifique et la température était idéale (entre 28 et 29 degrés) toute la semaine.
Les propriétaires et Catherine étaient très a l'écoute et disponibles.
Nous avons rencontré quelques soucis, présents à notre arrivée (store bloqué, chasse d'eau qui ne marchait pas...) qui ont été réparé le lendemain.
La villa est grande mais un peu juste pour 13 personnes.
Quelques petits défauts comme le lave vaisselle qui nettoie très mal, la pression de la douche faible et les odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain pas très agréable
Toutefois nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour dans cette villa et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans les villas rouges.

Comfortable property
This property is well equipped with everything you need especially in a kitchen. Perfect service and quick response by the Melanie who was first point of contact of anything we needed. We had an issue with wifi. Engineer was called in and attended in 30 min. The property is comfortable for 11 people. The studio flat with separate entrance was really loved by our teenage kids who had lots of fun and privacy. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Déçus
Le critère principal étant axé sur la piscine chauffée grosse déception en arrivant elle était à 19 et nous repartons elle est toujours à 19. Mauvaise réactivité de l’agence et après plusieurs relances la pompe à chaleur a été remplacée par une plus vieille le jeudi sans résultat .Aucune proposition de geste commercial de la part de l’agence ou des propriétaires.
Bon courage pour les suivants.

Schöner Urlaub
Wir waren jetzt im Mai für zwei Wochen mit 8 Personen in dem Haus, und haben eine tolle Zeit dort verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Burghart in Empfang genommen und wir konnten uns jederzeit bei ihm melden. Uns hat es auch an nichts gefehlt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Mein Mann und ich würden so gerne wieder kommen, doch leider ist das Haus für uns als 4 köpfige Familie viel zu groß. Vielleicht habt ihr in naher Zuckunft ja mal ein paar kleine Häuser in eurem Stil zur Vermietung. Dann werden wir auf jedenfall Stammgäste bei euch.

maison avec des défauts
c est une belle maison, mais attention manque d'équipements vaisselle, le lave vaisselle trop petit, four, un gros pb de douche , pas de pression ou pas d eau qui arrive ou bien trop chaud ou trop froid, papier toilette dans la chambre pour boucher un trou au tour de la clim, poignée de baie casser ou bien enlever, et pour finir attention a tout vérrouiller car il y a des cambriolage, on c est fait cambrioler durant la nuit pendant notre séjour

Maison trés sympa mais manque de vaisselle pour 12 personnes. La piscine était trouble au bout de 3 jours et les pisciniste sont venus après 2 appels jetés des granules dans là piscines. Impossible de se baigner pendant 2 jours car forte odeur de chlore et eu mousseuse.... dommage.
État des lieux avec 4 personnes qui envahisse la villa sans dire bonjour.....
Peut être ne faut il pas venir l été pour l accueil.

Excellent séjour
Vacances très sympathiques entre amis. Nous avons apprécié que chaque couple ait son intimité grâce à l'étage et au studio attenant la villa. Le salon est grand pour passer les soirées et l'espace avec la terrasse couverte a été très apprécié le jour où il a plu! La ville est plus calme en cette saison et les conseils des proprio pour déguster des bons petits plats dans les différents restau nous ont aidé.
Nous avons découverts avec l'aide de Jean Christophe de nouvelles excursions comme Besalu et San Pere de Rhodes.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in Empuriabrava
Wir wurden freundlich von Burkhard empfangen. Ein schönes Haus in guter Lage, super ausgestattet und in ruhiger Wohngegend. Alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Die Unterteilung in separate Etagen und Wohneinheiten bietet genügend Privatspäre für mehrere Personen oder eine größere Familie.
Der beheizte Pool war mit 28 Grad Ende Oktober sehr angenehm und die geschützte Süd-Terrasse toll zum Genießen der Herbstsonne.
Ganz gespannt sind wir auf die von den Eigentümern geplante Erweiterung des Pools um einen Wasserfall und ein Sprudelbad mit Massagedüsen.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Ein rundherum gelungener Urlaub !

Mehr Schein als sein
Auf den Bildern wird ein schönes, modernes Haus vorgestellt. Dies entspricht leider nicht der Wahrheit. Das Haus ist zum Teil verwohnt und auch nur teilweise renoviert. Bei Ankunft hatte ich über 20 Mängel festgestellt und auch sofort gemeldet. Die Mängel wurden, wenn möglich auch zum Teil beseitigt. So wurde das Sofa teilweise neu bezogen, die Toilettensitze erneuert und die Dusche gereinigt. Einige Mängel konnten nicht behoben werden so fehlten z.B. im Pool (6,50 m - die Spanier messen anscheinend anders) mindestens 20 Plättchen – Verletzungsgefahr! Und die Granitplatte der Küche war an mehreren Stellen gebrochen. Urlaub in Ampuriabrava gerne wieder – in einem der roten Häuser wahrscheinlich nicht mehr.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist sehr schön mitten in der Stadt gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Supermärkte, Apotheke und Strand sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen Die angegebene Personenzahl ( 10 - 13 Personen ) halte ich für etwas übertrieben. Es kann wohl jeder einen Platz zum Schlafen finden, aber der Poolbereich wie auch die Bäder sind mit sechs Leuten schon voll belegt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war gut und sprach deutsch.
Etwas befremdlich ist das Zimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad und WC, da dieser Bereich nicht vom Schlafzimmer mit einer Tür abgetrennt wurde und man so unmittelbar vom Bett auf die Duschkabine schaut.
Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft im Innenbereich sehr sauber, der Aussenbereich leider nicht, dies wurde aber zwei Tage später nachgeholt. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und verfügt über alles was man sich wünscht ( Microwelle, Toaster, Backofen, großer Tiefkühler zwei Kaffeemaschinen....)
Die Pool ist zwar nicht besonders groß aber durch die wirklich gut funktionierende Poolheizung auch an kalten Tagen kuschelig warm.
Alles in allem haben wir hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

excellent séjour
Séjour du 13 au 20/02/2015 excellent. Bien qu'en hors saison, temps nous ayant permis de prendre quelques repas de mi journée en bordure de piscine sous le soleil. Location agréable, gestionnaire très sympa et très réactive à nos demandes. Un seul petit bémol : les dimensions des lits figurant dans l'annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité d'où pb de draps : 3 chambres avec des lits en 180 (2 x 90 cm), 1 chambre avec 1 lit en 160 cm et 1 chambre avec 2 lits en 80 cm.

Wir sind eine 6-köpfige Familie mit 2 Hunden! Wir hatten hier sehr viel Platz und es war wirklich alles da, was man als Selbstverpfleger braucht (Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler,....).
Wir hatten erholsame 14 Tage! Der Pool wurde wöchentlich aufbereitet, so daß immer alles in bester Ordnung war!
Es war ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub ...... und ich denke, man wird sich wieder sehen :-)!! Grüße aus Stutensee.

Super Ferien !
Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager (11-17 J.) und haben tolle Ferien in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Unsere Kinder haben fast den ganzen Tag im Pool gespielt, derweil wir eher die Sonnenliegen genutzt oder im Schatten der Palme gelesen haben. Sehr praktisch fanden wir das Studio im Obergeschoß mit Küchenzeile, Bad/WC und großer eigener Terrasse (mit Blick auf den Pool), aber auch die Schiebetüren im Wohnzimmer des Parterre mit direktem Zugang zur Poolterrasse.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inkl. Bäckerei und Restaurants befinden sich ganz in der Nähe. Ebenso sind ein schöner Minigolfplatz (mit zahmen, freifliegendem Papagei), sowie ein Bootsverleih gemütlich zu Fuß zu erreichen und zur Strandpromenade ist es auch nicht weit. Für Unterhaltung war also rundherum gesorgt. Perfekt wäre dieses Ferienhaus mit einer weiteren Klimaanlage oben im Studio; da man aber fast den ganzen Tag draussen verbringt, ist dies nicht weiter schlimm.
Alles in allem hat uns dieser Urlaub sehr gut gefallen und wir wären gerne hierher zurückgekommen. Leider war es bereits belegt und wir haben deshalb ein anderes Ferienhaus derselben Familie gebucht. Bis bald, Ihre Familie W.S.
