A spacious stay

The house was big. There were 5 rooms and it can comfortably fit around 9 to 10 adults. There was a water dispenser and also a washing machine. Carpark space could fit 3 cars, and the house was spacious for kids to run around. The host was also friendly. Recommended homestay if you are looking for big space to fit big families.

The upkeep of the house could be better. The washing machine had a musky smell and we discovered that the filter was not clean. The intex pool was also not clean so kids were not able to swim. Although we didn't use the extra mattress, we felt it looked a bit old and unclean. The sofa also needs to be clean as there were crumbs in it.

It would be great stay if the property was well maintained to make our stay very comfortable.

Location was ideal. Near to shops and facilities. Building was new and safe. Beautiful bungalow indeed. Big huge fridge. Washing machine provided. Downstairs room with own bathroom and also another bathroom for visitors. There was a hot and cold water dispenser. Baby cot provided. The BEST in all was the caretaker Mr Shankar. Excellent services provided by him. Well done.

Facilities inside was terribly maintained. Bathroom shower heads in 3 rooms not working. Have to use hand to shower. No shampoo provided except one for all in the bathroom. Master bedroom toilet broken cannot be used. Hot water didn't work in bath tub and shower. So master bedroom toilet and shower completely couldn't be used. Remote control in one room cannot be used. No mirror in rooms for make up. No electric sockets in bathroom. No hair-dryer. No coffee or tea welcoming drinks. Not enough garbage bins in rooms. Only provided one outside three rooms.

The best bungalow in Batu Feringghi

We loved it !! This is my second time booking at this property.. It was so affordable and convenient.. The place has a few extra mattresses.. With 5 rooms and the extra mattresses, I believe it could fit up to 15-20 people.. The place was clean and beautiful 😍 We all loved it and definitely enjoyed our stay !! Felt just like home..

Amazing stay at wonderful location

Nice parking, house, garden, backyard, bbq, kitchen, rooms everything was fantastic. The owner also very kind and warm welcomed all of us. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The property is so beautiful and we all loved and enjoyed staying there.

There is nothing that we didn't like. Everything was awesome

1) Location: the beach and restaurant are both within walking distance. 2) The interior decoration was very modern and beautiful. 3) The house is very clean and tidy.

Nothing, but if the host adds a swimming pool, i will come and stay here again.

The location was very strategic. Beach was walking distance with many food stalls/ outlets nearby. The place was reasonably clean.

1.The bathroom in the master bedroom (first floor) was wet, slippery and the water drain out cover near the sauna had lot of hair on it. 2. The hand shower in one of the bathrooms on 2nd floor could not be hung back and kept dropping. Also, the sink in this bathroom was clogged and we had to call the supervisor to rectify it. These should have been checked before guests checked in.
