This condo was very clean w comfy furniture and beds and is in walking distance to all the fun at blue mountain ! Enjoyed our stay and will definitely rebook another time ! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool and hot tub but took a look at it and looks clean and beautiful! Thanks again

Love the location to the Village and the pool. The house was very roomy and comfortable for my family with kids and grandkids. The Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking meals and eating while enjoying the fantastic views of the golf course....including the spectacular sun rises in the living room as you enjoy your morning coffee!
Highly recommend booking this condo!!

This was our 4th visit to this gorgeous condo, which tells you how much we love our stays here. From the dreamiest beds to the impeccably clean and modern furnishings and decor, you feel welcome and right at home from the moment you walk in. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or for family fun, this place has it all! Don't hesitate -- you can book this condo with confidence, knowing it's excellent value, set in a quiet environment, and perfectly located for a stroll across the street to the ski village with all of its restaurants, shops and ski amenities. This is our happy place -- a home away from home!

Second year in a row we booked it because of the Spartan Race weekend and we were really comfortable. 10 mins walk to registration. The washing machine came in handy.

Overall, so homey. Very nice area at front for hanging hoodies and laundry by the first touchdown area was so handy. Sumptuous couch with cosy cushions, so many kitchen tools for meal prep and many board games and puzzles to enjoy. Loved the mattress topper on main floor queen, so comfortable with beautiful layers of white linens. Minor issue was the main floor showerhead sprayed everywhere, but with a little twist/wriggle it didn't spray out into the rest of the washroom. Large top floor room for the kids to sleep comfortably with their own washroom with shower. Nice little deck for an extra space to hang out for two and porch area for two at the top of the steps. Recommend as it is a short walking distance to pool/hot tub and blue mountain village and golf car rental across the street.

We have stayed here twice now for 3 day ski weekends. Beautifully outfitted with all the comforts of home. Enjoyed home cooked meals from the great kitchen and bbq on the patio overlooking the ski hills makes for a great experience. Walking distance to the village and the ski lifts is a huge plus. Already looking forward to our next stay here. Awesome place for families.

Home is good and clean BUT.
The BBQ did not have propane. We called Vacasa on the first day immediately to notify them this. They said they need to contact local management. The local management never responded during our stay and Vacasa promised to provide updated which it did not. Needless to say we were not able to cook our food on the BBQ. Just scary that if you were in need of something else more important you are not going to get it because Vacasa is middle man and have to wait for local management to response to do anything. You are not allowed to contact local management or given information about them. Vacasa will promise that it will be resolved within 1-2 hours but you will find that any problem that you have will not be resolved for your whole stay.

Cute home good for a large group of people. Pool is a bit of a walk however very close to the village.Only disappointment was no propane so could not use the BBQ

As a repeat guests we were once again so impressed with the comforts of the unit and the close proximity to the village.
No need to look any further than this unit for our family. Hopefully we will be perennial renters for years to come.

Wow! What a beauty!
Spacious, clean, close to the hill and the village! The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend with our friends and kids! We have stayed in other accommodation at the hill and this was our favourite. We have no problem with recommending this condo to anyone looking for a getaway or a family vacation!

Amazing location
This is an excellent property and is a great spot to stay at Blue Mountain. It could not be any closer to the village at Blue without being located in the village itself. Close to the village and the hill and all the action and amenities. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. The service and communication was also excellent. I would highly recommend this property for a family visit to Blue mountain.

We enjoyed our stay here, there was lots of room for the 8 adults and is extremely close to the village.
The one issue we had was the coffeemaker was broken, so one of us had to run to Collingwood first thing Saturday morning to get coffee for everyone, however when I contacted the company they had a new one sent over by mid afternoon.
I would recommend this unit.

Relaxing trip
It was good location. Suggestion would be to have a better pre cleaning. Pump hand soap in washrooms and better cleaning of shower. We appreciate the easy checkin. Would consider staying here again.

Unit could have been cleaned better. Stained sheets. Crumbs on sofas.
Minor but annoying for price paid.
No power on 2nd level.
Loose toilet on main floor was a complaint from a previous tenant last year and it’s still an issue. Shows there is no response. Too bad as everything else about the unit was fine.

Great home
The home was very clean and spacious! The kids loved the upper floor suite all to themselves! Great that it was a 2 min walk to the village so no need to get in and out of the car!

great golf location but property needs some work
Great location if you're golfing at Monterra, although view of golf course in summer itself mostly blocked by trees (many dead and need to be removed!, so not quite golf course view). Listing indicates "fully refurbished" but could definitely use some improvements. Brown carpet throughout is old and matted in areas .Kitchen well equipped (except very few soup spoons) but on arrival various pans/dishes/glasses were dirty (both in cupboards and in dishwasher), and cupboard faces were sticky. Fridge and freezer were missing handles on front?? Only 1 roll paper towels/and 2 of toilet paper supplied. there was no dishwashing detergent and only a tiny amount of dishwashing liquid for hand washing dishes. Bathrooms were fine but toilet downstairs not properly anchored to floor and could use some repair in that regard. Also some lightbulbs burned out (bathroom/bedrooms/and could use some higher wattage throughout., especially over the dining table--very dim in the evening) Laundry machines were convenient but enclosed area for these machines full of dust/sand on washer lid and on floor..clearly has not been cleaned in awhile. A/C registers have not been wiped either. For the price charged, we felt this unit would have been superior, but it was not. Make sure to bring most supplies yourself (salt/pepper/sugar/paper products etc.)-i Suppose we could have contacted vacasa regarding these issues/supplies etc. but who wants to bother with that on vacation?>) Next time we will sacrifice closeness to golf course for a better view and a cleaner and more amply supplied condo. Would not book again unless price was considerably lower.

2 night stay in July
Clean spacious rental, convenient location to the village just a couple minute walk away. views of the mountain on one side and the golf course on the other side. everything was as pictured and worked fine. beds were comfortable. for food supplies only salt and pepper were available so bring your own anything else. would return.

Great location but bathroom doesn't work
This is an excellent location with lots of space. The view is amazing and a short walk to the village and the mountains. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because the main toilet didn't work which is pretty important.

Great getaway!
Great location! Rooms are all very bright and lovely views from the living room. Comfortable and spacious for everyone in our group. The hot tub is a nice treat! Keypad entry was easy. Parking is not right outside the unit, but only a short walk away.
We used the on demand shuttle to the village - very convenient!

Great Place at Blue Mountains
Fantastic condo with loads of space. Location is ideal across road from Village. Pool and hot tub are really nice. Our only negative was the lack of basic supplies. Limited towels and no basics in the pantry. Also, the bed configuration was different then in the photos.
All in all a great place to stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
