Great cabin! Easy walk to Chair 8, so children able to easily come and go to the slopes. Cabin in great shape with no major issues. We were able to sleep five families comfortably with all adults having private room and children sleeping together in a large room with four double beds. Hot tub was awesome! Would definitely rent this cabin again!

The property looks beautiful in the listing , but inside the home was dusty, and we found a rat inside a pot , front to my guests it was very embarrassing, I told to the owner and they don’t have me any solution, we cleaned everything because we didn’t know if there are more mice horrible I don’t wanna come back again

It was in a great location with lots of outdoor things to do. It had lots of places to sleep for little kids and adults so our large family was comfortable. it was a lovely home and felt relaxing. It is showing a little wear and tear as is to be expected with a rental this size but the owner was quick to address any issues and always got back quickly to us. Loved this place and would come back.

Is older than the photos would suggest, was sufficient for our large family group. Location was not surrounded by beauty but was certainly convenient and easy to get to.

We make a family trip to Brian Head once or twice a year and always enjoy it. This year we decided to get a ‘nice’ place and really relax. This is a premium cabin that goes for over $800/night. It received excellent reviews so we were very excited to spend 9 days there relaxing. Here is a quick list of the good and bad:
Good:
Great location close to town.
Very spacious and well furnished.
Beds comfortable.
Great parking
Great washer and dryer.
Pretty quiet.
Nice TV.
Good WiFi
Big deck.
Great dining table.
Nice pool table.
Bad:
Multiple missing and burned out lights.
Had not been dusted in months.
Kitchen oven very dirty
Toaster filthy and all gummed up. Did not work.
Microwave filthy with old food residue.
Dirty bowls
Toilet paper holders missing in bathrooms
My daughter found loose pills in her bunk room chair
Broken drawers
Windows dirty with fingerprints
Many dead bugs on window ledges
Broken blinds.
Multiple loose planks on deck that are trip hazards.
Overall, it is a nice cabin that has been ridden hard and put away wet. I only list these items because at over $800/night we expected better. - a clean kitchen maybe? A little TLC and this place could be amazing. Right now - not so much. Owner needs to get his money’s worth from the PMC.

Does not sleep 20 as advertised. We had 20 people, used 2 mattresses & the sofa in the den, 2 mattresses in the laundry room, & 1 cot in the master bath. Dining room table seated 8, we sat on our coolers. Since it was summer we used deck furniture, but folding chairs would have helped. Eating utensils for only about 10 so we had to use utensils from my picnic bag. The proximity to the town park and the pond was superb. Biking trails were fantastic. GREAT PLACE FOR 14 GUESTS.

This home is very comfortable, the younger crowd can stay on the lower level which is a bit chilly, but has 4 beds, all in same room, with a full bathroom. An older couple can stay on the master bedroom next to the kitchen, also with a full bathroom (This is the second level). On the third level you have three bedrooms with a full bathroom. Spacious and on a great location.

Absolutely Perfect!
The location of this house in Brian Head was perfect for our family Summer vacation. The house is ideally situated between Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion. In addition it is just a 5 minute car ride away from the incredible Cedar Breaks National Monument.
We had 14 people at the house and I was very nervous about how we would all fit. However, the home feels much more like a 5,000 sq ft home. Space was never an issue. The kids and teens loved the bunk theater room. There are 4 bunks in that room with an additional two memory foam mattresses that can be placed on the floor. In addition to the bedrooms there is a small office type room located on the main level across from the master bedroom that can be used as a sleeping area with an inflatable mattress (we brought our own).
The main level family gathering area was a hit every night for hanging out and watching movies. Again with 14 people space was never an issue.
The park and fishing pond just down the street was also great! It has a pickle ball court, basketball hoop, four square, and playground.
Tons to do in the area and ample space to hang out in the house. It was wonderful. Will recommend to everyone.

Perfect for our Family
We loved our stay at this cabin so much that we extended our stay! The kitchen is well stocked with things like crockpot and griddle and big bowls for mixing, etc. There was firewood provided for a fun evening by the fire roasting marshmallows. There were even marshmallow sticks! There were plenty of items like garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. There are also two fridge/freezers. We loved having enough seating for all 10 adults in the the family room. There was seating out on the back porch so that the kids could eat without spilling on the upholstered dining chairs. The view from the porch isn't great, but behind the cabin is all wooded and we loved that. We were able to walk down to Bristlecone Pond several times. It is an easy two minute walk. We drove to Panguitch Lake one day and had milkshakes from Burger Barn. Bring your fishing pole for all of the great fishing options. We also went on a few hikes that were beautiful. Thanks so much for letting enjoy your cabin.

Great Place... but needs to be accurate with sleeping arrangements!
We had a family reunion at this house with 21 people. It was clean and the property manager communicated in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that the website advertised it sleeps 24 people. I'm not sure how they came up with that number. It says there are 5 bedrooms (one bedroom has 4 beds in it), plus two pull-out couches (one in the loft and one in the reading room). There were NO pull-out couches. Even if there had been pull-out couches, that still only adds up to 20 people. So we ended up driving to Cedar City to buy air mattresses so everyone could have a place to sleep. When booking I just saw the "sleeps 24 people" and figured with 21 people we should be covered. Next time I make a reservation I'll be sure to count sleeping spots.

A weekend getaway I won't forget!
The cabin was completely amazing and came with everything you could possibly need! The property manager was extremely helpful and was always there for assistance! I loved the location and how close it was to chair 8! I can definitely see myself rebooking for the following winter season!

Beautiful cabin close to the lifts
We had a great time at the cabin. Everything was great and well equipped. Will definitely look to stay again!
