Moorings is a beautifully finished three-storey property located in the delightful village of Kingswear in Devon, overlooking the River Dart and Dartmouth. Hosting four bedrooms including a first-floor master king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor king-size, twin room and children's bunk room, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to six adults and two children. On the lower-ground-floor is the kitchen/diner, a small utility room and a sitting room with an electric fire. French doors lead to the large decked balcony where there is seating and steps lead to a lower garden. Moorings is a stunning property, providing luxury accommodation for families enjoying a holiday in Devon.
Amenities: Oil fired central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV, WiFi, selection of games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Decked balcony with seating and steps to lower garden. 1 dog welcome. Strictly No Smoking. Shop within 0.3 miles, pub within 0.4 miles. On street parking available close by. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available.
