Garth Llwyd is a detached farmhouse with an adjoining cottage resting in the village of Llanfair Caereinion in Wales. The farmhouse hosts eight bedrooms, on the first floor a four-poster king-size with en-suite shower room leading to a twin room, another four-poster king-size, a king-size and a twin along with a bathroom, while on the second floor there are two king-size rooms, one with an en-suite shower, and a twin room, along with a shower room with a separate basin and WC. There is a kitchen, utility, dining room with woodburning stove, sitting room with oil-fired stove, cloakroom, and lower-ground-floor snug. Within the cottage, there are three bedrooms, two double rooms with en-suite shower rooms, and a second-floor double, along with a second-floor bathroom. There is also an open-plan living space on the ground floor holding a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, as well as a utility. To the outside there is an external games room, off-road parking for around 8 cars, a rear lawned garden with two wood-fired hot tubs, seating, a patio and a front patio with seating. Garth Llwyd is a truly spectacular property, furnished with classic style and featuring wonderful modern touches, this will be a fantastic escape to the gorgeous Welsh countryside.

Range cooker, electric oven and hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, fridge, 2 x dishwashers, washing machine, tumble dryer. TVs, WiFi, selection of games, full size snooker table, and dart board. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 2 x highchairs available. The additional cottage has central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, small dishwasher, washer/dryer. TV and WiFi. Off-road parking for more than 8 cars with open/covered garage spaces. Rear lawned garden with patio, seating. 8 seater electric hot tub . Front patio with seating and outdoor BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 1.2 miles, pub within 1.4 miles. Please Note: This property is situated next to a working farm and sits in front of fields with cattle and sheep grazing.
