The upstairs has a full master suite with a large walk in closet and on suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a huge bath tub with plenty of room for two :) The shower has a spa like feel with a river rock lining and lots of space. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs and one with a unique walk out balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or just watching the action down bellow. There is also a laundry closet and a full second bathroom rounding off the 2 level.
Undoubtedly the best part about this property is the location. With great restaurants, breweries and shops within short walking distance. Places such as Cerberus brewing Co., Front Range Bbq, 503 West, and European Cafe, just to name a few. Manitou Springs is a short 5 minute drive, along with the Garden of the Gods, and Downtown is literally 5 blocks away. This property is also available in a second configuration with access to a lower level apartment with 2 bedrooms and another full kitchen and living room.
