Very good!

The apartment is a good size and it’s well appointed. The parking is very convenient.

Because it is on the same level as a public balcony, it lacks privacy. There’s also a lack of privacy from the building across the street.

Good stay for the price

The apartment was all over nice and comfortable. View was great location is average,

Apartment was not cleaned properly the floor was too dirty rest daily the room was cleaned. No electricity back up you have to take stairs when no power to 7th floor.

Good apartment, very bad management

The cleaning team was exceptional, everyday the apartment was spotless clean, the bed and couch were comfortable. Tv and wi-fi was on spot.

No generator back up, the stairs from the. Apartment to the outside door was covered with darkness, loadshedding was the deal breaker, towels were not changed, 5 days is a very long time to change towels. Mirror is needed in the apartment, we had to walk all the way to the bathroom. Caretaker who came to check us out was very rude, he charged us R200, for a small spot on the bed sheets (see attached photos below) which could be easily washed, how can you expect the sheets to be spotless clean after 3 days and nights of being used? That was daylight robbery. The washing machine we saw on the pictures was not there

Superb Staycation

We were travelling in a family of 3, my Mother and I and my Daughter. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was so spacious for us and very clean. Everything we needed in the apartment was there. It was a home away from home. My mother cant stop thanking me for the wonderful comfory. The place was central to everything and accessable to all the places we wanted to go to. We are definately coming back. And also thank you to Paedo who welcomed us very warmly.

Amazing place

The apartment was very nice and equipped with all things you need. House keeping was done everyday and made the place feel so clean and comfy The place feels super safe. Helpful staff 👌 This place is exactly what it says on booking.com and more. Will be staying again in it on my next visit.

Overall I was happy with the size of the apartment and it offerd value for money but the kitchen

Nothing! Only liked the style of the loft style apartment.

The cookware in the apartment wasn't cleaned properly. It had burned on food still stuck on it. The frying pans were scratched, the big frying pan was totally unusable. Was not told that I had to bring my own dishwashing liquid. The tap in the bottom bathroom wasn't working properly so water was coming out very slowly from there. The lounge furniture was very badly maintained. The couch had two holes on them.

A home away from home, and more

Everything. The apartment has Everything that one needs, even an iron. Their WiFi is high speed and never gave any problems. They offer house keeping services daily-this was the best ever thing. We loved everything, highly recomendable if one needs a break in a homely place

Uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. Definitely will not return.

Richard was the only saving grace about this place. He was very helpful and kind. Great customer service from his end. The rest of the staff should learn from him.

Rude staff, this being Praise and Kuda who were very uncooperative when we requested their assistance. There was no water and electricity the next day when we woke up, the electricity was expected because of load shedding in SA but the water not at all. No one even cared to inform us what the issue was with the water.

Apartment in Woodstock

The location was great - close to The Old Biscuit Mill, where we were attending a dance festival.

They only gave us 1 key. We asked in advance for 2 keys and were told that wasn't possible. It's difficult for 2 people with different schedules to coordinate access with only 1 key.

It's a beautiful place...

I liked the overall apartment, it was very Cosy and had everything I needed.

Who still lets their guests experience Loadshedding? At least they need to get a UPS for the wifi for the least. Also, if you are planning on staying here then be advised that you will need to pay R500 deposit which is fully refundable after check out. I wish I was aware of this whole making the booking.

Apartments are spacious, comfortable, modern, and clean. Location is central enough for my purposes. Secure parking. Massive balcony.

Mattress is not the most comfortable, but not the worst. For longer stays, washing machine would be nice.

Poor Accommodation Service

Richard was very helpful with all the passion. He knows how to delight a customer. I give him a round of applause unlike the other stuff members that are just there for paycheck including the Call Center

The room was not ready on our arrival after 2pm despite the fact that we made a special request for earlier check in as our flight would be arriving early. On the 3rd day we had to ask for a toilet paper and amenities to be replenished The mattress was worn-out and uncomfortable, but never the less Richard saved the company by intervening and filling up for the cleaners.

We booked a superior 2 bedroom apartment this time around and it was just the 2 of us. However, our breath was taken away upon entering. This is why we returned a month later :D

Wouldn't be my first choice

Spaciousness Wifi was good

No UPS back up system Floors had a lot of dust. It was swept but not mopped. Shower was a bit moldy Room floor was damaged with water and had a bit of a smell. The bed was a cheap bed. Was not comfortable.

The actual apartment is very nice although not the one shown in pictures.

The space was insane and we loved every bit of this place.
