Very well organized host and provided details before our arrival. Parking is complimentary with the stay and the unit we stayed at was very welcoming (and clean).
The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils including pots and pans. Everything was clean and included dish detergent, cloths, etc. The only downside is some of the utensils were worn out but this is due to natural wear and tear. It would be nice to upgrade some of the cooking utensils.
Living room and bedroom were very clean. It was very cozy, linens were provided and clean. It definitely provided a very nice home away from home feeling.
Location is great as it is close to many restaurants including Blue Mountain village, Downtown Collingwood, grocery stores, etc.
Overall, I would highly recommend this unit for a getaway and we were very satisfied with the cleanliness plus overall place.

Really nice area, easy to get to, good parking. (Disclaimer: They say only one parking spot, but there are two parking vouchers when you enter the house, so technically you could bring two cars). Close to everything. House is clean, spacious. Utensils, pots, plates, kitchen towel, bathroom towel, soap all provided by host. Shampoo/conditioner are in a small bottle (similar to the ones that hotels give you) so I suggest you bring your own shampoo/conditioner. Bar soap is provided. Only thing I would change is for the host to upgrade their T.V. They use a super old t.v so there is no netflix and even the cable acts up sometimes. There are also Tvs in both rooms, but neither seems to work. Everything else was perfect though. For sure would stay again.

Condo was better and bigger than expected. Loved the traditional lodge decor. Fireplace was perfect after a long day in the snow. Were hoping to make this an annual trip.

The unit is not at all comfortable and needs upgrade. Very old furniture and squeaky roof. No sound insulation and is very noisy from the neighbors. The bedroom is located right under the living room of the unit above it and it is very disturbing. We have noisy neighbors who were partying whole night and it was a hell of a night. The doors are all stuck and hard to open and close. The sofa was ripped and is not comfortable at all. There was a leak in the roof and water was dripping from it drop by drop. Except the location, unit is not a comfortable stay for the family. It is not at all the worth we paid for. I am not at all happy with it.

This rental location was great, parking was easy. Pool was across the road and although you could walk to the village we opted to drive as we had a stroller and there aren’t sidewalks.
However, cleanliness was average. There were heaps of dead flies in the window sills, pink grime in the stand up shower and a few cob webs in the ceiling corners. It was also visibly dusty. Luckily we brought disinfecting wipes and cleaned the place up a little more to our standards. It wasn’t awful but could use a deep clean

Nice accommodation and great layout for a family of four. All appliances were up to date and the suite was very clean and having laundry availability was a bonus. No issues at all with check in or check out.

Noise from the upstairs unit is load as sound proofing is poor.
COVID pricing has gotten out of control and rental rates have increase significantly.

We booked the house for two nights,, the toaster wasn’t working, the dish washer and fire place wasn’t working as well, and the arm chairs and sofa was really old, but overall we enjoyed our trip.

Great location, sufficient household supplies, cleanliness could be better
The location is great, and the pool access was close by and great for the kids (ages 6-9). Proximity to BM village was great, 2 min drive or 20 minute walk.
We did request someone come and unclog the tub (which should have been done before we checked in) and supply more towels and the response was really quick.
Also noticed some of the kitchen supplies were a dirty (even through in the drawers for use) so I did have to wash everything before using. Should have been cleaned before checking in.
Otherwise we had a great time

Great Family Space
Perfect proximity to Blue Mountain. Everything you need for a family of four including a nice yard and grill. Would just recommend bringing your own cleaning/disinfecting wipes for kitchen cleanup and there is only basic cable in the main living area TV-would be great to have a smart TV for rainy days. Thanks for a nice stay!

Good property for Blue Mountain
Very nice and clean condo. Perfect for our weekend away. Close those Collingwood and Blue Mountain. Opted to sleep on the pull out and there was no comforter, I do suggest bringing pillows and a blanket if you plan to do the same. No food staples left in house, make sure you bring everything with you that you need. Good communication prior to arrival, easy to find and park.

The set up and convenience of the condo were great. Great views of the golf course out back and easy to get to the hill. There is a condo directly above and it is very loud if there are renters upstairs at the same time. Footsteps and talking are very loud. Other than that it is very nice.

Great Getaway! Super clean!
I have been at this property twice in 1 month. Location is great. 2 minute drive to the village. We were very impressed with how clean the house was. During the pandemic you worry about that and brought Lysol wipes but didnt need them. Overall we will definitely come back to this property and worth booking with vacasa.

Amazing Location and Super Clean!
We stayed at this property for 3 nights and the entire booking experience was easy. When we arrived at the property it was super easy to get into the property as you just need a code. They have 2 parking spaces which they provide you with a parking permit you put on your dashboard. The house was super clean and we brought toilet paper, towels, paper towels but you dont need it. They provide all that! Just pack your food and clothes. Kitchen is fully stacked with everything you need. The location of the property is just 2 minute drive to Blue Mountain village or 15 minute walk. I am actually going to book this property in September again. I recommend this property 100%.

Comfortable Vacation Get Away
Comfortable spacious open vacation home and close to Blue Mountain Village and Collingwood sights. Pool was nice but due to Covid restrictions difficult to get a reservation. Landscaping was beautiful and well maintained.

Nice place minus the parking and bed bugs
Cute place to stay for the weekend. Unit was pretty clean and quiet. Having said that, the parking is not lined or monitored so you’re lucky if you get a spot. And I came home with bedbugs which leads me to believe our unit was thoroughly checked between rentals. I reported it to the rental company privately however they didn’t respond. It isn’t about the cost for me to treat my home or the bites I endured on my arms and chest. It’s the lack of response from property Management that made me write this review. So, I am letting people know of my experience. Check your beds before doing anything.

Wonderful place to relax, enjoy walks, hiking and in the winter a few minutes from ski slopes. Loved our stay very clean and a very quiet and relaxing area. Thank you for making us feel a home away from home.

Very lovely home away from home
The place is clean and very cozy. It’s only a few minutes away from Blue Mountain Village which is a big plus. The kitchen is complete with all the appliances working fine. It was a nice place to come home to after a tiring but fun filled day at the Blue Mountain village. Would definitely book this place again in the future.

Dream vacation that turns into nightmare
I rented for 4 nights and leaves after 3... which is not good. When we arrived that place was clean and spacious like we expected. The door lock needs to be change as it took me 5 minutes to be able to remove the key and the outdoor light was not working. Because of covid access to pool was limited which I get but the lifeguard are not well informed on how to process. They talked about a website to reserve your spot but no one inform me when I reserved. That website wasn't working properly and they didn't seems how to do either.
We really enjoyed our stay the first 2 nights. The 3rd night some new neighbors arrived and started to party. At 10pm I asked them politely to turn down the music a little bit. Maybe I was too nice cause they didn't. At 1am I called Vacasa to see if they could do something about it, of course they weren't managing that property so they couldn't help. I told them I wanted a refund for the next night cause I didn't want to have the same kind of night and wanted to leave. The lady said she would asked and that someone was going to call me back the next day. Of course no one called. I don't know if the walls are really tick cause I was able to hear the music clearly in the master bedroom. They were shouting, screaming. The patio door was opened at least a 100 times and we were able to hear it each time. I ended up sleeping with my 13 years old on the couch until they stopped at 4:30am. Worst experience ever. I left the next day.
If you are someone who looks for peaceful holiday I don't recommend that place. It's really unfortunate cause all the rest was really nice.

Our stay here was amazing! 4 adults and two kids. Everything was nice and clean, instructions straight forward, kids enjoyed outdoor... location is fantastic. 5 minutes ride to blue mountain resort! The unit has everything you need! Overall, this was a great experience and we will definitely come back!
