The house is divided in 2 floors; the ground floor houses the living area, kitchen and 4 twin suites. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom, and a suite as well as the library.
When we decided to put this wonderful place for rent, we were aware it requires a very special attention and a very special host.
Every single detail has been looked after, from the smallest to the biggest, from decoration to modern comfort. Additionally we are more than open to answer to any extra service you might require and do our best to excel finding the best match for a previously approved extra cost. If you need any additional information, do not hesitate contacting us, I will be more than glad to be of help and offer recommendations only insiders know!
Please keep in mind you are in a hunting area, should you choose to stroll around outside our grounds, please use a neon vest for clear visibility.
This corner of the island is pretty straightforward and easy to drive. Nearby you have Llucmajor where you will find a Müller for groceries as well as supermarlets. It is easy to get to Campos and head for Ses Salines and the wonderful beaches of Es Trenc, as well as Santanyi with its beautiful shops and street market…
If it is space you need, if it is total privacy you require and if it is exclusiveness and luxurious comfort you want, then you have to rent this property. An endless green field with no neighbors nearby, a piece of total quietness and calm where every single ground floor suite has an independent exit to the gardens, where there are many exquisite lounge terraces you can choose from to lay back and relax, take it all in and have a good clean break.
This is a modern house fully built by Christine Leja Architects in the heart of the Majorcan countryside where the equilibrium between sun and shadows, between coolness and warmness, between rustic and high-tech will leave you simply speechless. It is an astounding place that has every commodity of modern life allied to the absolute and unparalleled pleasure of nature.
6 suites (1 king size bed & 5 twins) distributed between 2 floors, a library, an open kitchen with large table and a big living area with another large table. The rooms in the ground floor all have the particularity and luxus of having door-windows that invite you to step outside and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. There are outdoor lounge areas embracing the entire house so you can pick your favorite spot to relax alone or in great chosen company.
