Un buon Soggiorno a Saranda

Buona posizione, anche se a piedi erano 20/30 minuti dal centro ma almeno lontani dal traffico e dalla confusione notturna di Salandra che soprattutto in agosto è molto intensa . Utile il parcheggio interno (altrimenti è quasi impossibile trovare un posto auto). Buono il caffè-cappuccino, Staff gentile

La colazione era variegata tra dolce e salato ma secondo me un pò limitata nella scelta (nel salato sempre wurstel e uova e mai nessun affettato). Il cambio degli asciugami era discrezionale. Un giorno avevamo solo 1 asciugamano a testa per la doccia, il giorno dopo 3, poi 1 asciugamano doccia e 1 viso, poi ancora solo 1 per la doccia. Il condizionatore faceva molto rumore di notte soprattutto la macchina esterna dell'appartamento acconto che viene appesa sulla parete adiacente al letto (1 notte quasi non dormito poi la successiva abbiamo comprato dei tappi)

Hotel consigliato, perfetto per una vacanza a saranda

Posizione strategica, parcheggio incluso fondamentale, colazione varia e abbondante, staff disponibile

La camera poteva essere pulita un pochino meglio, in compenso la biancheria è stata sempre cambiata

Reception inadeguata, mancanza di climatizzazione nelle aree comuni e sala colazione scarsa, assenza prodotti per l'igiene in camera. Personale poco gentile e per niente professionale.

Hospitalité et honnêteté sont les maîtres mots

Le confort, la vue sur la baie, un sunset magnifique, des chambres confortables. Établissement tenu par une famille aux petits soins pour leur hôtel. On nous avait déjà parlé de la gentillesse du peuple Albanais, eh ben ici, ça a été prouvé par l’action du patron. Il est venu chez moi, le lendemain matin pour me dire qu’il s’était trompé dans les paiements et m’a remboursé alors que je n’avais rien remarqué…Merci à lui et n’hésitez surtout pas. Pour la plage, descendez dans l’hôtel juste en face, ils se feront un plaisir de vous accueillir aussi bien que le Bella Vista.

Dejligt hotel, tæt ved god badestrand, rent, venligt personale

Fin lejlighed med to soverum (aircondition i begge) og balkon med udsigt over vandet. Rent og behageligt personale. Vi valgte at forlænge opholdet, da der var rart at være.

Eneste lille minus er 5-6 minutters gang til badestrand.

Colazione internazionale a buffet con dolce e salato Ottima posizione vista mare, parcheggio all'interno dell'hotel molto apprezzato A Saranda i parcheggi sono preziosi

Condizionatore rumoroso, stanza poco insonorizzata noi sentivamo quando quelli della stanza vicino andavano in bagno

Good sea view and the quiet part of the city

Apparently free speech is prohibited in the hotel how else would you explain the staff say this phrase; “Do you want a GUN point to your head” to a client during a social conversation.

Buffet colazione ricco ma non ben esposto (scalda vivande spenti e di conseguenza alimenti freddi) Mancanza di thermos con caffè e latte caldi, si dipende dal servizio del personale

Family vacations

Very friendly staff. They tried their best to help and answer all the questions we had! Breakfast was nice and with good variety. Private parking is very helpful. The room was very spacious and the view from the balcony amazing. They changed our towels every day.

There is no hanger for towels at the bathroom. Also the water shower head was a bit worn so water was springling around. Hangers in the closet are a few and old. These are minor setbacks. In general we had a lovely time at the hotel.

Posizione ottima e tranquilla. Disponibilità di Parcheggio privato. Staff cordialissimo. Camera bellissima persino con salottino.

La colazione ( quella dei dolci) potrebbe essere migliorata con prodotti di pasticceria.

Posizione e grandezza della camera e del bagno, Gentilezza del personale

Pulizie quotidiane non soddisfacenti (bagno non pulito, tappetino spostato in balcone da chi ha pulito e mai rimpiazzato in 3 giorni); Letto davvero scomodo, Colazione a buffet davvero scarsa in qualità

Cute, well located, friendly hotel. We recommend.

Super friendly stuff, nice and big breakfast choice, good location and huge private parking, nicely decorated and positioned rooms, we got sea view as we booked.

Broken , not usable balcony furniture and our Bed matras is done, time to change, therefore a 8, otherwise they deserve a 10.

Attenzione alla pulizia

La posizione bellissima, stanza con vista mare con balcone. Il proprietario davvero gentile e disponibile.

La pulizia era abbastanza superficiale, quindi non pulitissimo Nonostante avessimo la colazione inclusa, è stato impossibile fare colazione in quanto il cibo era ricoperto da mosche perché non coperto, per cui abbiamo comprato le cose per la colazione e ci siamo adattati in camera

Ok for a night, personnel doesn't speak English

Good room and with a kitchenette.

Communication was a bit difficult, we had some problems with the tickets of a national park and staff was not able to help because we couldn't understand each other, they only spoke Albanian.

Disappointing

Breakfast was not good. Dry bread, limited cereal options, fake juice, cold fried eggs and coffee not great either. Bathroom was large but there was no bath (room we booked was meant to have one)

Well looked after, fantastic stay that went too quickly!

The staff were amazing, went above and beyond to ensure your stay was comfortable, organised taxis for us, cold drinks upon arrival and the best coffee in town!

We didn’t mind because we love walking but there it is quite long walk to the centre of town

Superb

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast.Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Fix the boiler

Good breakfast, nice bathroom

Bit too far from the centre to walk. Taxis charge a min of €10 per route in the area, so you're better off paying more to stay nearer. Also need to fix the boiler. In the evenings there was no hot water

Totally recommend it.

Everything was perfect. the friendliest staff you can find in this area, clean rooms, perfect location (very close to beaches), good breakfast.. We had a room with sea view and it was really beautiful Overall 10/10.
