Condo is located in West Beach area, approximately 1.5 miles from Hwy 59 and the Hangout.
Top floor (3 flights of stairs, no elevator)

Parking:
This condo has its own designated parking space marked 305 on the ground level. It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.

The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach.
Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway.
Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor.
This condo is beach side. This condo is not ocean front and it does not have a deck/balcony. The condo is on the top floor in the east building. We do have views of the gulf from each bedroom.
Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East.

This condo was perfect for a weekend getaway (3 adults)! The property is exactly as described and pictured, with direct, private beach access right down the stairs. Even on Labor Day weekend, the beach was not overly crowded. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was a breeze! We so enjoyed our stay.

We had a great day . You are so close to the beach and that makes everything easier. It's a small , clean , beautiful place. The only recommendation I have is to bring extra toilet paper as they only provide 2 rolls so we ran out. To the owner / property manager, we had a great stay , it would be great if there were extra trash bags. We could not find any so once we filled the trashcan we had to use Walmart bags.😊

Perfect location and amazing view! Just a short walk from some of the main attractions. Condo was excellent and exactly like pictured. We will definitely stay again in the future!

No bed bugs. All appliances work. On the beach with private access. Personally, we wouldn’t stay here again because the property itself (unit) is not very well-kept or updated, but if you're just looking for a place to sleep at night after you beach-it for the day, this would work.

This is our 4th time at this condo and 2nd in this particular unit! So clean and everything we need! Owners are super friendly if you are ever in need with just a phone call or text away. Very relaxing and RIGHT on the beach. Comfy beds and even the sofa sleeper is comfy! Area is not too crowded with people and that is a plus too. Only thing me personally, could use a better shower head with more water pressure but not sure you can fix that lol. Not a deal breaker at all, I just like a good shower 😝. We love our stays here and can’t wait to come back. Went to The Track and the kids big and small loved it! The SunLiner diner was a nice touch to the tummy afterwards! So good! Another night we took a small trip in to Orange Beach and had GT’s on the Bay, a little wait, which was to be expected, but very worth it. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here, ever! Thank you again for the memories made and sharing your treasure with us and for being so attentive and kind!

I’ve stayed here before but this time it was a okay experience, when traveling with my 10 year old he has horrible breathing and asthma really bad . I notice the second day he was on his pump and needing more breathing treatments then normal, when that happens i normally drop the temp and door more in door activities . That’s when I noticed the mold and the vents with the air conditioner. The ducks haven’t been cleaned look like since the property was built . I ended up leaving a day earlier to get him home . So I paid for a night we didn’t even get to enjoy.

This stay was the BEST! I have not been to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area in several years but will definitely be back. The unit is kept up to date and very clean. Did not have any issues at all and most of all the easiest access to the beach!!! Thanks for such a great stay!!!

Beautiful room, quiet complex, and perfect location. Literally steps from the beach. Beds were pretty good and loved having the washer/dryer in the condo. Four of us stayed 5 nights and would suggest that if you are going to stay that length of time would make sure to bring some extra TP and paper towels. It’s understandable they don’t leave unlimited amounts there for people to possibly use excessively. Not complaining, because the place was very nice!! The decor is lovely and the furniture looks very nice. It’s a perfect getaway! Would most definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. I don't go looking for spiderwebs in the corner but from what I could tell, it was clean. Beach was great and the condo was close to a little grocery store(small convenient store) a nice restaurant and an ice cream parlor.

As far as closeness to the beach goes, this was absolutely perfect. We could go back and forth as needed, which made our beach days more comfortable. The property was spotless and well supplied. Check-in & check-out couldn’t have been easier.

For the most part our experience was good! Deana was fantastic, she responded promptly to our message and was very helpful. Thursday was a little challenging because the parking lot was being resurfaced and we had to pack up as much as possible the night before so we we didn’t have to haul everything across the street to load in our car before we left. We understand that these things are necessary, just a little inconvenient. Beach access was close and easy and the Gazebo, grill and picnic tables were a nice extra!

Very neat place that is quiet handy and a few steps to the beach literally. I loved the observation deck for sunsets and saw some beautiful ones. I know nothing about dish tv but you tube snd google fixed me right up

We spent two months in this condo unit. It is the perfect distance to from downtown Gulf Shores in that it's not too far but not too close. You're closely located to a grocery store and a restaurant. It was common practice to see dolphins in the morning from the deck. The unit itself was clean when we arrived and offered exactly what we needed for our stay on the beach.

This was our 2nd time in this unit. Washer/dryer not heating, not the cleanest this time and mold on shower curtain. Other than that, great little condo.

Loved this location. House was clean and updated. Right on the beach, not far from great eats and shops. My only issue was the wood did not work at all, but we were enjoying our beach time so it didn’t really matter to us anyway! Great house for a small family getaway!

This rental was clean and had all we needed for our stay. The owner was quick to reply to any questions that we had. The beds were comfy and the couch was also. Plenty of towels and bedding. The beach was steps from our rental. The only bad thing was that parking was tight! Also the walkway to the beach (when walking over dune area) isn’t ideal. Instead of a built up area like most places have this property only has some wood slates laid in the sand. Two of the ladies in our group of five fell on this. It is kinda steep and unsteady with nothing to hold onto. Great location. Close to Hangout.
