This space was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and perfect for 4 people. The beds were SOOO comfortable (a must.) This is perfect walking distance to everything and parking was easy.
The only downside, it’s right under a popular late night bar. It was very loud at night with people outside you can hear. If you have little kids bring a sound machine. Definitely was woken up a few nights with all the commotion outside!
Besides that, this is a great place to stay!

Great location, great industrial vibe, well appointed, great beds, clean, wonderful walkability to everything in town. No ironing board so if this is a need, you must buy one (like I did), bath towels were thin and while adequate, were certainly not up to the standard of the rest of the unit and its furnishings....if this is a big deal bring your own. I had to work while there, and the wi-fi is great too. I never had one issue with it going down and this was a bonus. The restaurant can be a bit noisy at night with people outside in the parking lot but for limited times and this did not bother us. It's all part of being in a city. The one thing that was off putting was the living room carpet seemed to need a "cleaning" when we arrived as there were dirty spots. This gave the impression that the unit was dirty, but it wasn't. I wondered why and said as much to the rental agents, who got every other email except that one, even tho I sent it 8 times and in a last ditch attempt copied and pasted it inside a reply to an email sent to me and I got nothing but crickets. If it were my unit I would want to know so that it could be addressed. So basically when there it seems you are on your own. All that said, I would rent again. It was a great place, great location, and the few things I mentioned above were such a small part of the delightful stay we had.

We had a fun stay downtown Traverse City. The location was perfect; we didn’t have to drive anywhere! We walked downtown, walked to the beach, it was great. It was a little tough getting a hold of management and figuring out who the point person was for questions, but ultimately, we had no major issues and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable.

The rental was in the perfect location to explore downtown Traverse City. Though the building shares Soave with. Great brewery and pub there was no noise issues though our stay was during the week. The kitchen/bath/laundry were very well stocked and the unit was very clean. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Ideal for a girls weekend! Great space to socialize, comfortable bedding, and so nice to be able to access bars/restaurants without having to go outside. Small glitch of missing parking pass initially but management company handled quickly and to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this lovely condo with beautiful views of the bay!

The Perfect Fall Weekend Retreat
Traverse city is a trip I like to take every fall, and luckily we were still able to make that happen. With Covid we knew we wanted to stay at a rental property over a hotel so we could stay farther away from people. This property really has all the comforts of home. The beds were comfy, the furniture was functional and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The bars downstairs were super convenient and fun! The bars are a bit loud at night but it’s a bar and that’s to be expected, it wasn’t anything too crazy.
All in all I can’t wait to return to Traverse City and i would absolutely stay at Top of the peak again!

Fall getaway
Outstanding location and property! Had a great time in TC. Place was as advertised; short walking distance to shops, restaurants, night life. Great bedding and overall decor. Snap it up quickly if available!

The condo design was very nice and had a great unique look and was very spacious. However, I wish we were better informed about the location noise from the bar, restaurant, and parking lot. The entrance door is so close to the bar door with lines and groups of people hanging around to get through to enter. The noise from 11pm-1am in the parking lot is loud as is the other side where the dumpsters are that you will hear bottles being dumped for several hours late at night. The early morning delivery trucks noise was also loud and will awaken you in early mornings and should be noted in the property details. The parking was not very monitored and we did not have our 2 spots for 3 of the 5 nights. Though the condo and location to downtown was great it might be better suited for younger guests 21-30 age group. The Cable TV did not work even with directions and requests by phone to assist. We were busy and weather was good so not a big deal but I would recommend this be improved or simplified.
