Welcome to our own "Bavarian Paradise" vacation home located on the ground floor. A peaceful retreat away from the loud downtown noise where you can relax in our 3 bedroom 2 bath home away from home. We have a beautiful electric fireplace that provides heat and wonderful ambiance or relax and lounge on the covered porch and patio.
Located in a very ideal quiet spot at Alpine Village so you can walk across the street to the Adventure Park, walk to the Bavarian Village or to the waterfront park. It is next door to the 18- hole golf course
Decorated with a beautiful new granite countertop, sink and stove, this fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The furnishings include 3 comfy queen beds and 2 bathrooms with showers, one is a tub/shower combo. Relax and watch the smart TV with basic cable, login to your streaming apps or use Blue Ray DVD in front of the new electric fireplace. Condo is equipped with a selection of Dvd’s. Included is high speed Wifi. There is an air conditioner and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room plus a washer and dryer for your longer stays.
Laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap and body wash along with towels and linens are provided. Extra towels are under sinks. Hair dryer included with Iron and Ironing board.
A marked personal covered parking space is on the end with extra parking available in the parking lot and in the cul-de-sac for guests is included, or you can come by train and Leavenworth Shuttle/Taxi service and bring your bikes!

The condo was near an outdoor adventure site. It was close to town, but our car enough to escape the noise and traffic. Even with in the condo complex, the location was set apart and private.

This was a lovely property and it was fully stocked with almost everything you need. It's located in the Washington entrance to the town. Pros - Clean, stocked well, host gave detailed instructions, easily accessible. 1 soft bed, one firm bed and one in the middle. Great parking spot. Cons - a/c is only in the main living area and didn't work well. No kettle. Can hear neighbors upstairs sometimes. *Vacation hint - if you want to do the river float go earlier in the season as it was really shallow late August.

Very disappointed all around with our stay. Listing stated there was a BBQ (which we of course planned meals to BBQ) and there was no BBQ. Messaged the host to find out that bbqs were banned and they didn’t think it was important to let the renters know! The floors were absolutely filthy and turned our feet black in an instant. Had to mop the floors to try and get the dirt/black off the floors The listing also reads Airconditioning…… well the air conditioning is in the window in the front room and the bedrooms were so hot that it made sleeping miserable. The back patio looked to be recently tore up and the rocks were all loose and wobbly and you couldn’t set a chair flat and had numerous almost disasters with falling over in the chairs. Last but not least the the ceiling in the bathroom was damaged from a water leak in the above unit and then started leaking again. Called and messaged the host/owner multiple times about issues and concerns and the response time was terrible if at all. Asked for compensation due to the inaccurate listing and loss of means to cook the food we had planned to cook on the bbq. No response to that. Definitely disappointed and will not stay here again!

We enjoyed our time at the condo. It was very clean and looks like the pictures. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms which wasn't an issue for us but could be for some .we would stay again for sure

The apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. We had every thing we needed. Paid parking is everywhere in Leavenworth, easy to find and easy to pay with their app. Don't miss the waterfront park after all the shopping and wonderful food. It follows the river and is shaded. Enjoy!

This condo was spotless and had lots of thoughtful touches in every room. The condo was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything you could need. It was a short walk into town. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Thanks for a great time!

We enjoyed this condo a lot. It was great to have the end unit with the windows. We were hoping for more snow, but Mother Nature is in charge of that. We were able to cross country ski in Plain and enjoyed wine tasting and the cute town. The condo was well equipped and cozy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very convenient to Leavenworth, and we ended up walking into town on the snowy Saturday to not worry about parking or driving in the snow. The size was comfortable for 4 adults and we had access to everything we needed. The hosts were even understanding about us being a bit late getting out when we had to shovel the cars out of the snow to finish loading them up.

Property was clean and beds were pretty comfortable. We've stayed at other properties that had a few more amenities, such as shampoo/conditioner etc. There was a broken window but we didn't need to use it so it didn't really affect us. I would prefer to see throw pillows with removable covers so you can at least assume they're being washed. But, it was quiet, within reasonable walking distance of downtown and met our needs.

The night before leaving for our trip owner notified us that we can no longer stay. We were told hot water heater broke. I understand that this kind of stuff happens. It was nearly impossible to find a new place to rent as it was the busy summer months and we were leaving the next morning. Owner reimbursed our money. Thanks

Walkable to town, plenty of space for relaxing, decent kitchen/eating area if you want to cook. There was a water heater leak so we had to move to the other bedroom, which was really not anyone's fault, but they credited us $100 which was very thoughtful.

Fully functional apartment close to town, right across from the coaster! Parking 20’ from front door - right on icecicle creek and adjacent to the golf course. Super comfortable and quiet - 5stars!

The unit had several small things that did not work, like the bathroom ceiling fan, but the biggest issue was NO HOT WATER. We came back from a full day of hiking, looking forward to a hot shower and going out to dinner. There was no hot water, we all had to take cold, navy showers. We found the hot water tank and it looked like you needed to turn on a valve. We received no instructions about this. We thought we had it resolved, but the next day, still no hot water. Called Tanna/Ken three times but no response. Completely unacceptable.

We so enjoyed this clean and comfortable condo. It was just barely outside of town which gave us quiet but close enough that a 15-20 minute stroll brought us to the heart of downtown Leavenworth. Check in/check out was easy and communication with the owner was quick and pleasant as well! We would stay again!

We had a very nice stay at this location. Walking distance from both downtown and the local parks, very comfortable interior, and a nice kitchen ready to go. I would have appreciated a response as I had left a vm with host regarding a very minor kitchen issue. Anyhow, folks are busy these days and I am sure I will hear someting soon. Overall, a great stay in a great place. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful time at this condo, the rooms and living room were comfortable and the kitchen meant we could cook and not rely on restaurants. It snowed the whole time and was within walking distance of downtown Leavenworth. It was overall a great stay.
