Close to Legoland! 5 minute drive (1 mile).

Relax and enjoy your time in Florida. The back yard has views of horse pastures and palm trees. The inside has all the amenities. We want you to keep coming back!

This 2 bed 1.5 bath home offers queen beds in each bedroom and a pullout queen memory foam mattress in the living room. Fast WiFi and a 4k TV with Netflix are included for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped. The utility room offers a clothes washer, dryer, and half bath.

Driveway parking available for two vehicles. Please note the garage is used by owner for storage and is not included in rental.

My granddaughter and I enjoyed staying in Adrian’s house. The house was super clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed throughout the house. Adrian (the host) is kind and very easy to communicate with. Adrian is quick to respond to any questions you may have.

About 7 minutes from Legoland! House was clean and ready when promised. Disney is about an hour away, so it's completely away from the extreme hustle and bustle. Fantastic communication.

Nice house to stay in for a small family. We (parents) used the master bed. 2 kids (7 & 5) shared the guest bed. But there is the pull out couch in the living room. The kitchen was used for cooking several meals. The backyard was nice for the kids to run around in some. FYI, the driveway has enough room for one large SUV, but after that, it's gonna be tight. Plus, the road is skinny, so you cannot park on the street. Nice neighborhood area. Overall, we were very comfortable in the house.

Let me start with the good. This is a nice property in a GREAT location. Close to Legoland, restaurants, and lakes. Easy access to everything. The neighborhood is nice and clean. The house itself is cozy, has very nice design choices and the interior pictures are accurate. I talked to Adrian briefly at check-in -- nice guy and was timely to respond. Now the not-so-good. The exterior pictures do NOT at all represent the current state of the property whatsoever. The grass was not mowed in the front or back, trash can was knocked over in the front yard, foliage around the entire house was badly overgrown, and the back porch was just covered with leaves, dust, etc... The backyard is a nice space, but it's in need of SO much maintenance it didn't make for an enjoyable time. Just to get to the front door you have to duck and weave through branches. It was too much... On the interior, some upgrades are in order: the coffee maker needs to be updated, the kitchen sink was stopped up, memory foam pillow options would be nice, so-so mattresses, etc. All quick fixes, but some time, money, and thoughtful touches that go a long way in making a great stay. I'm also a short-term rental owner and take these reviews very seriously and do NOT like giving this feedback nor do I take it lightly. That said, I felt I owed to those coming behind us. With some sweat and attention, this property is fine, but there are some things that need immediate attention.

Everything was exactly as described and as you see in the pictures. Very clean, well furnished and great location if you want to explore/visit surrounding areas of interest east or west as Winter Haven is located in the middle of Florida. Grocery store, restaurants very nearby. Adrian is a great host and communication is excellent. Neighborhood is very friendly and feels very secure. We will definitely come back.

We’re annual passholders to Legoland but wanted to stay close to the park for Christmas weekend. The house was everything we needed— exactly as described on the listing and in the photos. It was an unusually cold weekend but there was plenty of extra blankets and pillows to cozy up with. The shower was also nice (excellent water pressure & plenty hot). Host was available if we needed anything, friendly, and accommodating, offering us an early check-in.

We came just after a major storm and the house was in great shape considering that. They were extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with! We loved how close it was to Legoland.

Love this property/home!

This trip (second visit) I stayed two weeks. This home is very comfortable, clean, with peaceful marine/beach themed art & decor. Very easy access, great views, lovely back patio and lovely huge horse pasture behind the property. Adrian has thought of anything a person would need while traveling, and has provided it. All cooking appliances, washer/dryer, plumbing and A/C work very well. Front & back yards are spacious and are visited by some awesome wildlife. I was visited by a beautiful pilated woodpecker feeding off one of the many gorgeous palm trees off the back porch. A flock of graceful American White ibises visited the front yard and grazed for an hour. Several types of butterflies visited flowers in the yard. Location is less than 10 minutes from Legoland, grocers, department stores, pharmacy, terrific restaurants, etc. It's the perfect home-away-from home for me. I have never stayed at a place as clean as this property. The house was well stocked with minimum supplies normally not found in a rental property. The internet is quick and there were no connectivity problems. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and I really enjoyed watching the birds and horses out the kitchen sliding door. The owner, Adrian, is delightful to deal with and prompt to respond to calls or texts. I would definitely stay at this location again.

This was a great house, very clean, and perfect location! It was quiet and I felt very comfortable staying here with my mother for a long weekend. Adrian was very friendly and available. Also very happy he let us check-in a little early. You will really enjoy your stay here! My only issue....the beds were extremely firm...I wouldn't lower my score for this place because I believe that may be based on preference but if I would've been staying a week I would've had to buy a mattress topper.

Having read the reviews, I thought I would be pleased, but I was over the top thrilled with this home and owner. Every room was spotlessly clean, and each room featured ample overhead lighting and enjoyable ceiling fans. A/C and appliances all were easy to use and worked well. Kitchen cooking/serving items were thoughtfully considered and provided. The neighborhood was great. Neighbors are active and friendly, yet respectful and quiet. The amazing back yard features beautiful oak trees and a cute patio. It overlooks an expansive green horse pasture with beautiful horses. The area feels very safe! The rooms and home feel spacious due to thoughtful arrangment of furniture, wide aisles, and lovely decor. Living room is awesome with lots of comfy seating, very nice rustic and natural tables & cabinettes, a work desk and large TV. Cool coasters were provided to protect the many real wood surfaces throughout the home. The interior features many lovely earthtones, and many pleasing artworks in eclectic styles and media. And some humor! Nothing felt cramped or cluttered. Each bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room also felt spacious, with lots of storage (and considerate amenities). Bathroom had several towel racks and extra decorative wall-hooks to suit a family or group. The exterior is pretty and the home is easy to see even at night (my initial arrival was at 2am). A feature that is sometimes not present at other venues, is the ability to roll your suitcases from your vehicle on the paved driveway to the front door, which makes moving in and out so easy. The owner assisted quickly without judgement when I lost/misplaced the keys, and I will be forever greatful. I already plan to return!

Wir waren 9 Tage in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf der Terrasse konnte man gut die Eichhörnchen im Garten und die Pferde auf der Weide beobachten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut gut eingerichtet.

This was the perfect location and size property for my family of three to visit Legoland. Communication with the host was excellent! Legoland and other attractions are only around 5 to 10 minutes away and we will definitely consider booking with Adrian again should we revisit this area in the future. Thanks Again, Adrian!

The house was nice and clean. It had the basic things needed. It had no bells and whistles or nothing extremely fancy, but it was what we needed. Some minor details could have made our stay a bit more pleasant. Overall, It was good.
